Awful service!!! People in morning don't need additional drama! On Tuesday 2/11 I ordered a memorial plant to be delivered to my family members in Palm City. It was supposed to be delivered on Thursday 2/13. Thursday came and went, so on Friday we followed up- Dimar didn't pick up the phone. Tried again on Saturday- same experience-no answer. It wasn't until Monday the 17th did we get through to them. Their response to their complete lack of service and incompetence was " oh we just didn't get the order processed". If you take someone's money for an order you are contractually bound to process! read more

I will start by saying that I did not use Dimar. I picked up Valentines Day flowers for my boss who was stuck in a meeting. He ordered a large arrangement for his wife & a small basket for his daughter. The woman in the shop (who I am assuming was the owner) was so nice & extremely helpful. I had no idea how I was going to transport the flowers?! She put them in a box to help them stand up, walked them out to my car & strapped them securely in with my seatbelt. Great customer service. I will definitely use them in the future! read more

I order a $70+ bouquet of flows from Justflowers.com to be delivered to my mother in Stuart, FL. The local florist used by them was Dimar Floral Designs. All I can say is, it was a disgrace. It looked like they took a $10 bunch of supermarket flowers and threw it into a vase, with no arrangement whatsoever. Avoid this place.
