Having never heard of this flower shop, I was invited to a floral arranging party and OMG flower boutique was the star. They provided all flowers chosen by the host and all materials. Did a step-by-step on how to prep and arrange the flowers for your bouquet and creating this special beautiful flower arrangement. It was definitely a fun and beautiful girls time together creating something to live in the present moment. To add as the day went by the hydrangeas and roses went into full bloom. I've never seen any flowers as large as these so definitely great quality. I'm sure it's worth the price. We'll definitely try to visit their shop and use them for other events. read more

I needed a last minute birthday bouquet and did a quick online search for what was nearby my home. We recently moved to the neighborhood and usually my go-to is in Boca. I popped in, no appointment, no pre-order and was asked what my budget was. I said under $100. They had me look online at their website and I picked out an arrangement. I asked if it could be done at that time, they said no problem. I jumped into Publix for a few items and the arrangement was finished shortly after. My daughter wrote a review on Yelp regarding OMG Flower Boutique within the past week to express her complete disappointment with OMG's handling of her order for an orchid for Mother's Day. "Interesting, that review no longer exists on Yelp", so I suspect this will disappear soon as well! In any event, this is my first Yelp review....EVER....the orchid my daughter purchased was $165 (same size sells for $26 at Home Depot). The orchid was delivered on Sunday 5/11/25 and the photos below show the wilting plant five days later. I returned to the shop 5/16 requesting a replacement or to see if they could bring it back to life. The staff agreed. I hadn't heard anything after a week, so I stopped by the shop to check on the status. I was told they would be delivering it, but they needed to check with the owner, and again, this was a week later. I waited another week, and crickets....no orchid, no response. I waited another week and again, stopped at the shop, and more excuses. The fourth week the owner was there and dismissed or acknowledged any ownership for his product or quality of service. He was extremely, rude, arrogant, unprofessional, and was not interested in providing any sense of customer service/satisfaction. In fact, his response to my daughter was describing us as miserable human beings. I am a retired Healthcare Administrator (47 years service) served on local, state, and National Boards. Grew up in Boynton Beach FL since 1962 so I can assure you, I am not a miserable person, but a customer who values positive customer service and quality in the products I purchase. Please learn from my mistake by not using this low end Boutique in Boynton Beach on Jog Road too many others floral businesses to choose from that can provide genuine quality customer service and who will stand by the products they sell. It arrived the day before Mother's Day and was in excellent condition even in the heat of south Florida. When I described it to her she was so pleased that I was so happy.Many thanks to the excellent staff at OMG Florist. I hope you will be sending me more in the future. Worst place to purchase a bouquet or anything flower related..My daughter sent me flowers for my birthday and I live on the second floor .My the time the flowers made it up the stairs, they looked like crap..I called the owner, who was as nasty as could be over a 150.00 bunch of yellow roses..He then sent the text to my daughter..For what reason would he do this?? Paid $45 for a corsage that fell apart before they even got one picture. The corsage itself was beautiful but the metal component that held the elastic around the wrist malfunctioned and the corsage could not be worn. I called OMG and was met with a very defensive employee followed by a very defensive owner. They stated that they've never had this issue and insisted that my sons date must have done something to make cause this to happen. It would have been nice if they sounded like they cared about my experience or offered an apology. It felt strange to feel like I was a defendant answering their questions. "Did you get a picture? Did they make an abrupt movement?" They also said the window of time had closed. Window of time? I picked it up on Saturday, it fell apart after they were closed, they are closed on Sunday and I called on a Monday. They did offer me some flowers but I don't need flowers. I wanted a corsage that would stay together, I did not get that and I wanted a refund. They could have even said "hey, how about we just charge you for the materials" and given me a partial refund and that would have been fair. Having worked in the the jewelry findings (clasps and components) business for decades, it's quite naive for them to believe that it could not have possibly malfunctioned. Every manufacturer has an error ratio and I'm willing to bet these were made for 5 cents in China which raises that ratio. I guess keeping their money is more important than keeping a customer. Needless to say, I would not recommend this company. read more

He brought beautiful flowers and everything you could possibly need, taught 50 women how to make a stunning arrangement, the flowers are still absolutely beautiful 7 days later. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my Mom's 91st birthday. We had them delivered the day before so we can build excitement to the next day. Unfortunately during these Pandemic times we improvise. My brother and his family live out of the country so to do something special started with the flowers. My Mom called and told me they came. She said it was a huge bouquet and very heavy. She was going to ask the delivery person to bring them inside for her. The delivery person was not wearing a mask!!! When you are delivering anything to anyone, you wear a mask. My Mom asked the delivery person to leave them outside and leave. When they were gone she got them inside and took care of it. I went on Yelp to find this shop as it was near her home. So disappointing in these times that the owner is not emphatic to his delivery people about wearing a mask as well as the delivery person. read more

I ordered my flowers for Mother's Day here for the first time and I'll never go back to my old florist. I ordered them last minute and the owner was very kind and assuring that it was no problem and he could get it done in time. The next day I came to pick them up and he had them ready for me! This place is amazing, my mom was so happy with how healthy and beautiful the flowers were.
