When I called to speak with a manager about the mistake, the woman who answered was extremely rude. She constantly interrupted me, refused to let me finish a sentence, and then hung up on me. I called back immediately, and the man who answered refused to give me the manager's name before hanging up on me as well. This is not acceptable. You should not have to pay good money for incorrect orders followed by rude, dismissive treatment from management. I contacted DoorDash and received a full refund, but that doesn't change the fact that this place has terrible quality control and even worse customer service. Bottom line: Avoid this restaurant entirely. There are far better options out there that actually care about getting your order right and treating customers with basic respect.
