My 88 yr old bro, fixed income , ordered a floral for me for birthday 6/23 He paid $89 (inc $12 delivery). When he saw it stated not as he ordered. Less flowers, smaller. I agreed it was small but couldn't tell him. I told him how wonderful it was and I loved it. he wanted to call and complain and I asked him not to. I loved it is what I mentioned to him. Morning of the 2nd day both of the large beautiful sin flowers were wilted. When removed they were wired, an indication the flower was starting to wilt. Arrangement is now slimmer. I texted owner on 26th, which now had more wilted flowers . 4 of the expensive kind: dead. No reply: by Friday 4 days later the arrangement was far gone. I am told Lynne, the owner, is not in. She can call me on Monday . No call Monday or Tuesday . When I called again : the employee, I'm sure by direction of Lynne: told me: "we cannot control MOTHER NATURE!!!! woah... no taking responsibility!!!!! at all!! I didn't give up and she offered a lower cost arrangement. I insisted on getting what my bro ordered. Tuesday 7/2 received a beautiful over the top arrangement. was told they were all fresh flowers that just came in. After 5 pm delivery. Prior to 8am on the 3rd, less than 24 hours! The two "new" sunflowers were wilted over on the side. When I took them out, they were wired. I sent the photos to the owner. No response. By the third day of the new arrangement, many of the flowers were dead. I sent photos to the owner. She told me they were brand @new flowers that were delivered same day" Not only didn't take responsibility, said we were "not a good fit" LOL. I have ordered flowers over many of the past decades. I have never seen anything like this. I owned a real estate company in town from 1987 to 2018. Never, ever if there was a mistake made would I blame my client or customer. What baffles me is if you look up her reviews many of the first reviews are a five star review. Not sure when they were posted. When was posted seven years ago. An amazing experience. Ordered a large patriotic bouquet for my sister online as my nephew completed Boot Camp and wanted them both to enjoy when he returned one for one day. Brides beware!!! I unfortunately used Creative Florals recently for my wedding and it was the biggest mistake I made of our wedding. Creative Florals did not provide multiple items at our wedding, which were included in our contract and of course were paid for, they included dead and wilted flowers in my bridal bouquet which I had to get remade hours before the wedding, and provided such terrible and pathetic looking arrangements for the ceremony and reception that my coordinator had to take them apart and put them in vases so we could have SOME flowers displayed at the wedding. In addition to the issues with the actual flower arrangements, the owner of Creative Flowers (Lynne) was extremely nasty and difficult to work with when my coordinator and I expressed our concerns with the missing and incorrect items delivered on the day of the wedding. I have never left a negative review for a vendor, restaurant, or service provider, until now. Don't be fooled by Lynne's warm demeanor when you first speak with her - it is the ultimate "bait and switch" and she cares about little more than her bottom line. read more

I prefer local shops that prepare beautiful arrangements over the online discount services. I spent over $100 for a dozen roses and was disappointed to see that when they arrived they were no better than the roses you can pick up at the grocery store. My husband and I came in to order flowers for a friend in Stuart, 20 miles away to be sent to her office. I thought they would deliver them directly, but apparently that's not how it's done. What do I know? Anyway, the young salesgirl at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. Basically she ordered the flowers online through a florist that is closer to Stuart. Fine. She explained the prices and choices and showed us the standard glass vase for the arrangement we wanted. Great! The next morning, when we found out our friend was not going to be in her office that day, we ran back to the flower shop to change the destination. The same helpful salesgirl got on the phone immediately and found out the flowers were on the delivery truck. She spoke with two different people to have the address changed and the flowers redirected. Our friend was very happy with her arrangement, said the flowers were fresh and it was a large tight bouquet which would last many days. I can't recommend this flower shop for weddings or big events since we did not use them for that, but they have a worker who was very pleasant and competent and I hope they pay her well so she doesn't leave! read more

I used this florist for my wedding. Lynne was recommended to me from my husbands coworker who has used her for her wedding. Working up to the wedding with Lynne was absolutely the best experience, but I was left very dissatisfied the day of my wedding. Like any couple my husband and I came into some money problems before our wedding so we cut back in ways of flowers. Lynne seemed very understanding and I still had her do the most important components; my bouquet, my girls bouquets and the flower for my husband. I also had her do a cluster arrangement for an arch. When I walked in to get my bouquet I almost cried. It was 0 like what I had discussed with her. My girls bouquets were bigger than mine and even for theirs I felt like I over paid for what I got. I honestly felt like I was being punished for only buying what I did and not paying for everything else that I no longer could afford. I left my bouquet at the venue the night of my wedding... that's how much I hated it. I also rented sashes for my bar tables and she stressed that I HAD to return them Sunday , the day after the wedding. She said this to me and my wedding coordinator. After running around all Sunday morning. I drove an hour from my venue to return them to her and she wasn't even there ... just a bad experience all around. read more

Wow what a bad experience. This florist will not show you anything in regards to what your set up will look like without a 25% deposit that they refuse to return even if you do not like what they have to show you. Isnt that the whole point of shopping around. If everyone made you put a deposit down to show you their work we would all go broke!!!! The flowers we got for our center piece were wilted and was completely not what was asked for :-( When we asked for the deposit back because we were going with someone else we were refused by the owner. I have never used Creative Florals before, but a neighbor suggested that I try them. I am so glad I did ! The lady on the phone was very helpful. I ordered a Christmas plant for my mother. I told them that it could just be left at her door, but they called first to make sure that she would be home for the delivery. They gave her a time and delivered them on time. The plant arrived just the way it was ordered. the correct size etc. (it wasn't switched out for a smaller plant). I have had problems in the past with other florists "changing" the order. It is important to me that I get what was agreeded upon.. since I can't be there to see it. I will use them again for Mother's Day. read more

Very upset about the floral arrangements at my wedding. I expected to get what I showed photos of and did not get what I expected during our conversations. Also my 240 dollar bridal bouquet did not look like fresh flowers and the roses had veins in them. I wanted my flowers to match my wedding dress so to look "white" and they looked yellow against my wedding dress. I was very upset. I ordered a cascading bouquet and it had one strand of leaves that looked like it "fell out" of my bouquet. I also wanted a lot of green leaves and didn't get much. I don't understand because I showed photos of how I expected everything to look and nothing even was close. I ordered a "L" shape floral arrangement for my welcome sign and it looked basically like one palm stuck on the sign. It would have looked better without it. I'm so glad I made my bridesmaids bouquets and my own centerpieces I bought myself at publix bc creative florals was pricey. Also the aisles for the ceremony I showed a photo of exactly how I wanted the palms and it looked nothing like what I showed in the photo I had and it was very tiny. I'm still so upset. All of Creative Florals' customers should be aware that a company in Oregon, YourProfessionalFlorist, has somehow been able to hack into Creative Florals' TELEPHONE Number!! to hijack their business! I called that number on a Sunday, March 8, 2015 and asked for Tiffany who I dealt with before. These liars told me Tiffany wasn't there but they could help. YPF charged $165.84 to my visa card on March 10th. Whether they would in fact deliver the flowers I ordered is questionable. When I smelled a rat when an email from YPF that said the delivery would be Saturday March 28, not April 4th, I called Creative Florals to question; I found they had no record of my order!! Note that Creative Florals was closed on Sunday March 8th, but that didn't stop YPF from hijacking the business!! read more

Big disappointment! Promised us everything would be perfect for my daughters wedding and we were heartbroken. The day of wedding when I got to venue, florist had already finished their work. The ceremonial chuppah was done like a funeral not a wedding. Flowers were extremely weak. The flowers at entry table were half dead. The most important part to my daughter were the colors and the owner Lynne showed my daughter one thing and gave her something totally different than what was promised. We worked with her for almost a year and were extremely disappointed. When the wedding was over the florist came back to venue to pick up the vases that were used. The caterer told her that the mother of the bride was not happy about the flowers. You would think she would contact us to find out what was wrong! Never a phone call or a word to apologize or try to make it up to us! NOTHING. The worst florist in Florida. Would never use her again for anything. Buyers beware!
