Late Lunch at Kati today. This is a small cute place on Plaza La Mer in Juno Beach, Fla. The lunch menu offers several Thai dishes as well as sushi and Bento Boxes. Or you can order from the regular menu. Kati herself is your order taker and server. This is probably my fifth time at Katis. I ordered the lunch Thai garlic chicken, comes with a delicious salad with ginger dressing. For $4 more you can order a sushi roll from the lunch menu. I ordered the California roll. The fresh salad came first. Then the California roll. It was the best California roll, I've had in a long time. Perfectly rolled and balanced. Cold and delicious. My garlic chicken was very good, full of vegetables and with rice on the side. My only suggestion is that the sauce needs to be a little thicker with more garlic. I appreciate and liked the presentation, it came in a small bowl instead of on the plate with the rice. Highly recommend you give Kati a try. read more

Loved this place! It is definitely a hidden gem in the Juno beach area! We ate dinner on Saturday night and it wasn't crowded at all. It is a more casual restaurant. I'm surprised it wasn't more packed! Our server Mona was super sweet and very attentive. She even packed up our leftovers. They have so many options for food-- almost any type of Asian food, you can find here! They have everything from Sushi, Ramen/Pho, boba, and Pad Thai. We tried the fried duck Kao soi and steamed tofu drunken noodles. Both were phenomenal! The fried duck Kao soi was one of their specials so we are so glad we got to try it. Lunch at Kati was delicious, I ordered a red curry that tasted just right. I like spicy and asked for 2 out of 5, which was perfect for me. I could still extinguish the different tastes but with a wonderful spicy flavor. My husband had Pad Thai with shrimp, spiciness 3. It was a good portion, enough shrimp but a little greasy. This isn't a fancy place, you order and pay at the counter. Food came out hot, and with my lunch choice came a choice of salad or miso soup. And luckily the miso soup was not made with a fish broth, as so often the case. It was very tasty, and my husband's salad looked great. The women's restroom was out of order so I had to use the men's restroom, which didn't flush so was out of order as well. Still 4 stars as the food was very tasty. read more

Wow! We just tried for the first time on Sunday and we loved everything! My hubby gets tom yum soup everywhere we go, and he said that this is by far, the best he's ever had! I got the chicken drunken noodles, 3 star and hubby got the crispy duck, 5 stars. Best drunken noodles I think I've ever had. I did omit a few of the veggies, but chicken was great and spice perfect. So many times the chicken in drunken noodles is like tough boiled chicken, but here it was delicious! My husband loved his curry too! Arrived around 11:00am as a pitstop before heading to Juno Beach, and it's safe to say I was not disappointed. For the price it was pretty cheap for great tasting dishes. We were close by getting a Christmas tree and decided to stop and try this place. It's very small with only a few tables inside and out but the menu is quite large. The menu has all the typical Thai appetizers and dishes you expect. Prices are very reasonable for this area. Dinner came out to $27 which is unheard of for two appetizers and one main dish. We decided to get an order of spring rolls, fried Gyoza, and Panang curry with chicken. The food was served very quickly and the staff was friendly. Pad Thai is forgettable; hard pass. Lots of "misses" on there. 5 stars because it was easily the best Thai food I've had in the PBG/ gardens area. I've struggled to find a Thai place worth going back twice to in the area, until I dined at KATI's. Pad Thai 10/10, probably the best chicken pad Thai I've ever had. Side note, the restaurant has tables (seems to be mostly takeout). But, if you're looking for more of an atmosphere, the owner lets you dine next door at the "the vine post" which is a small wine bar. Not bad Asian food in Juno Beach. The Yelp reviews led me here where it's another take out style restaurant, not a lot of seating inside (and you really wouldn't want to stay anyway). I got the teriyaki steak dinner and it was just okay. The meal was prepared fine but the taste was just so so to my liking. I also had to buy an extra side of fried rice instead of being able to substitute the white rice that came with my meal. As such, I paid almost $23 for just my own meal. read more

We've eaten here several times since Kati Asian Cuisine restaurant has opened. The food is delicious, the ingredients in every dish are fresh and clean, and the customer service is great. I've had the tofu and vegetable curry, tofu and vegetable garlic stir fry, and the vegetable soup. All tasted exquisitely. As you can see I'm vegan, which works out fantastic for me. We ordered takeout and were told 30 minutes but the food took a bit longer. They did give us a free salad so that was nice. The salad and ginger dressing was fresh. I asked for medium spicy pad Thai but it was a bit more than medium. I couldn't taste much flavor besides the spice so that's why I'm giving this a 4 star rating. Located in the Plaza La Mer shopping center at the corner of Donald Road and US 1, Kati is unassuming. There are only six or seven tables inside and a couple outside but the vegetable and tofu I had was delicious and freshly made. The menu is mostly Thai dishes. They serve beer but no other alcoholic beverages. The place was pretty empty on a Friday night, and although I saw a couple of takeout orders, I think they could use some more business. One lady picking up food said to me, "best Thai food ever, right?" This particular location has seen many restaurants come and go, so I hope more people will check Kati out. read more
