Michelina's is your favorite Italian place on steroids. It's a good idea to make reservations and we were quickly seated at a nice table. I knew we were in for a treat when the garlic knots were brought out still hot from the oven. The menu is full of pasta favorites, chicken fish and veal favorites as well as pizza. The catch of the day was Snapper Francaise. I love this preparation whether it's on fish or chicken so it was an easy choice for me. Apparently my wife and one our friends agreed so our order was three Snapper Franchise and one Lasagna. I just about spent the entire meal raving about the snapper. My wife and friend agreed while our other friend was just as happy with his lasagna. Along with my entire' I had pasta fagoile which was just as excellent with a flavorful rich broth. Loved the ambiance as much as the great service. Another wonderful find!

He loves it here and on the way home he says I'd like to go back there soon. Our son had super sized fettuccine Alfredo and half went home. Our friend had shrimp parmigiana and she too took home tomorrow's meal. Now my son and started with a cup of garlic soup. It was delicious!!! Our friend pasta Fagio which she loved. Now I kept my dinner smaller than everyone but it truly filled the plate. Calamari which had a spicy marinara. I thoroughly enjoyed every morsel. No dessert as we were all stuffed. Excellent choice to have Italian I recommend it highly.

The Great Gatsby took us back into the 1920's for a couple hours and we were able to enjoy delicious flavors of the decade :) The public class holds up to 12 people at a time and there was 10. It didn't feel like it was over crowded and each of us had our own space to cook as well as sitting down to eat afterwards. It came with music, a beautiful setup, and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you are a level zero or a 5 at cooking, the instructor David will make sure that everyone will be on the same page the entire time. The menu consisted of an appetizer, main entree, and dessert. We cooked and made the Royale, pesto chicken, and 24K gold chocolatier. The Royale consisted of garlic bread with the option of onions, mushrooms, and herb scents served with a side of chicken or shrimp salad. The pesto chicken included cream cheese, herb sauce, pepper, pesto along with a fried herb wine and garlic pasta. The 24k gold chocolatier had rice pudding along with chocolate mocha pudding, raspberries, and edible gold. Everything was fantastic! It was an awesome learning experience that was fun and informative. Who doesn't love to eat?! David made us feel at home while we were able to cook and get insight on how things are cooked as well as sharing our own experiences with cooking throughout the evening. I recommend doing the course and making it a fun night out! You will not be disappointed and you can thank me later ;)

Making lobster ravioli from scratch is intimidating but @chef.deb made it easy! As matter of fact, this experience inspired me! We made pasta from scratch, then the lobster filling and whipped out a tasty Beurre Blanc sauce. Plus we also made a refreshing salad with Shaved Fennel and Orange in Vinaigrette. I've been in North Palm Beach for seven years and been to many catered events that have all been good but so typical and predictable. Chef Kenny on the other hand picked a menu for 15 families of the Benjamin High School tennis team's annual party. Chef Kenny set up everything three hours prior to 6:30 dinner with no complications and everything ran beautifully. He was told about 40 people would come but we had over 50 and everyone, teens, kids and adults all well satisfied. Simple fresh healthy ingredients made up salads, little dumplings that must have been tasty because they all disappeared before I tried one! Other appetizers all delicious and well received. Soft tacos were Chef Kenny's pick for entrees that seemed a little risky to me, but he knows what works in these large outdoor settings. Luscious fish (didn't ask for species but was moist fresh flaky Grouper-like), chicken and other meats were ingredient choices for his "gourmet tacos". Sides of cheese, salsa, exceptional roasted red peppers and cooked onion were over the top and so simple and easy for everyone to take what they wanted served the way each liked. I never heard so many compliments for such simple fare that was so perfectly prepared and served. Largoasted potatoes were another simple food prepared and spiced to perfection by our culinary institute trained chef. Chef Kenny is best kept secret in South Florida in my opinion for such events, pricing was very fair, outdoor set-up, clean-up and break-down was efficient and well coordinated and didn't interfere with festivities. I don't know who recommended him to my wife, but I know who to call next time I'm having a little party and don't want any headaches worrying about the food not being great.
