    Toro roll $60
    Marcie M.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The service was good and the ambience as well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Food was tasty but definitely not worth the price a little expensive but I understand that we're in Palm Beach Beach. They also add a 20% autogratuity so beware as we didn't notice and left another 20%. Ordered the Toro roll, which was on special and didn't ask the price which was $60 and it was just basic

This is an excellent restaurant. Food delicious and service really sharp and friendly. Can't say enough good about it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Just one thing..it is loud. I mean sitting right next to your dinner companions and you have to lean over to hear and be heard[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. To the point when we left and walked out the door it was a relief! So if that kind of thing bothers you heads up. Otherwise, excellent Other notable things...they bring steamed edemame as an appetizer, Complimentary. And they add a service fee. In other words they tip themselves without your input. 20%. To me, a tip is a gift for good service, at my discretion. They have turned it into an added fee.

There was a line when I walked up at 5pm when they opwn. Happy hour from 5-6pm. 50% drinks and apps. Free edamame. Most seemed to be there for tables and not happy hour. I was still able to get a seat at the bar. This is a Breakers Hotel restaurant, so tip is automatically included. Bartender was nice and attentive. My drink and sushi were amazing. Everytime I've been it's always been some of the best sushi I've had. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It is quite dark inside but still a very nice atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I went to Echo this past Saturday and it was my first time going in almost 13 years. I enjoyed the food selections, and I don't know why I waited so long to return. All of the appetizers were fantastic, and the entrées well portioned, beautiful and umm umm good! The pictures tell the story as far as the food items are concerned. If I had to pick a best of the meal the item would be the short rib boa buns tied with the sea bass. The Miso sea bass was my favorite entrée--it was cooked to perfection and I know I'll get it again! The soufflés (dessert) were quite a spectacle, but they just didn't live up to the flavor expectations that I had. Decor and vibe were nice and chill. And although the lighting was pretty dark, it wasn't so bad that we could see down the table (party of 7). It wasn't too crowded either so the volume was manageable (we always consider that because we had a couple older people in our group). Overall we had a really great time. Service was good. No complaints! Beautiful service, Echo! Another review giving it to you straight, no chaser! Enjoy!

Absolutely delicious! We were told to try this place by numerous people and finally gave it a shot! The service at the bar by Grace was fabulous! Our drinks were top notch and she took wonderful care of us for our first visit! We started with the short rib bao buns, which were delightful, then my husband had the General Taos chicken and I LOVED my flat iron wagyu steak. I highly recommend it- pass on the General Taos- nothing to write home about. We finished with a light airy delicious coconut soufflé and it was just as phenomenal as floating on a cloud. I highly recommend giving Echo a try- you'll be glad you did!

Good service. Some prices went up but in today's terms they are normal. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Decor and location very nice very Palm Beaches love it[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

The food was amazing! The service was great! We went to celebrate my mom's birthday and had a fantastic time! I would highly recommend for anyone!

Great Sushi happy hour at the bar

It's been a few years since we tried it and now I remember why. We had sushi appetizers at the bar, they offer a decent happy hour menu of both food and drinks. We went there for Flavor of the Palm Beach 2024. I will say the appetizers were great, although I prefer duck sauce over their plum sauce choice. Entree flavors were too salty and not what you would expect for general tso's chicken and beef with broccolini, I prefer the tradition flavors. Dessert was good.

What a wonderful experience at Echo! We booked a reservation on open table. We were greeted with valet parking right out front. Upon entry, we were seated immediately by the hostess. We were promptly met with our waitress, Rachel. She was very knowledgeable regarding the menu and shared her favorite dishes and recommendations. We ended up ordering the chefs sharing menu. WOW! Outstanding! We started with the Palm Beach roll with baked conch over top. Next was the duck boa bun, which had a delicious sweet hoisin sauce and a refreshing slaw inside. The Kung pow lettuce wraps were perfect! A little kick and a little sweet in a crisp refreshing lettuce cup with big chunks of chicken. Third course was shrimp fried rice, chicken pad Thai, the flatiron steak and Miso Sea Bass. The best thing I ate was the sea bass. It melts in your mouth! Lightly caramelized, sweet and salty, served on a bed of bok choy. Steak, rice and pad Thai were all fantastic! The last thing that came out was the chocolate chip soufflé with Baileys whipped cream. What a fun and whimsical dessert! Besides the food being amazing, our waitress was fantastic!! Always checking on us, packing up our leftovers, making sure we were happy with everything. In addition, Isaiah was wonderful!! He shared with us the details of happy hour and the summer sharing menu. He even got us a little vanilla ice cream to try after telling us how they make the ice cream in house. Absolutely wonderful service from both of them. We will certainly be back again soon!!

Went to this spot for dinner with some friends and it was amazing! The patio would have been nice to dine on but it was raining. The inside of this spot is aesthetically pleasing. I had a margarita and martini both were strong (bang for my buck). We ate edamame and lobster Rangoon for appetizer and both were so tasty. I had never really ate edamame but it was good! My entree was honey garlic chicken and pork fried rice, it was a lot of food I had to take it to go. Overall, I enjoyed my experience here and I cannot wait to visit again to try more of the menu. Customer service was on point, even though gratuity is automatically added we left her an additional tip for such great service. There is also complimentary valet, cash tip is preferred.

I lived in Japan for 6 years, and the sushi here passes the test! Make sure to go during happy hour when all sushi is 50% off. Our go-to apps are crispy Dragon Bites, Tuna Tataki, and Duo of Salmon & Tuna Tartare. As for rolls, our favorites are Palm Beach Roll with spicy conch and Rainbow rolls. But the real winner might be the souffle! Just make sure to let your server know 20-min ahead of time if you want one (or two!).

Great food and service from start to finish! Don't leave without trying the desert sampler- you won't be disappointed!

OK, so the poke tacos were not that bad but they don't do fried rice very well. I ventured here with some heffa that I don't even talk to anymore. But that's another story. We only got drinks this time and we picked the lychee martini, yamazaki swinger, and the Lua Pele Scorpion Bowl. The vodka and the sake in the lychee martini didn't go to well or it was just a bad mix that day. But I was not a fan of the drink. The yamazaki swinger was very watered down and we barely tasted the whiskey. The Lua Pele Scorpion bowl wasn't much of a show and while the drink did taste good, it was mostly filled with decorations. It's supposed to serve 2-4 people but after we took all the decorations out and poured the drink into a cup, it was barely a full cup. I'll definitely give it a try again as I'm not sure how the food was and maybe it was just an off day for the bartender.

My garlic chicken was very good, full of vegetables and with rice on the side. My only suggestion is that the sauce needs to be a little thicker with more garlic.
