I was super excited to visit Hatch when I found out they had gluten free toast. It seems pretty basic but I have not been able to eat toast with a diner-breakfast in years. It was busy but we got on the wait list and were able to get a table pretty quickly. Service was great. I was able to ask questions about my gluten concerns and get direct answers. I'd love to visit again sometime!

The food at hatch was good. I had the classic breakfast with 3 scrambled eggs , turkey bacon , hash-browns & toast. I did order a side of fried chicken ( not to much flavor ). My husband had the cinnamon roll pancakes and they were the star of the show. The service & ambiance was cool.

I ordered the Chicken and waffles, they were savory and not too heavy. The service was wonderful and the place looked so cute. Really nice place to have a brunch.

Ambiance: We recently visited Hatch and all I have to say is wow! Soo good and cool! From the moment we arrived, you're transported to a yellow universe. The vibe is different. Service: The customer service was exceptional. The entire staff was friendly, warm, and attentive. Every team member worked so well together, creating a smooth and friendly atmosphere. That is my kind of team. Food: I got the Holey Moley French Toast. Soo good! I cannot wait to return to try more dishes.

Placards are dirty with food stains. Management should replace these unsightly ads with clean ones.

There are many things to love about Hatch! For starters, their menu of breakfast goodies is quite deep and wide. They have lots of unique food entrees and creative drinks to select. Today we selected the Avocado Toast and the Charleston Benedict. Delicious in every way. Their coffee is a special grind from Pumphouse Coffee Roasters, a Florida company. It's rich and complex. I like strong coffee and it was. Are you a hot sauce nut? Be sure and ask for their full compliment of signature hot sauces. Hot Habanero, Medium Sriracha, and Mild Serrano. I tried all three and they pass my pallet test with flying colors. I love sitting at a bar to eat - and yes, they have a bar you can sit at for your meal. Viniece was my server/bartender and she was friendly, attentive and very pleasant. Like free parking in a busy, hip neighborhood? Hatch validates your parking from the Quantum Garage. Free three hour parking from across the street. I will mention one note they can improve on. The placards located on the bar and tables are pretty grimy with food stains and finger smudges. It can be unappetizing. The manager should replace these ad cards more frequently with fresh, clean ones. Overall, a very good spot for breakfast, lunch and brunch.

Stopped in for breakfast after our cruise, and I'm so happy we did! The restaurant was bright and clean with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Our server Kat was super sweet and attentive. She went over the menu and gave us recommendations off the menu since it was our first time visiting. My son went with the NY style breakfast sandwich on a brioche bun and I got the That's a Gouda Benedict which came on a crossaint. We both really enjoyed our meals. My son especially, he said he gave his meal and experience a 10/10! He really liked the fact that he was able to watch Tom and Jerry while enjoying his meal! We'll be back, when in the area for sure!

The best coffee I've had is from here. It was a Blueberry Crumb Latte. I recommend it. The body and flavor are on point. I only wish it came in a bigger size. This restaurant is one of my favorite places. It's a bright, happy place. I liked the bright yellow devotions and games the place has. You just can't help but to feel good when you see the happy faces printed on a coffee cup lol. I come for breakfast. It serves breakfast late and I am super happy about that. I had The Hashtag Tots and Eggs. The dish was a good size. I liked everything about this dish. I would order it again. The staff was wonderful. They checked on me a few times. The service was good. I was happy.

Super quirky, bright traditional menu breakfast spot. I had only a few bites of my breakfast skillet but those bites were delicious and I took the rest home. Portions were really good, too. Our server Joseph was very kind and attentive. And the bathroom passed the clean vibe check. Would absolutely go back!

Met the Girls for brunch at Hatch. Great place! Every time I've been the service is great, the food tasty, and the restaurant is clean. I had the skillet- filling and tasty. The girls said that they each enjoy their own meals and there were no to go boxes because we ate it all! I usually get the pancake flight, but sometimes they're all so sweet. It's too much. They should offer a savory pancake. I think that that would be a great addition! Regardless, I enjoyed the place very much

So this place is super cute and the food was awesome.! I came here on the weekend and as you would imagine it was packed. Had to wait about half an hour for 3 people. If you can make reservations online save yourself the trouble. If you park in the parking garage, they validate your ticket and it's free to park there. Now the ambience very nice service was fantastic . Now the star of the show, THE FOOD!! Started with the eggs and tots and substituted the bacon for turkey sausage. It was great. I would still recommend to venture out because it's your typical breakfast. Next we had the breakfast tacos. I absolutely loved it. The only modification that I would make would be to add some kind of protein. This does not come with any protein. We split a pineapple and I believe Nutella pancake. I am not a pancake explorer and when I tell you, this was delicious oh my Goodness. Please guys try this and try this and try this. I promise you I don't do blueberries, I don't do raspberries, but this was amazing. I will be coming back and tasting more of the menu and making reservations. #ThankMeLater.

My breakfast burrito was alright... not the best ever but they did have some delicious hot sauce. The breakfast shots were also very good. I had the peanut butter coffee and it wasn't that great..:: sadly they push a 20% tip but you can bypass... my server was great... but it wasn't 20% great.. I went with my standard 16%. lol. Cool vibe and it gets busy... definitely a touristy spot.

Wow wow wow. Everything was phenomenal. Our server, Viniece, was so genuinely nice and made great recommendations. The place itself is very cute. And the food............I'll just say I didn't include pictures of it because it was that good. Highly recommend the hangover burger and cinnamon roll pancake. You won't regret it. They do get pretty busy so I recommend just joining the waitlist on their website beforehand. It is worth the wait though!

MONTEREY BENEDICT -sadly, the eggs were hard poached and not runny which ruined it.
    M S.

The MONTEREY BENEDICT (added +1egg) to the normal portion. For me, it was one of the worst bennys I've ever had. The avocado was cold and buried at the bottom. It made the whole thing taste cold. The eggs were HARD poached and not runny at all. Very dissatisfying. Oversize portion that was not well combined. The music inside was super loud. For someone who likes music, this was too much. I won't be back.

Sidecar Speakeasy was the play... The speakeasy entrance was hidden in a hallway you can walk right by without even noticing. I dig it. Once inside, it's dark. Most of the light is coming from the light showcasing the bottles in the bar. The seating is a little tight as they're trying to maximize space for such a small area. We visited here twice during my visit: We sat at a table and a bar. You have the perfect amount of space for your party, but you're pretty close to the next table or bar seat. No claustrophobic vibes though. All the mixologists were great during both visits. One visit, we ordered their signature cocktails from the menu. When we sat at the bar, we had the mixologist surprise with a cocktail off the menu. He just asked what kind of liquor vibe we wanted, and he took it from there. He was super creative with every cocktail which made for a great time. They stayed upon until midnight one one visit and until 1 am on the other one. Both my visits were on a weekday. For dinner, he got the honey chicken Sammy with sidewinder fries, and I went with the chimmichurri steak frites with curly fries... SO good. Everything came out piping hot, quickly, and you can tell the food and drinks are really thoughtfully crafted. What stood out most, though, was the customer service. The three main staff members Drew, Mel, and Darian (I think?) were incredible. Every single one of them went above and beyond for every guest the entire time. When we arrived, there were just a couple tables outside, but once it started raining, they seamlessly accommodated everyone inside without missing a beat. The vibe is such a cool mix, neighborhood spot meets speakeasy meets tiki with a slightly elevated feel, but still super comfortable. Everyone in the place seemed to know each other or quickly became friends. The music was great, and by 7:30 the live entertainment started, he was funny, engaging, and talented. We got there just in time to catch the tail end of happy hour for our first drink, and from there it just kept getting better. Drew, the bartender, even went out of his way to make me a specialty drink I had seen on Yelp that's no longer on the menu, such a thoughtful touch. By 7:30 on a Wednesday, the place was packed, which says everything. Exceptional service, amazing food, great drinks, and an all around fun, welcoming atmosphere. We'll absolutely be back.

Because this isn't one of those places where you scan the menu, shrug, and say "I'll just take a beer." No no. This is the kind of spot where every cocktail sounds like it has a backstory... and you suddenly trust the bartender more than yourself. Creative. Unique. Actually delicious. Not just trying to be different for the sake of it. These drinks land. And if cocktails aren't your thing, don't worry... the beer and cider lineup is deep. Drafts, bottles, cans... it's like they said, "Why limit happiness?" And honestly? That's the tone of the whole place. Welcoming. Comfortable. The kind of vibe where you could show up for one drink and accidentally solve all your life problems over three. Now let's talk food. Because this is where things get interesting... in a good way, mostly. The meatballs? Legit. The kind that make you pause mid-conversation just to acknowledge what's happening. The poutine... I mean, I'm legally obligated to say it... poutine routine. Couldn't resist. And thankfully, neither should you. It delivers. The sliders? Cooked perfectly. Juicy, balanced, exactly what you want. But... There's a small twist in the plot. That bacon jam. Someone in the kitchen is in love. And I respect it. But they might be a little too generous. It leans heavy. Not a dealbreaker, just a "whoa, okay, I see you" moment. Micro twist? You'll say you're full... and then still find yourself reaching for one more bite like it owes you money. Here's the bottom line. Twice Removed Gastropub knows exactly what it is. Great drinks. Solid food. A place that feels easy the second you walk in and even harder to leave. Four stars.
