I came in here to pick up some flowers for a friend. Elizabeth was so friendly and she helped me choose which flowers would go well together. As I was in a time crunch I had to take them home and arrange them myself. Elizabeth was so sweet to take the time and explain how I should go about putting them in a vase. Recently I volunteered to gift very dear friends flowers for their small wedding reception, just 10 days ahead of the date.  I called one florist - all booked up, no conversation.  Then I contacted Victorian Gardens.  Elizabeth called me back and we spoke about 3-4 tables in a private restaurant room, and how we might have simple yet elegant plants for centerpieces.  Elizabeth suggested orchids in pots, with instructions for ongoing care - how thoughtful.  After a couple short calls we finalized colors and arrangements, delivery, and we're good to go. The day before the wedding, I called to confirm that delivery arrangements were made and all was seat to go.  Yes, it was, Eugene confirmed.   The day of the wedding, we arrived at the restaurant to find beautiful orchids on the tables, elegantly potted with care instructions.  The newly  wedded couple was so happy with the plants, and the feedback from guests was the same.   Everyone who was willing to take home an orchid did so, none wasted.   What a wonderful investment in our friends' future! Elizabeth and Eugene came through for us in a short time with epic results!   What more can one ask for? I highly recommend this florist! read more

My mother has received flowers from Victoria Garden twice now and each time we have been blown away by the beauty, quality and pricing of the floral arrangements. I called today, (2 days before Mother's Day) and her flowers were delivered within 2 hours. The customer service is phenomenal. I am so happy that I found this florist with a Google search and I agree wholeheartedly with all of the excellent reviews over there. Planning a wedding from NC isn't that easy but Grace returned my phone call very quickly and was incredibly helpful and friendly. When the bride and I arrived in FL two days before the wedding we stopped by Victorian Garden Florist and Grace welcomed us and showed us what she was planning. We left there feeling great about our choice of florist. On the day of the wedding, I went down to the shop a little early to pick up the flowers and they were ready and gorgeous. I had a little mishap with the bride's bouquet as I was putting the flowers in the car and Grace fixed it right up and even attempted to make me feel better about my clumsiness. She's great and I would recommend her 100%!!! By the way, the wedding was on Monday and it is now Thursday - the flowers still look beautiful! read more

Recently both my brother and I sent our mother flowers for her birthday. We each used a different store. I also assisted my brother. I know that my brother would not hesitate to use Victorian Gardens again in the future. The arrangement was beautiful and more importantly, the owner was super responsible in making sure that the flowers were directly delivered to our mother vs just leaving them on her front door in case she wasn't home. Bought almost $50 worth of flowers on Sunday and by Tuesday most of them are dead. Not very fresh flowers at all

Yesterday my boyfriend in New York, called American Express to help him locate a local florist to send me flowers on Thanksgiving. Words cannot describe the arrangement that was delivered. First, they used 70% plastic and paper pieces from a crafts store instead of live flowers. They used Birds of paradise which belong in the yard, NOT elegant "floral" arrangements. Second, they used fake red plastic peppers, a fake pineapple, and a fake paper like cabbage piece that still perplexes me as to what that actually was... The only flowers they used were 3 real roses, 4 birds or paradise and a very small bunch of stemmed orchids. I LOVE flowers and everyone knows this~! I have received some of the most beautiful and elegant arrangements from Florists. However, this was without a doubt the most nauseating arrangement I have ever seen in my life. I actually contacted Victoria Garden to ask them to "Please pick up the arrangement as I did not want it in my home." I would not put that dreadful display of nonsense in someone's back yard, let alone on a Thanksgiving table. They should be completely mortified. If I were able to upload the photo I took of Victorian Garden's ghastly arrangement I know you would think twice before ever ordering from Victorian Garden. #WorstEver!!! read more
