Beautiful arrangement sent as a thank you. Delivery was timely, our friend was thrilled. We use Flower Kingdom every time in PBG.

Amazing I ordered a nice Designers choice bunch for my mother's birthday online. I then called the store to mention that her favorite color is red if they could accommodate and they "rose" to their calling. It was an enormous bunch for the price and made my mother definitely feel special. She says it has a beautiful fragrance too!! She wants to take it to work and share it with everyone. Thanks flower kingdom for delivering same day too read more

My boss wanted me to send flowers to a family friends in Florida so I looked on yelp and found one called them and unfortunately, they didn't have two dozen yellow long stem roses to put in a vase so I searched and this is how I stumbled on flower kingdom. Everything was simple easy website form to fill out and I did not expect for them to send me a picture of the flowers. I was able to fill out a card with what I wanted to say, the amount that we spent is the usual amount that we would've spent here in New Jersey and so the value was worth it so if you if you need to send flowers to Florida, this is your go to place. It's actually associated with the West Palm Beach North Palm Beach area. read more

Convenient full service florist with delivery. Flower King was open for business when most other florists were closed or had limited hours. Fast response with great service facilitated by excellent communication skills. Our conversation was brief, but very detailed. The florist knew exactly what I wanted when I described my thoughts about what I should send. And finally, the floral arrangement was delivered within a few hours and it was absolutely beautiful. Flower kingdom always does a beautiful job. I love that I get a photo of what they send. Even more that when my MIL receives them and sends me a picture that the two match. I appreciate that if what I want is n/a (this has only happened once over more than a dozen orders) they call and consult me with what changes they suggest and make sure I'm happy with that. It's important to them that they deliver a fresh, beautiful arrangement and what could be better than that? Highly recommend! read more

We had a very unfortunate flower incident where I work and we needed a quick solution. We call Flower Kingdom about 25 minutes before they closed begging for help. Being from out of town, I relied on yelp to help find me a florist nearby based on the star rating. I truly agree flower kingdom is five stars. The quality of the arrangement including the beautiful flowers and vase were top rate. I added extra purple roses and lilies that smelled pretty to bring to my friend as a housewarming gift. The price was fair at $100. I would highly recommend them. read more

I ordered my sister birthday flowers from Flower Kingdom and they stayed fresh for weeks! Such a beautiful bouquet. And when I learned my sister would be gone from house on the afternoon of delivery, I called the shop to see if they could prioritize her delivery so the bouquet wouldnt just sit outside in the hot sun. Honestly, I expected to get voicemail or someone who just said "we'll do our best" but this florist was amazing - she took my request seriously, put me on hold while she called the driver, and came back and said they were re-routing to get her flowers to her earlier than planned. I was so impressed and appreciative. And, as I mentioned, the flowers lasted easily 3 weeks. I much prefer using local florists over an 800# and this is exactly why. I'll definitely order from this shop in the future. read more

Shocked by all the positive reviews. My experience was awful. I called up to have my fiancee and I meet with the designer who I believe was the owner. We were told no appointments were needed and to come in on a day we agreed on. We came in and the owner looked bothered that we were there. She was so rude and didn't even introduced herself or ask our names. She just told us we were too early to pick a florist (which we are not) and then asked us what we would like. When we answered she just started throwing arbitrary prices at us and had us leave to think about what she said. read more

My daughter in California ordered Yellow Roses for my birthday (4/18), but she didn't realize that my address was autocorrected, so the roses were sent to the wrong address. I went into Flower Kingdom and explained what happened & even though they had the wrong address, I was told to come back in 15 minutes & a new arrangement would be ready! It of course was BEAUTIFUL!! We live in Michigan and we ordered a flower arrangement to celebrate the birth of our granddaughter in North Palm Beach. My wife talked with a polite gentleman on the phone who was more than helpful and patient in making sure our order met our needs. He followed up with a confirmation email and photograph of the arrangement that was to be delivered. We found the prices to be elevated compared to what we are used to in Michigan, however it is South Florida so it is to be expected. I must say that Flower Kingdom gave us great value for our money. They truly stand out from the competition. Thank you Flower Kingdom. read more

I recently sent my cousin in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, Flower Kingdom's "Birthday Wishes For You With 1 Mylar Balloon" arrangement ($149.99 + Tax & Delivery). I called just after they opened and spoke with Madelyn on the phone. She was very helpful and easy to work with. I had already seen what I wanted on their extensive website. She took my order and assured me that my arrangement would be fresh and delivered later that same day. A few hours later, I received the following picture of my arrangement via text. Shortly thereafter, it was delivered. My cousin (the recipient) said, "it is the most beautiful arrangement she has ever received." I will be back for other items in the future. FIVE STARS!!!! If I could give more, I would!!! I live in Los Angeles, have no idea of the Delray area, but my friend's father passed away and we wanted to send some flowers in sympathy. After being referred by a different florist who did not deliver in the area and double checking the reviews here, I called them and it couldn't have gone better. The person who answered explained he was there for the Valentine's Day rush so I immediately got hesitant that they would not be able to handle our order, but I am so glad to be wrong! Not only was he (Ed?) extremely nice and friendly, he was able to walk me through my order and said they could get it there same day! Plus! They emailed me a pic of the exact bouquet heading out to my friend and it looked exactly like the one pictured on the website -- in fact, it looked better than the website. (Pic of the flowers in my friend's house). And I'm not kidding when they said deliver same day, it arrived within two hours. BEYOND IMPRESSED! I wish all florists and businesses could take a note from them because then all customers would be happy all the time. They're terrific. read more

Flower Kingdom - simple, unique, elegant. - Florists Near Me - Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

This was one of the more expensive options I've ever used for flowers so I definitely had higher expectations. Their website was glitchy (wouldn't let me add more then one bouquet to my cart & charged me twice to deliver both to one address - still waiting for the refund) and the flowers that were delivered were far less appealing then the original pictures shown on the individual listings (see attached photo). Because this was a next day delivery, overall it went smooth but I most likely would not use them again for all the other reasons. read more

I ordered my grandmother some flowers for her bday. The online ordering was simple and the flowers less expensive than some of the competitors. Though the price was lower, the quality and service was not. They emailed me a photo of the flowers before delivering them which I thought was super thoughtful. They also did contactless delivery to ensure safety for their customers during this time. I appreciated that a lot. My grandmother loved the flowers, they're so beautiful.
