I've been to Earls a few times before for both happy hour and dinner, but this was my first time trying their Dine Out menu and everything was delicious. Started with the ribs, which were sweet with just a little bit of spice. For my main, I had the spicy Calabrian pasta with chorizo sausage. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente and had just enough of a kick without being too spicy. I finished with the sticky toffee chocolate pudding for dessert, which was really good and definitely a great way to end the meal. I really enjoyed the Dine Out menu because it gives you a chance to try and sample several different items instead of just ordering one or two things. It was $45 for dinner for the entire 3 course. Truly enjoyed our afternoon at Earls. This was our first visit and there will definitely be more. To start, our server who was a lovely young lady, was so friendly, gave great recommendations and was a pleasure to talk to. The restaurant is very nicely decorated and has an upscale appearance and casual vibe. We enjoyed both the food and the drinks. To drink I had the guava crush and my wife had the guava margarita. Both were so good. Great flavor....... For our late lunch, I had the Tuscan grill Salmon and my wife had the Nashville, hot chicken sandwich. My dish was outstanding. The salmon was cooked perfectly and has the perfect crust on the outside. The bed of gnocchi's in the sauce was spot on and the flavor profile was perfect. This is the reason I'm only giving a 4 star review and not 5. My wife sandwich. The presentation was very nice. The flavor was very good. The downside was that it was a smaller piece of chicken thigh meat which did have a very heavy breading layer. Because the thigh meat was kinda small it was definitely overcooked and led the meat being a little dry and tough. Regardless we enjoyed the restaurant and definitely will return. read more

We had such a great time at Earls Kitchen and Bar! The vibe was amazing and the food and drinks were unmatched. I tried a passion fruit mojito and it was tasty and refreshing! For my meal I tried the truffle tortellini with chicken and it was probably the best tortellini I ever had. Really nice place with a great ambiance! The atmosphere is definitely one of the highlights it feels modern, lively, and like a great spot for a night out. The service was okay, I'd give it around a 6/10. There's definitely some room for improvement, but overall we still had a good experience. For the food, we ordered the oysters and they were amazing! Really good quality, fresh, and definitely my favorite part of the meal. We also tried the birria tacos . I'm a big fan of birria, so I was expecting that traditional birria flavor. I'm very familiar with Earl's Miami Worldcenter location so I was excited to see how Las Olas compared. Stopped by on a Saturday evening and the upstairs bar was very busy. The bartenders advised that Friday evenings were even better for networking. We ended up getting a few drinks and I was looking to eat something light so I went with the chicken fingers which hit the spot. The rest of my party enjoyed their martinis and small bites as well, but I don't remember what exactly they ordered. There were plenty of bartenders so service at the bar was fast and very attentive. I had such an amazing experience at Earl's! I came in with a party of six for a bridesmaid proposal dinner with my girls. From start to finish, the service was incredible. Every staff member we encountered was so kind and welcoming. Paige, the Guest Experience Manager, went above and beyond by creating a custom table sign and surprising us with a bottle of champagne to celebrate my milestone. The GM, Eddie, also stopped by to wish us well, which made the experience feel so personal. Our server, Keilani, was an absolute sweetheart and made sure we had everything we needed. She constantly checked on us, double checked things and knew the menu well. The food was delicious! The Shrimp & Scallop Spaghetti was cheesy, pesto goodness. I waited a few days before writing this review because I've been in a full blown relationship conflict with Earl's Kitchen + Bar. On one hand, this place is gorgeous. Like "let's take pictures before we eat because this patio belongs in a lifestyle magazine" gorgeous. Las Olas energy at its finest. The outdoor seating is fantastic, the atmosphere feels upscale without being stuffy, and honestly, the food was outstanding. Which is why this hurts. We came for Mother's Day brunch and intentionally avoided rushing over for happy hour pricing because we wanted a relaxed meal. Adult decision. Responsible. Mature. Mistake number one apparently. Started with the charred corn and avocado dip and I need whoever created that dish to be recognized with some sort of civic award. Ridiculously good. One of those appetizers where you immediately start calculating whether licking the bowl in public is socially acceptable. Then came the steak and eggs discussion. My wife and I were both looking at the steak and eggs listed on the menu for $26.75. Our waiter explained that the standard steak was only four ounces and casually suggested upgrading to a six ounce or eight ounce cut instead. Now listen carefully because this is where the plot twists into a financial thriller. At no point during this conversation was pricing for the upgrade mentioned. And shame on me for not asking. That part is absolutely on me. But the suggestion was delivered with the same casual energy as "would you like fries with that?" So I upgraded to the eight ounce. My wife went with the six ounce. She also had a margarita she loved. We skipped dessert because we were stuffed and, as it turns out, accidentally entering a luxury cattle futures market. Then the handheld payment machine arrived. $175. I stared at that screen like it had just informed me my mortgage was due immediately. Turns out those extra six ounces of sirloin between the two plates carried an upcharge that could finance a small fishing boat. Roughly ten dollars an ounce for the upgrade. Somewhere, a Wagyu cow laughed at me from a distance. And look, before anybody jumps in, yes... I should have asked. Lesson learned. But restaurants also know exactly what they're doing when upgrade pricing gets floated around casually without numbers attached. There's a difference between upselling and a sneak attack. Which makes this review frustrating because I genuinely loved almost everything else. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was fantastic. Service was friendly. But nothing tanks the ending of a brunch quite like feeling blindsided by steak math. Pro tip for future diners: If they suggest the upgraded steak, ask the price immediately. Ask twice. Possibly get it notarized. Three stars because I really do want to come back someday. But right now I still feel like I got hit with a reverse happy hour. read more

We started with a lemon drop martini since margaritas & martinis are half off on Mondays. Drink was strong and so good. We then ordered the steak and sushi with the spicy salmon crispy rice. Came here Saturday night with a friend during peak hours and it was packed, about an hour wait, but we were able to grab seats at the bar right away, which worked out perfectly. For appetizers, we had the sticky Korean ribs and Szechuan shrimp & pork dumplings, and honestly... incredible. Tons of flavor with just the right amount of spice. Pricing was around $14-$20, but portions were solid so no complaints there. We split the carne tacos (comes with two plus chips and salsa). Heads up, the chips and tacos both have a spicy kick, but everything was super flavorful. The steak was cooked medium rare and I don't usually go for that, but it was actually so good. Dessert was the crème brûlée lava cake with strawberries, vanilla ice cream, and chocolate drizzle...rich, indulgent, and the perfect way to end the night. Total came out to about $150 with tip, so $75 each. Great for a date night or a fun night out. Service was on point, plenty of bartenders, and the ambiance is really cute with great music. Earl's has a great vibe on Los Olas in Fort Lauderdale. Ambiance is beautiful. We are on the rooftop and the bar is stunning. The service was really good and the food was even better. We had a few burgers, corn and avocado dip, spicy Calabrese pasta and the tortellini. I tried everyone's meal and I was really impressed with the consistency of quality in each dish. My favorite was the tortellini. What could be a basic dish was made fresh with lemon zest and a light cream sauce. The cocktails were on point too. I went to Earls Kitchen + Bar restaurant on August 3rd to see my former college friends (three women). I hadn't seen one of them in years, so it was good seeing her again. I was the first to arrive at the restaurant. There are no stairs entering the restaurant. We sat behind the host stand. The ambiance of the restaurant was bamboo, boho style, with plants throughout the restaurant. The restaurant does have an upper level which has another bar and restrooms. I do hate that there are no restrooms on the first floor; you have to take the elevator to the second floor for the restrooms. At Earls Kitchen + Bar on the 2nd floor, they only allow customers to sit in the patio area during dinner time. The women's restroom is very spacious; it was clean during my time there, and most importantly, I loved the lighting in the restroom. Now, on to the food. One of my friends ordered sushi, another ordered nachos, and we all had cocktails since on Mondays margaritas and martinis are half off. I ordered the Don Julio Margarita, and I had a total of three of those drinks. That Don Julio Margarita was bomb and made just right. For lunch, I ordered the shrimp + scallop spaghettini that came out so dry since it didn't have basil almond pesto, roasted tomatoes, cilantro, or parmesan in it. Now, Server Geraldina should have informed me that if I didn't want that on the shrimp + scallop spaghettini, it would come out dry, because then I would have chosen a different meal. I do remember the server having a thick accent; sometimes it was hard to understand her, but overall, Geraldina did a fabulous job serving my table. I can't wait to go back for dinner and get more of the Don Julio Margaritas. So, if you're ever in the Las Olas area, I highly recommend you check it out. read more

Earls is always a great time With great food. We love to brunch here on their patio on the 2nd floor. The service is always awesome with Mo at the helm. And the food is always excellent. I love their poke bowl and chicken sandwich, but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Everything is fantastic. I really appreciated this as I'm not drinking alcohol and I dont drink soda & juices. I had the sparkling lemonade with lots of mint, which was perfectly sweetened, not over sweetened. This was our second visit to Earls and the food was even better than our first time there. We started with the Charred Corn and Avocado Dip, and it was truly outstanding--I could have a meal out of it! For entrees, we had the Truffle Tortellini with Chicken and the Tuscan Seared Salmon. Both were exceptional and perfectly prepared. In fact, the Truffle Tortellini might be one of the best dishes I've had on Las Olas in a very long time. The ambiance was great as the weather finally allowed us to experience the upstairs patio overlooking the street. Stopped by this spot on our last day in Florida after an eventful F1 weekend. Needless to say we came to the perfect place. Started off with some drinks, a whiskey sour and a Bellini Margarita. Both tasted great! As far as appetizers go, we started off with the Yuzu calamari, perfectly fried and extremely flavorful. For the Entrees we ordered the Baja style tacos to share and each got the steak and sushi. Went with the crispy spicy salmon and crispy spicy tuna to pair with the steak. Whatever sauce was used with the steak was phenomenal! Our server Jaci was incredibly attentive and made sure we were taken care of the entire time, even answered our ingredient questions about the tasty Bellini margarita! Decided to try this spot after a show at the Broward Center. Their full menu is available late night which is a huge plus. The hostess was very friendly and quickly seated us even though the place was pretty busy at 10:45pm on a Thursday night. The server was just as friendly and on point the entire night. Another bonus, their happy hour is 10pm until closing time (1am). I got the Earl's old fashioned and it was tasty. We got their maple glazed tomahawk pork chop and the Korean beef bibimbap for our entrees. The kurobuta pork chop was HUGE! A very impressive presentation and it was cooked perfectly. Tender, lean and juicy! It came with a bacon jam on top, mashed potatoes, broccoli rabe, and a spicy peppercorn jus. The bibimbap came in a huge bowl that was super hot. The server said to pour the desired amount of gochujang sauce, that's served on the side, and mix the bowl well with two huge spoons that come with it. The concept is that the rice on the bottom becomes crispy from the heat and will likely burn if you don't mix it (like I said the bowl was super heated). This was a delicious experience if you like crispy rice. The entire time I ate the rice more parts became crispy from sitting on the bottom. The ingredients in the bowl were just as tasty! Kimchi, carrots, tender beef, ginger soy mushrooms, broccoli rabe pieces, and a soft egg! The rooftop part was closed when we got there due to a private party. I was able to go up and take a look and it's a place I want to go back to next time we are down there. This place has a very relaxing and modern vibe with great food, drinks, and service. read more
