I called and spoke with Tommy, who wanted to make things right. He went above and beyond and sent one of his staff to my home with the correct item, on a busy holiday morning no less! They don't even deliver, but Tommy still made it happen. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast he handled the situation. It's rare these days to find a business that takes immediate action to correct a mistake without any hesitation. Tommy, thank you so very much for the amazing customer service, and your help was greatly appreciated.

My fiancé described this as a "mix of coffee and tea", which I think was fitting. The lavender syrup sweetened the coffee with light floral notes and the latte was a great balance between herbal, floral, and creamy overall. Classic croissant sandwich: The egg patty was pretty thick, I'd say just under a 1/2" thick. It was packed with bacon and cheese, and the sandwich was toasted the way I liked. The croissant was buttery and flakey, and overall I enjoyed the sandwich. There wasn't anything unique about the sandwich though, it was just a solid breakfast croissant sandwich that was made well. No special sauces or other ingredients. I guess that's why it's the classic. The staff was nice and pleasant, and our food and drinks were made in a reasonable amount of time. I do think the food and drink were a bit overpriced for what it was (our bill was ~$40 for two sandwiches and two drinks), but they say the ingredients are all locally sourced so I'm assuming that's why. Overall, this was a great experience and I'd certainly choose this The Seed over a larger chain coffee shop. Just know that the dollars can add up quickly here!

The remodel is really first class, definitely the nicest Jewish deli in the area.
