Casa de Angelo is a go to for a consistently great meal. We have never had a bad experience here. From the moment you pull up, you are greeted by the valet who is so friendly and welcoming. All of the waiters are friendly and go above and beyond to make everything special. Martino is the absolute best!! He made our experience amazing. I highly recommend the chicken parm, it's probably our favorite in Fort Lauderdale. You also can't go wrong with the steak topped with steak sauce. We had a small party here and everyone who attended was raving about the food and the experience. It's one that no one will forget!

This was my first time here. Everyone I know says Angelos is top notch Italian. The service was impeccable. Our waiter was a bit witty and we enjoyed chatting with him.. They have stuffed squash blossoms on the menu, which is a favorite of mine, however I did not order them I had the Dine out Ft. Lauderdale menu, which is 3 courses. The first course was the best! Cheese, wrapped in Italian cured meat, topped with zucchini slices. Amazing! I had branzino for my entree, with slices of very thin, fried artichokes. The fish was cooked to perfection. It comes with no starch (potato, rice). The waiter who brought out the plate must have thought that something was missing as he asked me if I'd like some potatoes. I had the tiramisu for dessert. I thought it had too much espresso, too strong and overpowered the dessert

Woah!! This was delicious. The photos don't give justice to the level of flavor in each bite. We arrived for a birthday. The restaurant was clean and service was fast. We were seated near a glass walk in wine cellar.

Always love the ambiance here. While the food and service were spectacular, our captain was exceptional and she made our dining such an enjoyable experience!

This is our second time here, and I must say it gets better with each visit. We only come once a year since it's definitely a splurge, but it's absolutely worth it. The service, the food, and the ambiance are all fantastic. As you can see, we tried a little of everything--even ordering two drinks, both of which were delicious and strong. They have so many amazing specials, and this time they even had truffle! I decided to pass on it, but it's great to see such premium options available. It made for a perfect date night. The atmosphere caters to an older crowd, so I wouldn't bring my kids here--but honestly, that's part of what makes it such a great spot for an adult-only dinner. If you're looking for authentic, delicious Italian food, this is the place to be!

Day 4 in Fort Lauderdale, I craved Italian food, specifically stuffed zucchini flowers, so we headed to Casa D'Angelo. Our waiter, Adrian, was exceptional and surprised us with a complimentary starter of focaccia, bruschetta, cheese, & olives. The calamari & fiori di zucca appetizers were crispy perfection! Although feeling stuffed, the fettuccine bolognese & gamberoni al vino entrees were divine. Huge prawns stole the show in my friend's dish. We'll definitely return!

Dessert.. chocolate cake with vanilla bean ice cream & Tiramisu. Espresso martini with baileys.

We are foodies! We have been to many amazing restaurants and this is top 5! Service was top tier, food was incredible, ambience gave big city vibes. Overall 9.5/10. Great experience, we will be back. Ask for Sandro for server.

Immediately transported back to Italy! What a phenomenal experience. We're visiting from out of state and needed a last minute restaurant reservation and Casa D'Angelo was able to accommodate. Service was impeccable and I wish I remembered our server's name. He was Italian, they all are Italian which adds to the charm. Everything we had was excellent! Meatballs and Sausage with tomatoes and eggplant. Plus homemade "rustic bread" Penne with Vodka sauce Fusilli with tomato sauce Rigatoni with sausage and mushroom truffle sauce (the star!) Bucatini cacio and pepe with lobster Tiramisu Wine list is extensive and perfect to complement any dish. Sambuca was also a nice touch with dessert.

Sidecar Speakeasy was the play... The speakeasy entrance was hidden in a hallway you can walk right by without even noticing. I dig it. Once inside, it's dark. Most of the light is coming from the light showcasing the bottles in the bar. The seating is a little tight as they're trying to maximize space for such a small area. We visited here twice during my visit: We sat at a table and a bar. You have the perfect amount of space for your party, but you're pretty close to the next table or bar seat. No claustrophobic vibes though. All the mixologists were great during both visits. One visit, we ordered their signature cocktails from the menu. When we sat at the bar, we had the mixologist surprise with a cocktail off the menu. He just asked what kind of liquor vibe we wanted, and he took it from there. He was super creative with every cocktail which made for a great time. They stayed upon until midnight one one visit and until 1 am on the other one. Both my visits were on a weekday. The sidecar speakeasy is easily my favorite bar in Fort Lauderdale and I have a feeling I'll be back. Enjoy!

Their mixology skills are next level and they really make the whole experience even better. They know what they are doing and it shows. For dinner, he got the honey chicken Sammy with sidewinder fries, and I went with the chimmichurri steak frites with curly fries... SO good. Everything came out piping hot, quickly, and you can tell the food and drinks are really thoughtfully crafted. What stood out most, though, was the customer service. The three main staff members Drew, Mel, and Darian (I think?) were incredible. Every single one of them went above and beyond for every guest the entire time. When we arrived, there were just a couple tables outside, but once it started raining, they seamlessly accommodated everyone inside without missing a beat. The vibe is such a cool mix, neighborhood spot meets speakeasy meets tiki with a slightly elevated feel, but still super comfortable. Everyone in the place seemed to know each other or quickly became friends. The music was great, and by 7:30 the live entertainment started, he was funny, engaging, and talented. We got there just in time to catch the tail end of happy hour for our first drink, and from there it just kept getting better. Drew, the bartender, even went out of his way to make me a specialty drink I had seen on Yelp that's no longer on the menu, such a thoughtful touch. By 7:30 on a Wednesday, the place was packed, which says everything. Exceptional service, amazing food, great drinks, and an all around fun, welcoming atmosphere. We'll absolutely be back.

The bar and restaurant itself has a welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. I ordered the tuna appetizer, but unfortunately it just wasn't for me. To their credit, the staff handled it very professionally and took it back without any issue, which I appreciated. The rest of the table had a much better experience with their meals. The steak and salads especially got good reviews from everyone and looked very well prepared. Even though my dish missed the mark, the service and atmosphere were solid enough that I'd still consider giving eTwic another try in the future. Sometimes one item just doesn't hit, and there were definitely enough positives about the restaurant to make me curious to come back and try something different next time. I know that one friend at the table really enjoys this place so I must believe that she has good taste!

Foodwise, the short rib empanada (two orders) was great with the birria juice, char siu ribs were great (a light crisp and very tasty), the zucchini carpaccio was excellent with a tower of baby arugula and grated parmesan stacked on top of thinly sliced zucchini.
