FYI - It is valet only...no charge gratuities only...at the end of your visit they hand you your keys and your walk to your own car...at least that is how it went for us. We had open table reservations so we were seated right away...the hostess was was very friendly as were our servers...we started with one guy but then we had another lady soon after. We ordered drinks to start...Pinot grigio for me and Corona for the hubby. We looked over the menu a bit and started off with 3 shareables..the eggplant with honey, shisito peppers and octopus gallega...The eggplant with honey was an interesting dish (in a good way) and very tasty...they peppers were good as well but my husband wasn't a fan of the octopus gallega. For the 2nd round, we ordered another round of drinks and then the pan con tumaca, manchego croquettes and octopus in garlic sauce. I loved the toast with tomato "jam" as well as the manchego croquettes...I would re-order both of these. My husband wasn't a fan of the octopus in garlic sauce as he felt it was a bit too salty. He also ordered another dish, the seafood salpicon and this dish he really loved! For dessert we opted for the crema catalana...similar to a creme brulee...it was good...I also had a latte which was a nice accomplishment to the dessert. After dinner we headed to their Hidden Speakeasy (behind the pantro door). In there we each had another drink to end the evening. They do have a food menu in there which was different from the restaurant. It would be fun to just come with a group of friends and chill for a while. This is a freestanding restaurant with lots of parking. It is decorated with a strong Spanish flair. There is live music in the evenings but we went on a Wednesday afternoon. There was one other table of patrons when we arrived, but we were the only people in the place until we left. The eatery offers lunch specials, but we went specifically for the half price paella (on Tuesdays and Wednesdays). We started with the pulpo ajillo appetizer, which is octopus in a red wine and garlic sauce. It was tender and delicious. For our paella we ordered the mixto version with chicken, shrimp, scallops, mussels, octopus, and squid. The squid melted in your mouth. The scallops were divine (even though they were the small bay scallops). Everything else in the paella was good, but I thought the rice was a bit too moist. Traditional paella should feature rice that is firm and not sticky. I even like the crispy crust that can form at the bottom. This paella did not feature either. We shared a creme brulee for dessert. It had thick caramelized sugar on top but the custard was very milky and not thick and creamy enough. ALWAYS AMAZING!! My favorite restaurant for a reason. The quality never ceases to amaze me. My boyfriend and I just came back from Spain and we're missing Spanish food and this brought us right back. The flavors were perfect! Love the low lit ambiance with live music. They have great Spanish beers and lovely wines aswell. Service was great and very tentative. No complains about food or experience. One thing I will say is that the bathroom had lots of dead flies on the floor. Lots of them which some were dead, some dying, and some flying. Quite a strange thing to see. The restaurant itself looks very clean aswell as all the plates and cutlery so I was confused on why the bathroom was like this. I'm sure this will be resolved quick. Had a nice lunch here. Found it on a whim as we were driving down Federal Hwy. I love to support family run businesses and this one will put a smile on your face. All dishes are fresh and made to order. Inside is charming and you feel like your in the owners dining room. Live music and flamenco dancing nightly starting at 6 after happy hour. First we had some tapas--salpicon de marisco (seafood hodgepodge), calamares fritos (fried calamari), albondigas (meatballs), and empanadas de pollo (chicken empanadas). They were all really good. Then we had the seafood paella which serves 2 people. We finished with the Spanish crème brûlée which was really tasty. Service was friendly. The restaurant is large and they had live music with a flamenco dancer performing which was entertaining. We went on a Saturday night with a large party which we did have a reservation for so we were seated immediately, even though the place was packed our server Santiago was on point we got a bunch of tapas to share for the table my favorite was the octopus and my we got to try a bit of everyone's meal and everything was perfection. I ordered the Bronzino, which was cooked perfectly with lemon butter on top of veggies, but the real ambience is the live music and live Dancer who had a lot of energy and made my night then what I learned was behind a hidden door was a speakeasy. Came here for our holiday party for work. (Yes, a very late review.) We had a private room. Food was delicious, ambiance and service were great, and of course, company was good! We were able to try lots of dishes (it's tapas of course) and each one was delicious! My favorite was the oxtail and octupus. We were also served sangria--both white and red--which were delish! Just caution that it's pretty much valet parking and when a photographer comes around, expect them to try to sell you the photo they took, printed and framed for you. You can kindly decline! Eatapas is definitely the place to go for some good bites and good drinks! First off, the parking was valet only. They work with tips so it's not bad. They accept cashapp and zelle payments in cash you don't have cash. As soon as you walk in, the hostess is right at the entrance. We checked in our table, but the rest of our party hadn't arrived so we sat at the bar for some pre-dinner drinks. The bartender was amazing and super nice. He made some great food recommendations as well so we were excited to get to the table. Once everyone arrived, we were sat pretty quickly. There was a flamenco show going on too so there was people dancing and having a good time. The ambiance is definitely lively. For food, we decided to go with a bunch of tapas, and honestly they were all amazing. We got pan con tumaca, garbanzos con chorizo, croquetas de bacalao, albondigas a la madrillena, gambas al ajillo. We visited on a Saturday during happy hour, and it wasn't too crowded, so we had a lovely time enjoying the food and service. I can never recommend this business to anyone. I arrived and found a parking spot and parked my vehicle and the valet guy told me I can't park there and gave me so much attitude. He was insisting of having him park my vehicle and I said no because I'm already parked, then he said it was ok in an annoyed way. Your experience will range from a 3-5. First time for me was a five, this last time I went it was a 3. The food was average and felt extremely overpriced. One of the tapas was barely edible. Being from Spain, the tortilla is very important and very simple. But when it's watery inside you know they're rushing to make them. I get it, it's busy, but I'd rather wait five more minutes than not enjoy the meal. Two glasses of sangria is the same price as the pitcher, which would have been nice to know from the waitress. The bus boys came by every two minutes trying to take our plates when there was still food on half of them. Overall, didn't enjoy it as much as the first time. The "flamenco" show is also just a guitar player doing covers of American songs and a woman dancing next to him. I wouldn't say that's "flamenco". read more

There is a 5 for 35 tapas menu everyday and it is so worth it. We tried the cod and ham croquettes and they were spectacular, give me 20 of them right now. We also tried the gazpacho and it was amazing for the hot days we are having in south florida. Had the potatoes and the seafood paella. This was the most flavorful paella I've ever had which is odd because reading the previous reviews made me nervous. It was full of fresh sea food and I kept me full the whole day. I also noticed their croquetas where homemade ! Which is a huge plus. There are many Spanish restaurants that don't authentically make their own food and serve you per-packaged food, Eatapas is not that place. You can feel safe here and the ambiance is very relaxing.
