Checked out Apt 9f for some light bites after work with some friends. The weather wasn't too bad so we sat outside. They have a good amount of seating both inside and out, but it was pretty busy inside when we showed up. Service was very friendly the entire night and our food didn't take long to come out. I shared the turkey meatballs and jalapeño corn muffins. The meatballs were just okay; I should've realized when it said "contains nuts," that it would be a plant-based meatball. But I thought it was just a turkey meatball, so that was a little disappointing. I should've asked about it before ordering. Disappointing Experience with My Service Animal I visited Apartment 9F on June 24, 2026, with my trained service animal. Shortly after entering, I was told that dogs were not permitted. I explained that my dog is a trained service animal and later spoke with the owner about the situation. During our conversation, I was asked to identify my specific medical condition and explain exactly what my service dog was trained to do. I respectfully advised that I was not required to disclose my medical diagnosis. Throughout the interaction, my service dog remained calm, under my control, and did not bark, act aggressively, or otherwise disrupt the establishment. Because of how the situation was handled, I chose to leave and was unable to enjoy the establishment in the same manner as other patrons. I hope Apartment 9F takes this opportunity to review its policies and provide additional training to management and staff regarding service-animal access so that future patrons with disabilities are treated respectfully and in accordance with applicable law. read more

This small bar/ restaurant is located in Wilton Manors right in the gayborhood. Our friends that we were with suggested this place and glad we went. The food here is more set up as small plates so you'll def need to have at least 2-3 plates per couple to share. This was perfect for our evening because we didn't want a heavy dinner but something light to medium to accompany us with drinks. The waitress was very attentive to our order and the service was amazing. While they were short staffed that evening, we didn't have a long wait for either our drinks or food. Apt 9F is my comfy place. So laid back with tables, chairs, couches, outdoor seating. I like to sit at the bar if it's me and someone else. The service is on point and the owner Carol will stop by and check on you. I always feel taken care of. A limited tapas menu with a nightly special. I love the goat cheese dip. And tonight I had the shrimp and my companion had the steak salad. Last night we both ordered the dip and pork belly tacos. Delicious! Oh! And cornbread muffins to go! An adorable place for dinner inside the cozy restaurant or outside on the sidewalk. The menu is pretty small, which I always appreciate, and the dishes we tried were great. I'd highly recommend the turkey meatballs; the menu warns that they have nuts, and they add a nice flavor and texture. The steak sandwich is also very good, especially with the sugar coated pecans. I do not recommend this place. I have two medical service dogs. They escorted us out and the only option they gave me was to sit outdoors while it was raining. I even showed the service credentials and they didn't care. So this guy walks up to me and says he's an attorney and I have no right to bring even a service dog to the establishment. I did tell him that I am an attorney and the place has no right to refuse service dogs since they are not pets. Very disappointed at the establishment. Do not go to this place. What if I were blind? This spot is SO cute! Truly brings me back to the cozy spots in SoHo NY. Very trendy and located in the heart of Wilton manors. We sat outside which are up for grabs before a certain hour. Menu had a nice selection of tapas, salads and flatbreads which really are big enough to share. We ordered the BBQ chicken flatbread, baked goat cheese with chibatta bread, and jalapeño corn muffins. Every single dish was INCREDIBLE! I can't explain how especially delicious the corn muffins were. Chefs kiss we ended our date with the ooey gooey blueberry bread pudding which was worth every calorie. Service was good. We did have to wait a bit for drinks but totally saw how busy it was and our server was super swamped. Honestly worth the wait. We just people watched as we waited.
