Creative Florals came through for us in several ways. First, despite being booked they found a way to fit us in. Second, our event got postponed and they worked with us to make a second date work. They did a great job at a reasonable price with great flexibility. We highly recommend them. read more

My 88 yr old bro, fixed income , ordered a floral for me for birthday 6/23 He paid $89 (inc $12 delivery). When he saw it stated not as he ordered. Less flowers, smaller. I agreed it was small but couldn't tell him. I told him how wonderful it was and I loved it. he wanted to call and complain and I asked him not to. I loved it is what I mentioned to him. Morning of the 2nd day both of the large beautiful sin flowers were wilted. When removed they were wired, an indication the flower was starting to wilt. Arrangement is now slimmer. I texted owner on 26th, which now had more wilted flowers . 4 of the expensive kind: dead. No reply: by Friday 4 days later the arrangement was far gone. I am told Lynne, the owner, is not in. She can call me on Monday . No call Monday or Tuesday . When I called again : the employee, I'm sure by direction of Lynne: told me: "we cannot control MOTHER NATURE!!!! woah... no taking responsibility!!!!! at all!! I didn't give up and she offered a lower cost arrangement. I insisted on getting what my bro ordered. Tuesday 7/2 received a beautiful over the top arrangement. was told they were all fresh flowers that just came in. After 5 pm delivery. Prior to 8am on the 3rd, less than 24 hours! The two "new" sunflowers were wilted over on the side. When I took them out, they were wired. I sent the photos to the owner. No response. By the third day of the new arrangement, many of the flowers were dead. I sent photos to the owner. She told me they were brand @new flowers that were delivered same day" Not only didn't take responsibility, said we were "not a good fit" LOL. I have ordered flowers over many of the past decades. I have never seen anything like this. I owned a real estate company in town from 1987 to 2018. Never, ever if there was a mistake made would I blame my client or customer. What baffles me is if you look up her reviews many of the first reviews are a five star review. Not sure when they were posted. When was posted seven years ago. Other reviews are a one Exactly like my story Except unfortunately, they were brides that was screwed Should you wish dated and time stamped photos of the flowers? I received in each arrangement please send me a text at 561-512-3501. This woman has no shame read more

When talking about my recent wedding, every single person has brought up how beautiful and unique our florals were- and it's all thanks to Lynne and her hardworking team. Lynne brought my elegant, tropical, and classic vision to life. I was stunned when I was handed my bridal bouquet. All Of the flowers were perfectly in bloom and in excellent condition. During the reception, I could not stop staring at the beautiful floral/ disco ball installation she did over the dance floor. Our ceremony arch was a dream. Our tablecapes were perfection. Not only was their work phenomenal, they are such warm, hard working people. I cannot recommend creative florals enough! read more

An amazing experience. Ordered a large patriotic bouquet for my sister online as my nephew completed Boot Camp and wanted them both to enjoy when he returned one for one day. The flowers were delivered in a beautiful vase and it was an incredible gigantic bouquet. While my sister cried, they were tears of joy! She shared a photo with the hundred other moms who had recruits in Boot Camp and they enjoyed too! Great job on creating such an amazing bouquet!! Thank you. read more

Brides beware!!! I unfortunately used Creative Florals recently for my wedding and it was the biggest mistake I made of our wedding. Creative Florals did not provide multiple items at our wedding, which were included in our contract and of course were paid for, they included dead and wilted flowers in my bridal bouquet which I had to get remade hours before the wedding, and provided such terrible and pathetic looking arrangements for the ceremony and reception that my coordinator had to take them apart and put them in vases so we could have SOME flowers displayed at the wedding. In addition to the issues with the actual flower arrangements, the owner of Creative Flowers (Lynne) was extremely nasty and difficult to work with when my coordinator and I expressed our concerns with the missing and incorrect items delivered on the day of the wedding. I have never left a negative review for a vendor, restaurant, or service provider, until now. Don't be fooled by Lynne's warm demeanor when you first speak with her - it is the ultimate "bait and switch" and she cares about little more than her bottom line. read more

Ordered flowers for mom in hospital for Christmas. Took a chance calling this business on a holiday. Raj answered, was terrific, and handled everything smoothly. Mom loved the flowers. Overall a great experience, for a reasonable price! read more

Creative Florals was lovely. The initial meeting was easy and Lynne was very helpful with suggestions and ideas. She was responsive with questions via email and the pricing was reasonable. The flowers and table arrangements were exactly what we wanted and her staff came to the church to deliver each bouquet, corsage and boutonniere to the appropriate people. Highly recommend! read more

Lynne was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with. From the initial planning stages to her team delivering and setting up the floral arrangements on our wedding day, working with Lynne was a breeze. She was able to take my tropical floral inspirations and turn them into reality, all within our budget. Everyone was in love with our bouquets and ceremony arch arrangements - they looked absolutely stunning! Thank you for helping make our wedding day so beautiful! read more

I recently ordered flowers from Creative Florals. I spoke to the owner, Lynne. She couldn't have been any nicer. I told her what I wanted and the arrangement exceeded my expectations. She offered to send a picture of the arrangement after she finished it. I loved that she took the time to do that. Many times you send flowers and don't get a chance to see if it's what you ordered. I just spoke with my friend (the recipient of the flowers). She said flowers are beautiful and still look fresh after 3 days. Thank you, Lynne and staff. I would recommend Creative Florals and will definitely used them in the future. read more

I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day from this flower shop. Being new to the Jupiter area I wasn't sure where to go for high-quality roses. I prefer local shops that prepare beautiful arrangements over the online discount services. I spent over $100 for a dozen roses and was disappointed to see that when they arrived they were no better than the roses you can pick up at the grocery store. Rather than knocking on the door, they also left the flowers on the front doorstep. Had I not come home to find them, my wife may not have even gotten them. Look elsewhere. read more

My husband and I came in to order flowers for a friend in Stuart, 20 miles away to be sent to her office. I thought they would deliver them directly, but apparently that's not how it's done. What do I know? Anyway, the young salesgirl at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. Basically she ordered the flowers online through a florist that is closer to Stuart. Fine. She explained the prices and choices and showed us the standard glass vase for the arrangement we wanted. Great! The next morning, when we found out our friend was not going to be in her office that day, we ran back to the flower shop to change the destination. The same helpful salesgirl got on the phone immediately and found out the flowers were on the delivery truck. She spoke with two different people to have the address changed and the flowers redirected. Our friend was very happy with her arrangement, said the flowers were fresh and it was a large tight bouquet which would last many days. I can't recommend this flower shop for weddings or big events since we did not use them for that, but they have a worker who was very pleasant and competent and I hope they pay her well so she doesn't leave! read more

I found Creative Florals on a Google search as I wanted to send a nice get-well arrangement. Lynne was so helpful and friendly. I selected an arrangement from their website and she worked with me to tweak it and make it extra special. They were able to deliver within a few hours. Lynne even offered to text me a photo of the finished product before delivering! What a nice touch and always nice to see the finished product! Will definitely save them as my South Florida favorite! read more

Amazing! Absolutely amazing! I had Lynn take care of my bouquet and two large floral arrangements for my small wedding. I brought into her pictures of what I was looking for and she delivered exactly what I asked for! I'm glad I stayed with a local florist! Lynn took her time with me, we sat down in her store and went over everything making sure I was aware of pricing and aware of which flowers would look best. She knew I wanted sunflowers and even told me that the season was not producing the best sunflowers. However, she found some great ones and put them in my floral arrangements. I would highly recommend this place no doubt whatsoever. I can't say enough about it!!! Also- Lynn was accessible by email, and phone. I also told her I was picking up the flowers at a certain time. And everything was ready the moment I walked in the door. The pictures don't do the flowers justice. They looked awesome in real life. read more

I used this florist for my wedding. Lynne was recommended to me from my husbands coworker who has used her for her wedding. Working up to the wedding with Lynne was absolutely the best experience, but I was left very dissatisfied the day of my wedding. Like any couple my husband and I came into some money problems before our wedding so we cut back in ways of flowers. Lynne seemed very understanding and I still had her do the most important components; my bouquet, my girls bouquets and the flower for my husband. I also had her do a cluster arrangement for an arch. When I walked in to get my bouquet I almost cried. It was 0 like what I had discussed with her. My girls bouquets were bigger than mine and even for theirs I felt like I over paid for what I got. I honestly felt like I was being punished for only buying what I did and not paying for everything else that I no longer could afford. I left my bouquet at the venue the night of my wedding... that's how much I hated it. I also rented sashes for my bar tables and she stressed that I HAD to return them Sunday , the day after the wedding. She said this to me and my wedding coordinator. After running around all Sunday morning. I drove an hour from my venue to return them to her and she wasn't even there ... just a bad experience all around. read more

Lynn was absolutely amazing! Our big wedding fell victim to COVID-19. So as expected, it was very emotional and stressful and there were lots of changes to be made. We decided to have a small ceremony with only our wedding party. Lynn took care of everything without making us feel stressed out. She made the bouquets look perfect and she put together some small centerpieces so we could come home after the ceremony and it would feel like a reception. She was so knowledgeable about the flowers and made sure we were happy and that everything looked perfect. She's absolutely amazing and there aren't enough words to describe how thankful we were for choosing her to help with our important day. read more

This floral shop just delivered a birthday arrangement which they should be ashamed of; the arrangement consisted of 5 roses, 5 carnations and 2 stems of astromeria at a cost of $80. When the shop was contacted to question the sparseness of the arrangement, they reported that they worked "within the guidelines of teleflora" and hung up on me. Would NEVER use this florist again. read more

Lynn at Creative Florals is about as nice, responsive, patient and professional as it gets. I ordered a "junk basket" for my daughter and it was a huge hit. Wow what a bad experience. This florist will not show you anything in regards to what your set up will look like without a 25% deposit that they refuse to return even if you do not like what they have to show you. Isnt that the whole point of shopping around. If everyone made you put a deposit down to show you their work we would all go broke!!!! The flowers we got for our center piece were wilted and was completely not what was asked for :-( When we asked for the deposit back because we were going with someone else we were refused by the owner. Needless to say the bank had to refund our money :-) BUYERS BEWARE!!! read more

I have never used Creative Florals before, but a neighbor suggested that I try them. I am so glad I did ! The lady on the phone was very helpful. I ordered a Christmas plant for my mother. I told them that it could just be left at her door, but they called first to make sure that she would be home for the delivery. They gave her a time and delivered them on time. The plant arrived just the way it was ordered. the correct size etc. (it wasn't switched out for a smaller plant). I have had problems in the past with other florists "changing" the order. It is important to me that I get what was agreeded upon.. since I can't be there to see it. I will use them again for Mother's Day. read more

Very upset about the floral arrangements at my wedding. I expected to get what I showed photos of and did not get what I expected during our conversations. Also my 240 dollar bridal bouquet did not look like fresh flowers and the roses had veins in them. I wanted my flowers to match my wedding dress so to look "white" and they looked yellow against my wedding dress. I was very upset. I ordered a cascading bouquet and it had one strand of leaves that looked like it "fell out" of my bouquet. I also wanted a lot of green leaves and didn't get much. I don't understand because I showed photos of how I expected everything to look and nothing even was close. I ordered a "L" shape floral arrangement for my welcome sign and it looked basically like one palm stuck on the sign. It would have looked better without it. I'm so glad I made my bridesmaids bouquets and my own centerpieces I bought myself at publix bc creative florals was pricey. Also the aisles for the ceremony I showed a photo of exactly how I wanted the palms and it looked nothing like what I showed in the photo I had and it was very tiny. I'm still so upset. I wish I never went to this florist. My wedding is so important to me and I was very upset the minute I walked into my venue about the flowers. read more

All of Creative Florals' customers should be aware that a company in Oregon, YourProfessionalFlorist, has somehow been able to hack into Creative Florals' TELEPHONE Number!! to hijack their business! I called that number on a Sunday, March 8, 2015 and asked for Tiffany who I dealt with before. These liars told me Tiffany wasn't there but they could help. YPF charged $165.84 to my visa card on March 10th. Whether they would in fact deliver the flowers I ordered is questionable. When I smelled a rat when an email from YPF that said the delivery would be Saturday March 28, not April 4th, I called Creative Florals to question; I found they had no record of my order!! Note that Creative Florals was closed on Sunday March 8th, but that didn't stop YPF from hijacking the business!! read more

Big disappointment! Promised us everything would be perfect for my daughters wedding and we were heartbroken. The day of wedding when I got to venue, florist had already finished their work. The ceremonial chuppah was done like a funeral not a wedding. Flowers were extremely weak. The flowers at entry table were half dead. The most important part to my daughter were the colors and the owner Lynne showed my daughter one thing and gave her something totally different than what was promised. We worked with her for almost a year and were extremely disappointed. When the wedding was over the florist came back to venue to pick up the vases that were used. The caterer told her that the mother of the bride was not happy about the flowers. You would think she would contact us to find out what was wrong! Never a phone call or a word to apologize or try to make it up to us! NOTHING. The worst florist in Florida. Would never use her again for anything. Buyers beware! Oh and yes, she wanted all her money in advance! She was very passionate about that! Maybe she should put some of that passion into her customer service!!!! read more
