Such a beautiful view and a great bar too! There are no reservations for the rooftop, so it's first come, first served. It's located above Elisabetta's. There are a few regular tables, but most of the seating is couches/comfy couch-style seating with lower tables. Just something to be aware of if anyone in your party isn't comfortable with that! I'm sure they'd be accommodating, but I wanted to mention it. The pizza was good. We tried the pepperoni and enjoyed it. Drinks were also good! It's open seating so we had to try and find a spot that accommodated us all and where the air was flowing because it's an open rooftop but still humid at night. We just LOVE Bar Capri. It is the sister roof top restaurant of Elisabetta's downstairs. The ambiance is 10 stars. Awesome location, gorgeous views of the intracoastal, the WPB marina and the Breakers in the distance. Chili Oil was a nice touch in the pineapple martini if you like spicy. It was my favorite! I sampled the grapefruit martini, strawberry basil and Expresso martini. The strawberry basil was a second favorite. The expresso martini was one of the better expresso martinis that I have had. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. It's a scenic view of the intercoastal with Palm Beach Island as you enjoy cocktails and food -- although, we didn't have the latter on this first excursion. The espresso martinis and negronis were especially delicious and refreshing in the warm humid Florida weather. The service was solid and attentive as we sat in this nice lounge area by the stairwell. The first guy that told us he was our server came off annoyed when I asked about happy hour. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to my expectations. I was craving and excited about the caviar, but it was served with a metal spoon!!!. They wouldn't give me any chives. The homemade chips were stale and old. The pizza was just okay. If you're specifically craving caviar, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. The valet service was also disappointing. They were unwelcoming and made me feel like a pest rather than a guest. They charge 10 to valet plus I tipped and they couldn't do the basics like open the door or pull the car to the front. I tried two pineapple martinis, and they were the weakest martinis I've ever had. Overall, it's a lovely spot with inconsistent service. The food and valet need serious improvement. read more

I've been eyeing Elisabetta's HH and later on Bar Capri for way too long for never stopping by and I live downtown. They have a later happy hour (4-7) and I was trying to find a spot to go to at 6pm without spending a grip. I walked in and the hostess recommended upstairs and it was a good move. I was solo and sat at the bar. The bartenders were super cool. Hillary took my drink order and made me the pineapple martini with the drops of chili oil. Delicious!!!! Later Oscar came and we chopped it up before taking my pizza order. I talked to him a lot and he ended up making me another drink which I liked almost as much as the martini. They comped that one because for some reason my pizza was MIA and ppl who came after me were getting theirs before me. I ordered the piccante pizza and it did not disappoint. The little peppadews really stole the show and the pizza had a good amount of cheese. $10 at happy hour and the crust ring was crispy and delicious. Pizzas from downstairs are as good as you could get anywhere and delivered in to go box with proper plates and napkins. All in all first class experience. We went for happy hour which runs from 4-7 on a Wednesday and it was full but still some spare seats. Ten dollar mushroom pizza in a place like this cannot be beat. Ofcourse the big draw apart from the venue, intelligent cocktails, good everyday happy hour and great pizza is the view. Extremely close to mega boats and no impact from the road below. I took my mom and aunt to this place for a dinner the other Monday night while they were in town from WY. Once we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the hostess working, Bella. We were seated at the couch area and our view from the rooftop was beautiful! I would recommend this place just for the view alone! It's hot all year round so they've gotta add more or switch them out for something more powerful. Been a few times and the service was great, cocktails are mixed well. Be careful as they tend to "forget" when it's happy hour or add drink upgrades not requested. I can see them developing this more if they stay busy. read more

It was very busy for a Friday happy hour. We luckily got seats at the bar. It was also way hot since it's outside in the summer even with shade. The food was tasty although I wish the meals were served nicer. They don't even use real plates. Food is served in a box and you're expected to eat out of it. Seems like a waste of to go boxes to me. We ordered from the happy hour menu, our check arrives and they did not reflect happy hour pricing on food and charged us for the more expensive wines, that we did not select. They fixed the bill but it almost seemed like a scam, how many occasions do they get away with this? Pizzas were terrific. Our wine arrived in dirty glasses so we sent it back for clean glasses. I don't enjoy dried on food on my wine glass, doesn't a bartender check a glass before they pour the wine? They did bring a bowl of water for our puppy and the view is wonderful. Beware of the servers at this restaurant. I was there is this past Sunday 12/21 for a brunch with friends when I had an incompetent server, the one with the curly hair. Not only did she not check up on the table she forgot to put an order in for my friends and I. Once an HOUR had passed, we inquired as to where our food was, she begins to tell us "I didn't know you still wanted it." Our server did not know if we still wanted the food that we ordered... She begins to run all over the restaurant trying to find two pizzas to give us. At this point, I had been there for over 2 hours and my parking was about to expire so I decided I didn't want the pizza anymore. I walked up to the bar to cancel and only paid for the drinks I recieved. At no point was I rude; however, I left NO TIP due to the lack of service. UNBEKNOWNST TO ME, someone left a 90% tip on my bill. A NINETY PERCENT TIP that I did not authorize. I'm not sure if it was the curly haired girl who added the extra 90% but this is FRAUD and is certainly illegal. Do not come here. They will give shitty service and when they don't get a tip they will TAKE it. read more

We started off with Bottomless Peach Bellinis which were delicious and strong. There were 3 of us. We each had salads and a delicious pear pizza With truffle. My salad had candied walnuts, blood oranges and goat cheese. I added avocado and grilled chicken. The 2 others had Caesar salads and added grilled shrimp.
