My aunt recently passed and the funeral was planned for the following day. We were having a difficult time finding a florist who could help us with last minute casket spread. We visited 3 stores all of which said it's too soon and they had no flowers to help us. We went to A Flower Patch and the gentleman who greeted us was lovely. He was the first one to say how sorry he was for our loss. He immediately said he would be happy to help us. Showed us multiple options within our price range and showed us pictures. We asked for red and white flowers and he said don't worry, we will take care of it. Everything with A Flower Patch was easy. He knew exactly which funeral home we were going to and organized delivery etc. When we arrived at the funeral home, we saw the most beautiful arrangement for the casket. We know that our departed would have loved it so much. We are so grateful and in awe of how lovely the arrangement turned out. Extremely satisfied with their service and product. Highly recommend them for any event! read more

Amazing place to buy flowers or any arrangement of your desire, loved the workers and every detail of the store, thanks

Received an arrangement from here. As I was handed it, I noticed many of the flowers were missing petals, were brown and oddly there were several hairs stuck to it ( and they didn't belong to the delivery driver whose hair was in tights braids) Upon looking at it, the arrangement isn't worth more than $50. When I mentioned this to the person who gave it to me, they were pretty shocked seeing as it cost them over $150. What's funny, is that it certainly wasn't the size you'd expect for that much money, nor were any of the flowers costly, it mostly consisted of cheap flowers and filler. At that point I was on the verge of tears, which I know sounds dramatic, but for someone to spend that much money on an arrangement and have it in such an unpresentable condition, I just felt like these people didn't care about sending something of such poor quality to the recipient. Receiving flowers is supposed to feel great but when you feel like you were just taken advantage of and sent garbage, it's a terrible feeling. Pretty much the opposite of what someone is trying to achieve by sending flowers. I honestly could go on and on about what a negative experience this was and how we basically had over $150 taken from us in exchange for $25 worth of flowers that were ready to be recycled .I received the arrangement yesterday and it's already practically dead. They probably made this 3 or 4 days ago and it was just sitting in the fridge. This thing will likely not make it to the end of the weekend. What a waste of money. And also, why was there hair in it? The one star is for the very kind and lovely delivery girl. Order flowers from literally anywhere else, unless you're looking to ruin someone's day and be charged exorbitantly for it. UPDATE- my house is now INFESTED with flies that seem to circle the arrangement. WOW.... read more

Absolutely incredible service. Spoke to Hazel on the phone and she helps us a ton. We are new to the area and needed to send some flowers to someone, and we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful arrangement! She gave us some color suggestions and we rolled with it, and she ensured us that the color combination would be pretty. And she was so right! Extremely pleased with the price and how it turned out! read more

A Flower Patch - Pink, lavender, white and yellow flower arrangement for $120. - Florists Near Me - Lake Worth, Florida

I had an arrangement sent to my MIL recently. I was specific with the gal on the phone on what I was looking for in terms of color of vase, and colors of flowers. My MIL was thrilled , however when she sent me the photo, I couldn't help but feel it wasn't really worth the $150 that I had paid. I was seriously expecting more flowers than that, I guess I should have known when the gal asked me how much I was willing to pay. hahaha! Silly me for letting my guard down. Perhaps the majority of the cost went towards the vase? I don't know. I didn't want to give them 3 stars because my MIL said the flowers were beautiful. read more

I've used a flower patch 4 times in the last 6 months. Each time the arrangement has been absolutely beautiful. I have always gone with custom arrangements, as I trust the florist can do a good job when given some freedom. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the area needing flowers, whether for sympathy or happy arrangements. There was an issue with delivery on one the arrangements and staff was extremely accommodating. read more

I stopped by in a desperate attempt to pick up flowers to make a bouquet for my friend's wedding reception. The guy I spoke with was immediately dismissive. I completely understand the large amount of orders for Mother's Day but my request was to simply help me locate flowers and I would bind them together with items from the craft store. He told me "good luck" and sent me on my way. Really terrible experience and I was so excited about finding a new florist close to my home. read more

A Flower Patch - The orchids the florist shop put together for my friend - Florists Near Me - Lake Worth, Florida

I came to purchase flowers during a very hard and they were so helpful - making the process extremely easy . Edit - during the ordering process everything was great - very friendly . However I ordered the flowers for my grandmother's funeral and when I arrived to the service the flowers weren't there . When I spoke to the shop the day I ordered ( Friday I went in to the shop the service was on Monday ) I specifically told them to deliver the flowers at 1pm because the funeral director told us to be there around that time to set up. We got there at 115pm due to everything going on I hadn't noticed that the flowers weren't there until my mother pointed it out and it was 2:04pm ( the service had already started and no flowers had arrived ) I called and spoke to someone on the phone who wasn't very friendly being that they were in the wrong . After about another 5 minutes I called again and was told the flowers were delivered and that I should look for them because the driver who delivered them was already back at the shop . I paid an extra $10 to have them delivered for the flowers to show up mid service and they were delivered to the wrong location after again I specified the chapel name. My family has been going to this flower shop for a long time and I was extremely disappointed. The arrangement came out nice but the trouble I had to go through during such a hard time to actually locate them wasn't worth it for me. read more

Very happy with the flowers and service. Definitely coming back soon. Best bang for the buck as well!

Checked out the place again after about a year or so. Place is still very expensive and a bit overpriced for my tastes. Nothing's really changed. Unfortunately, the clerk seemed very uninterested or extremely annoyed at me visiting today. However, their selection of artificial flowers, vases, and other knit-knats are quite good in quality and variety due to the large shop size. If only the price wasn't so driven up to the $100s+ for them. read more

My all time favorite florist in the area. They are so kind and go above and beyond to deliver beautiful work.

Took a leap of faith and ordered flowers from out of town for my aunt's 90th birthday. They were very helpful and professional, listening to my suggestions and concerns and offering their own suggestions enthusiastically. In the end, they delivered a spectacular arrangement, incorporating my suggestions with their expertise. My aunt raved about how fresh and colorful the flowers were and the special features of the arrangement. She especially loved the sunflowers and butterfly!Thank you so much...I would certainly do business again! read more

My god, I ADORE this place. Shelby and Ashley are a fantastic team, and they are incredibly knowledgeable. All you have to do is pitch an idea, then sit back and watch as they bring it to life. Seriously, you can see into their back "design room" area, and literally watch them throw it all together. It's like Edward Scissorhands meets flowers.. Dinner and a movie, if you get what I mean! The customer service is phenomenal, if you haven't already noticed by what I said above! The flowers are impeccably fresh and they have new stock just about every day. The one time I had a delivery sent, my in-laws said that the delivery driver was SUCH a nice man. Teamwork makes the dream work, am I right? I was a bit worried when the shop went under new ownership, but rest assured, the Flower Patch still has its same employees continuing to make their little floral world go round! Thank god they're still offering the same above & beyond customer service, and bouquets! read more
