They also charge you for a bagel with cream cheese even if you just get a plain bagel and never tell you about it. The few restaurants that have to pick your pocket for credit card fees normally charge 3% at most and don't charge it on debit cards or Apple Pay. This shady place is using it as a profit generator.

I've always felt that they sometimes pack a little more and then take some out before storing them in the deli case. If you look at my photo, and even my photos from previous visits, you will see what I mean, and since these items are sold by weight, I'd prefer to see them measured fairly. I've actually been going more often to their newer Military Trail store in Boca, which seems to be better run in several ways. The coconut shrimp were great crispy very well done and hot of course. The mushroom flatbread was excellent too. We ordered two French dip sandwiches which looked more like humongous deli sandwiches, but with this grape bread, good quality beef wow and the apple juice was properly made. Love the cheese in it stretchy kind. Great location very friendly staff and a great menu. The menu was fast and very fair. Also has full bar and a great wine selection. It was not very good. The other sandwich was egg and cheese on an everything bagel. This bagel was a little better but still did not have the right consistency. The sandwiches were under $10 each and the place look clean but I will not be going back. With so many bagel options available this place falls to the bottom of my list.
