First and foremost the staff was very friendly & the place was so cute! But what I truly came for was the coffee.....it fell sub par for me. I had such high hopes! But I was really let down by the nitro brew coffee (the whole reason for my visit). It's supposed to be creamy and rich, this seemed to me like a weak iced coffee with foam on top. I saw it being poured so it was in fact "nitro"...Im just not a fan of the overall product outcome. I also had the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Latte (hot) ..it was mid. It just wasn't my kind of coffee spot. HOWEVER if you are in fact a fan of cute places to take instagram pictures this is your place. It was so cute inside! Such an instagram worthy spot! Me? I'm here for the beans, sorry, not sorry, I don't have instagram so no cool pictures to be taken other than for this review. Check this spot out if you like a cute coffee spot and some instagram worthy coffee pictures.

The Seed is a great coffee shop & bakery right on Atlantic Ave, and a perfect stop for a morning or afternoon refuel. It's a cozy spot with a few seats indoors and outside and a cute little bench swing too. The staff are fast and friendly, and the baked goods are delicious. I've gone for the breakfast burrito a few times, along with the cinnamon roll and a few other treats. They also sponsor the local run club and offer a discount to members.

I love their strawberry matcha! The matcha is unsweetened and strawberry foam is not too sweet either, perfect blend together! I haven't tried it warm and ice has been hitting the spot every time! I wish they were open past 5 pm and had indoor seating options besides that great place!

Fantastic coffee with big personalities working. I enjoyed the experience and variety of coffees. Thank you for not disappointing.

I only recently became a regular matcha consumer, so understand that this is a neophyte's perspective. To put it sophisticatedly mildly.... ... Holy shazbot! I was in town for an overnight visit, and after a horribly uncomfortable redeye from Los Angeles, I was in desperate need of a sustained energy boost that only matcha can provide (go L-Theanine!). My local friend raved about this place, and I was too tired to inquire for details... which ended up being a good thing. I tried the piña colada matcha, which (true story) cued that familiar angel choir "aaaaaaah" we heard in "Bruce Almighty" and in cheesy commercials. Except there was no cheese here. This was legit so heavenly, I briefly caught glimpses of my ancient ancestors smiling with approval (yes they made it past them pearly gates!). Love the surfy, Tulum vibes, and the staff is very welcoming. They have an excellent selection of pastries/bites, but best of all, for the 'Gram, they have the cutest set up for pictures. I'll definitely be back on future visits.

One of the best strawberry matchas I've ever had!! Service was great and very quick. I also ordered an açaí bowl and a bagel bomb. The bagel bomb was soft and warm and the perfect savory item to have with the other sweet items. I'm only in the area for a couple of days but will definitely go back at least once before I leave to try one of the seasonal drinks!

If you visit South Florida, you'll find many seed locations. This one is in the heart of Delray Beach. It's designed the same as the others and sells a variety of coffee and food. Surprisingly, I enjoyed the Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte. To eat, the Paradise Slider is good, but the two times I ordered it, it came out cold in the center. When they reheated it, the bread burned. Despite that, it was an overall good experience.

This location is so much nicer than the Boynton location. It was more inviting, much cleaner and the pastry case was well stocked. I stopped in here to get some immunity shots. I also got an iced skinny vanilla latte and a spinach quiche. I was hoping the immunity shots would be strong, but they mostly tasted like sugar. The coffee was smooth and the quiche was fluffy and delicious. The only issue is parking. Because this location is on the Ave, it can be difficult to find a spot. It's also a little expensive. I spent $30 after tip. I'll be back, just not regularly.

The Seed is a coffee shop straight out of a movie. It's got the beautiful aesthetic we all dream of when we go looking for local coffee shops, friendly sweet workers who ask your name and write it with love on the cup, and a menu that will knock your socks off. Their instagram has been catching my eye for a few months now, but it was their holiday drinks on Yelp that finally lured me in. I ordered the banana foster latte and I feel like I need to shout from the rooftops. It's flavorful, sweet, and smooth. The coffee is bold but not overwhelming. The sweet cream on top gave the coffee a nice touch without making you feel like your cup had too little coffee. It tasted like actual bananas foster dessert ordered at a gourmet restaurant...but in coffee form. In case the perfect coffee wasn't enough to draw you in, the shop itself is amazing. A cozy little nook for relaxing, bar stools to chat with friends at, all with a view of their incredible pastries. I came here after lunch and honestly wish this had been my first and only stop!!!! I don't care if you are a Starbucks loyal customer like me, you owe it to yourself to try The Seed. Fall in love with the latest and greatest coffee shop around!!!

Came here twice in two days, which says a lot! It's a cute and small coffee shop in downtown Delray. the line is very long but the service and the coffee is worth it.

Service is quick. They definitely get a line. Drinks are a little on the sweet side. Very little seating. Can get crowded. They have a good variety of drinks on the menu and also offer vegan options.

So glad I found this place while in Delray Beach! We loved the menu variety as there's something for everyone and it was close to where we're staying. The scallion bagel bomb is 10/10 - so light, fluffy, and flavorful. The staff was super friendly, we will definitely return.

I ordered an iced cappuccino with whole milk and honey (they only offer 2 milks - whole and a homemade cashew milk). We got our drinks and proceeded to the beach. Sip 1, I started to feel funny and thought there was no way they didn't put whole milk in my drink. 2nd sip, and my whole body began to sweat, throat started to tingle, and I began losing strength and energy. Surely enough, the barista had made my drink with the homemade cashew milk. I'll spare you the details of the proceeding traumatizing events of my anaphylactic shock, but I am thanking the lord I was with people I love, had my EpiPen, and that the ambulance EMTs, and doctors at Bethesda Memorial ER were wonderful and attentive. I would like to acknowledge who I believe was the owner. He overheard my sister run into the cafe to ask the barista what kind of milk was in the drink. After she left the barely-drank drink on the counter and ran out, he chased us down the sidewalk when we were rushing back to our hotel and offered us Benadryl he had on hand. Obviously, he did not realize how severe the situation was and the Benadryl exited my body just a few minutes later, but it was kind of him to do. I am writing this review as both a warning to patrons to verify the ingredients in their drinks before drinking them if they have life-threatening food allergies like me (I obviously wish I had heeded my own advice). I am also writing this as hopefully a wake-up call for the employees of Deke's: food safety is your #1 priority as a food and beverage establishment. You offer only TWO milks. I asked for one of the milks, and you gave me the other, which was a milk made with 1 of the country's 9 major food allergens (tree nuts). This is not a situation of me not liking my drink - this is a matter of life or death. I was lucky enough to be with people I love and have a life-saving medical device at my hotel that I was able to use when my body was being deprived of oxygen and shutting down on itself. Some people are not so lucky. While I am sure you take pride in the drinks you are making, I am urging you to take more care for the people who are drinking them.
