I was very disappointed in the silk arrangement I ordered for a cemetery vase the quality and size of the piece for the price was very small and not very well put together, I've been buying these arrangement's for some time for all occasions over the years since my son pasted and very aware of what to expect in quality. I ordered from out of town a bouquet of daisies and roses for my Daughter's birthday to be delivered downtown in the small seaside town of Stuart, FL. When I saw them via photo the daisies were fresh and the roses were as well. However, out of a big rounded bouquet there were only three roses interspersed amongst a ton of daisies. Was very disappointed. I tealized roses have gone up to $2 apiece but for $75, I expected more. Shockingly, when looking at my charge card the next day, I found a charge of $95, not $75 as quoted! Made a beautiful vase bouquet for my friend and I to take to a friend's beloved father's funeral. We contacted them the day before in the afternoon and they had it ready the next day by 11:30am. It was a classy and compassionate experience. Covid took someone from us too soon. Now for my experience/story: I ordered a sympathy arrangement from 1-800 Flowers (will NEVER do again) over the weekend for a recent passing in the family. The order was supposed to be delivered on Monday by a certain time and never was. I frantically walked into Harbour Bay Florist, explained them my situation, and showed them what I was looking for. They were extremely helpful, went above and beyond, and put together the most beautiful arrangement (way better than the one I ordered online) within 30 minutes for me. They did an amazing job on the flowers for my best friends wedding. The bouquet and boutonnières were well done. The wrist corsages were so very pretty however they fell off the wrist bands. I was the matron of honor and mine broke before the wedding even began. The officiant gave me hers and she wore mine as a corsage on her dress. The other two wrist corsages fell off within an hour of the wedding. This was the only disappointment we had. Harbour Florist went out of their way to make the bride happy.
