I just picked up a boutonniere and corsage for my daughter's homecoming tonight. The women I worked with were very kind--both during our phone conversations, when I sent photos of my daughter's dress and what she was hoping for, and again in person today. However, the flowers look old to me. They did remove some brown petals, but there are still quite a few left, and the overall appearance isn't very fresh. So I called this location and spoke with Lisa personally and the care and attention to detail she took was AMAZING and well appreciated. I really wanted to order Lilies so Van stepped in and we went over the vast amount of lilies available and we settled on the colors that would make her happy. I purchased the "Standard" Pink and White Flowers. The website states that "Your order will be arranged approximately as shown on our website." Safe to say the actual arrangement is a far cry from what the website shows. Unfortunately, this experience only further affirms my thought process. Regardless of how much a customer spends, take some pride in your work. I have no doubt that this flower company has an A-team, but I missed the boat on that one (sad face). read more
