    Pressed Juice Bar

I happened upon this spot while running errands and mailing packages at Pak It Tight. It's right next door, near Firebird Chicken, so I figured why not pop in. I'm a bit of a health food addict and athlete, with a serious weakness for pressed juices and shots (the healthy kind) so this place immediately caught my attention. The staff greets you as soon as you walk in, which is always a nice touch. I asked for a shot recommendation and they were honest. The Orange Glow shot tastes better, but the Squints shot is healthier. Naturally, I went with the Squints and grabbed an iced coffee to recharge. While waiting, I noticed the menu is solid. I'll definitely be back to try one of the bowls or a sammy. They also offer cafecito, which was a pleasant surprise. The coffee was rich and delicious. Loved the cane sugar. The shot was perfectly chilled with a nice kick. Bonus points for the staff cheersing with me, because if you're throwing back a wellness shot at 1 pm on a Thursday, that kind of encouragement is necessary. Looking forward to coming back.

Celis is a great juice bar serving up freshly pressed juices, smoothies, and some solid food options. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and do a great job to make sure the place is clean, the products are fresh, and everything is prepared properly. They also host a run club and give a discount if you participate. And it's a family business so you can feel great about supporting the local community. My go to is the Supra Dupa Greens, which is a great mix of a ton of veggies. I've also been trying out some of the breakfast options which have been delicious. The prices are totally fair for the quality and sizes. Highly recommended this great neighborhood spot!

I've only tried the juices and they're fantastic! My hubby was feeling a little under the weather and one of the managers gave us a great recommendation. Very friendly and informative staff. Chill atmosphere, right up the road from the ocean. Try the banana water!

Amazing smoothies and great food! Highly recommend the Blue Majik or the Purple Drank. Always great and speedy service. THE BEST!

Avocado Toast W/ Everything Seasoning and the Smokehouse Burrito which were both excellent.

This is the first location of The Seed that I've been to, so I'm not sure how other locations compare, but this one was pretty small in general with limited seating inside. Luckily my fiancé and I got there while it was empty, so we were able to choose two of the four bar seats along the wall across from the counter. I had a latte with almond milk and house-made lavender syrup, and we each had a classic croissant sandwich. Latte with house-made lavender syrup: I really enjoyed this. My fiancé described this as a "mix of coffee and tea", which I think was fitting. The lavender syrup sweetened the coffee with light floral notes and the latte was a great balance between herbal, floral, and creamy overall. Classic croissant sandwich: The egg patty was pretty thick, I'd say just under a 1/2" thick. It was packed with bacon and cheese, and the sandwich was toasted the way I liked. The croissant was buttery and flakey, and overall I enjoyed the sandwich. There wasn't anything unique about the sandwich though, it was just a solid breakfast croissant sandwich that was made well. No special sauces or other ingredients. I guess that's why it's the classic. The staff was nice and pleasant, and our food and drinks were made in a reasonable amount of time. I do think the food and drink were a bit overpriced for what it was (our bill was ~$40 for two sandwiches and two drinks), but they say the ingredients are all locally sourced so I'm assuming that's why. Overall, this was a great experience and I'd certainly choose this The Seed over a larger chain coffee shop. Just know that the dollars can add up quickly here!

Despite this, the employee prepared the smoothie with banana while we all watched. When we asked again to confirm there was no banana, she said there wasn't even though she had just added it. We had to throw the smoothie away without even being able to drink it. As we were leaving, she then mentioned that bananas are regularly used in the blender, meaning there could be cross-contamination. This should have been communicated before paying and preparing the drink, especially given a stated allergy. This situation could have been very dangerous. There was a clear lack of attention and awareness regarding food allergies. Staff should be properly trained to handle allergy-related requests. I would rather go out of my way to another location than return here.

We also both got the bagel bomb -- it was more like a croissant stuffed with cream cheese than an actual bagel, but still delicious. Mine came out piping hot, and the cream cheese was scorching too, so I had to let it cool before taking another bite. They also have juices, water, and other grab-and-go bites in the cooler near the front entrance. There's seating inside and outside, plus a covered corner area near a green space that was really nice -- that's where we sat to chat and sip. I know there's a location closer to home for me, so I can't wait to check that one out too. Overall a nice place with delicious drinks and small bites. You get what you pay for -- it was $25 for both our iced drinks and bagel bombs -- but I get it, and I wasn't disappointed with the quality. I'd definitely visit again when I'm in the area.

I bring bowls to my mom for our catch-up dates, and it's become such a special tradition. The shop itself has a farmhouse-style interior that's always clean and inviting. There's plenty of parking, and the location is perfect. It is right near the beach and the perfect stop for breakfast, lunch, or a post-beach snack. Be sure to try their hot coffee too. While I don't get their smoothies as often, you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The wrap was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying--exactly what you'd hope for from a health-focused spot like Vale. It featured tender lemon garlic chicken breast paired with crisp kale, shaved Parmesan, and a rich Caesar dressing that pulled everything together beautifully. The balance of flavors was spot on: tangy, savory, and fresh all at once. One thing I appreciated was how clean and high-quality everything tasted. The ingredients didn't feel heavy, but the wrap was still filling, making it a great option for lunch or a lighter dinner. Vale's fast-casual setup is efficient, and the staff was friendly and quick to help. The space itself is bright, modern, and inviting--perfect for a casual stop-in or a grab-and-go meal. A staff member also gave me a free matcha blueberry smoothie sample that was so good and I don't even like matcha. I also tried a pressed shot, the red and shot was the perfect way to end my lunch. While the pricing is slightly higher than a typical wrap (around $18), you're definitely paying for premium ingredients and generous portions. If you're someone who cares about clean eating but doesn't want to sacrifice taste, I'd absolutely recommend trying the Chicken Caesar Wrap. It's a great representation of what Vale does well: bold, fresh flavor in a health-conscious package.
