Such an underrated bagel place. I'd be so bold to claim that Boca Bagel Bar has the BEST bagel sandwiches in Boca. The staff is always so friendly and helpful when ordering even for new customers who don't know the menu super well. The bagels taste sublime and our favorite are the ones that come with hashbrowns and cream cheese. YUM! One of our new favorite staples. They have a nice outdoor seating area to sit and enjoy or you can get to go since they are super quick and no matter how busy it is, your wait is never too long.

It's a small bagel shop with a large outdoor seating area, however it's not the best place to bring your little one as there's no high chairs. My wife and I had to take turns eating since our son had to sit on our lap which was a bummer especially since there's so many families in Boca Raton. Another thing that was upsetting is they have no dairy free cream cheese spreads. I asked for a strawberry jelly spread since they didn't have anything nondairy and they gave us strawberry cream cheese... The bagel sandwich is decent for the area but super small in comparison to other places for the price.

I missed my favorite Brooklyn diner until I found Boca Bagel Bar on Mizner. Food is awesome. Services are great. And I can make my own coffee just like in Brooklyn. Just look at this breakfast. Delicious. Thanks guys for making me feel like home. Bob Nelson

Two of my coworkers told me I had to try Boca Bagel Bar and I'm so glad I did! I took a break from work and parking was tight but doable at 11:30 on a Monday. The restaurant is bright and clean and the staff is friendly. I ordered the French Kiss sandwich to go and just wow! Perfectly soft ciabatta piled high with Boar's Head roast beef, lots of Brie (yum), horseradish cream, and pickled red onion. This sandwich should be called Chef's Kiss instead of French Kiss...so great. I didn't love the pickle it came with. It tasted more like a salted cucumber but that's not enough to remove a star from my review. I will definitely be back and next time I will try the bagels!

I tried this restaurant for breakfast yesterday and I am afraid to say that I wasn't impressed at all. The establishment is a very small place with two small 2 person dining tables crowded against the front window. I ordered 2 different kind of bagels and I found them to be smaller than most other bagels I have eaten. The other thing that I found was that there was less product inside the bagel than I am used to seeing. A young lady spilled an iced coffee on the floor and the handed her a roll of paper towels to clean it up. A man did eventually come over with a bucket and a mop. They do have some outdoor seating. Unfortunately, I do not feel comfortable in recommending this establishment.

I would give 10 stars if I could. The person in charge went above and beyond to assure that we could safely eat there with our food allergies. It's safe to say we will be back and telling all our friends about this gem. The vibe inside is classic bagel store, coffee set up, cream cheese selections you name it. The bagels texture and taste- phenomenal.

What a wonderful deli! My husband and I were in the mood for a little something for brunch and Boca Bagel Bar did not disappoint. We were warmly greeted once inside, and we were impressed by the large breakfast and lunch menu. There are a couple tables inside and several outside on a covered patio. I have to imagine that in season this place can get quite busy. My husband and I both got bagel sandwiches with lox and cream cheese, capers, and onions. The bagel was delicious and well seasoned. It was everything an everything bagel should be. They construct their lox sandwiches perfectly because the capers and onions are on top of the cream cheese and the lox goes above it. So many places do it wrong, which causes your toppings to roll off. The price was definitely fair given the generous slices of lox that we had on our bagel. I would definitely like to return to try their sandwiches and salads in the future. BBB has earned some new customers!

I don't think you understand I'm OBSESSED with BBB. This is my spot. Best bagels, better service, fair prices. Good seating outside with a few chairs inside. It's beyonddddd. We usually get chicken salad sandwiches, quite possibly the best chicken salad in the game. Other times I get lox shmear on everything bagel. Delish!

Food is usually pretty good. I did order today and asked for my cream cheese on the side got to work and I think they put extra on the bagel. You do get charged for capers and onions on this and as you can see it was a bit of a waste as they got stuck in the cream cheese.

Boca Bagel Bar is my go-to for breakfast at work. I always order takeout from this location, and the food is consistently hot, fresh, and delicious. Their bagels are great, the OJ is my favorite, and even their lunch items hit the spot. Super reliable and tasty every time

We ordered delivery from Boca Bagel Bar and we were very happy with what we received. We ordered a bagel sandwich which had hash browns, bacon and egg and nova, cream cheese on a bagel. The egg sandwich was good the bacon was a little overcooked in my opinion and they did replace my original requested bagel with a plain one. The nova and cream cheese was really good there was a fair amount of nova on the bagel and the ratio to cream cheese was good. Overall defintely would order from them again and if I was in the Mizner area I defintely go into to eat there.

Not my photo...copied this from Google images as it looked exactly like our order.

Well done Boca Bagel Bar! My fiancé and I were starving and didn't have time to make lunch. We decided to see what Buy 1 get 1 deals were on UberEats. To our surprise, Boca Bagel had a chicken cutlet panini special. We decided to give it a try and wow...we were not disappointed. The cutlets were crispy and the panini was perfectly pressed. It also came with a pickle and macaroni salad that was tasty. We will definitely order from them again!

Laspada had a lit up sign in the window saying they're "open." I seem to recall Next Door Boca giving them decent reviews. I am a native of Philly, hometown of the hoagie. I thought I'd give this place a try. I ran from my car through the rain and tugged on the door....locked. The door hours say open at 11! So much for the lit "open" sign. They have outdoor metal tables and chairs under an awning. I sat at an outdoor table for ten minutes. I looked through the storefront window at a couple employees prepping and I read the wall menu. A guy unlocked the place at 11. I let a young family and several other guys go ahead of me. Guy at the slicing wheel waited on me. I ordered a small Mama Lastrada turkey & salami on wheat. There's about a half dozen employees behind the counter dealing with the assembly line of customers and sandwiches. Guy at the slicing wheel tells me one of the other guys will work on my sandwich. Okay. However, I can't move down the line because there's customers still lined up ahead of me waiting for their food. Slicing wheel guy looks up at me a minute later and asks what he can get for me. I look back at him waiting for him to recognize me from a minute ago when he already had sliced my order. No recognition! I repeated my order to him. Now he remembers me! He again refers me to one of his junior sandwich prep guys. I overheard him telling a busy junior guy, "This is just a small Mama on wheat" or something like that. Still, I can't go down the line because there's guy ahead of me had placed an order for 3 sandwiches. I swear to you that the slicing wheel guy asks me for a THIRD time for my order! By this time, I felt like I was in a Monty Python sketch. I repeated my order. Again, he refers me to a third junior associate (Manny, Moe, and Jack)? Finally, a young associate asked me for toppings. I had noticed two lettuce bins. One bin looked fine. The other looked a little brown. I decided to skip the lettuce rather than ask him to pick from the left hand bin and embarrass them. I also saw a black speck in the onion bin. It probably was nothing but I decided to skip onions just to be safe. I chose tomatoes, Swiss cheese, pickles and sweet peppers. The debit card reader asks if I want to tip. I skipped that. Price was reasonable. Hoagie was okay. The roll was soggy. Philly hoagie shops pride themselves on their rolls. I understand this is Florida, not Philly. I can appreciate this place is popular and busy. However, being asked for my order 3 times by the same experienced worker there left me feeling less than special as a customer.

FIVE STARS. GAS STATION? YES. GAS STATION? ALSO YES…read more Let's get something straight. Some of the best food on earth comes from places that look like you shouldn't trust them. Gas stations. Side streets. Tiny counters with three tables and a refrigerator humming in the corner. I saw WhatSub on Yelp and thought, "Alright. Let's see if the hype survives State Road 7." It didn't just survive. It flexed. I am fully on board with five-star gas station cuisine. In fact, I seek it out. And WhatSub doesn't just play the game -- it competes internationally. This place comes dangerously close to Sandwich Master in Turin, Italy. I'm not exaggerating. And it narrowly beats out Generoso's in Coral Springs, which is not an easy feat. The bread? Legit. The meats? Layered like someone actually respects the architecture of a sandwich. The balance? No soggy mess. No overkill. No amateur hour. And then the cannoli. Freshly piped. Not pre-filled. Not sitting there getting sad and humid. Fresh. Filled to order. Shell still crisp. Ricotta smooth and balanced -- not overly sweet, not grainy, not lazy. Best cannoli I've had in South Florida since Lorenzo's in North Miami Beach. That's not a casual comparison. That's a statement. Now let's talk atmosphere. It's technically in a gas station plaza -- and yet the owners and staff are actually speaking Italian behind the counter. Not performative. Not touristy. Just normal conversation like you accidentally stepped into a deli in Torino. It feels real. So real that I went back the next day. And then again. I am not joking. When I ask myself, "What was my favorite thing?" the answer is dangerous: Everything I ordered. Cold subs. Hot subs. Cannoli. Repeat. This is the kind of place you almost don't want to write about because once the word spreads, lines get longer and secrets disappear. But credit where credit is due. WhatSub is proof that greatness doesn't need chandeliers. Sometimes it just needs good bread, proper technique, and someone who actually cares.

Came here because I saw it was a new Italian sub shop near my area. Saw good reviews and wanted to…read moretry it myself. Behind the counter was a husband/wife duo who were the business owners (didn't get their names) who stated they were from Sicily. After much deliberation, I decided to order the Arthur Ave and the Milano. The Arthur Ave is a cold sandwich that had prosciutto, arugula, stracciatella, sun dried tomato. You have a choice of bread from white, wheat rolls, and focaccia. I was informed by the husband the focaccia is made fresh daily by his wife so of course I had to try that. The wife was nice enough to let me try a sample of the prosciutto and I have to say -- it was delicious, so getting it on a sandwich was going to be a no-brainer. The Milano was for my father. Watching them make the sandwich, they put two huge pieces of chicken cutlet, mayo, lettuce, tomato, and freshly sliced mozzarella. Again, I got the focaccia bread. Both sandwich's were drizzled on the top of the focaccia bread with fresh Italian olive oil which was just the cherry on top. I had told the owners it was my first time and we had a great conversation, that they were nice enough to give me and my parents 3 free mini cannolis -- which was completely unexpected and highly appreciated! As far as the food goes, I don't have enough adjectives in my vocabulary to describe how delicious this sandwich was. From the delicious meats, the fresh veggies, and my personal favorite part -- that focaccia bread. I would buy that alone. They had specials on their menu the day I went that was a not on their menu -- a meatball sub and arancini balls. Also, keep in mind, that this shop is inside the Mobil gas station on 441 and SW 18th. There is a sign on the outside of the gas station, but if you're driving by and unsure of the location, I can confirm it is inside the Mobil. Overall, a great experience; delicious food, great people behind the counter. Only caveat I would say is it is a little bit higher price for a sandwich, but with the current economy where a McDonalds burger is over 10 bucks, you truly get what you pay for and that is top quality, fresh and delicious food. Will definitely be coming back here in the future.
