tenants of pancake - The image shows a white plate with leftover fried food, including pieces of fried potato or breaded items, some with ketchup. A small container of sour cream is placed in the center of the plate. Two metal spoons are resting on the plate, and the background includes a table surface and part of a chair. The setting appears to be a casual dining environment.

exactly as advertised small town greasy spoon. Not too bad though. Plenty of food may be a bit pricey w nice service, friendly atmosphere. When you order eggs over medium you better expect them pretty runny but that's OK. Accommodating staff. I ordered fried potatoes instead of hash browns and got a serving and a half.

Sausage scrambler with fried potatoes

I believe this used to be Todd's Diner which had good burgers. Came in for breakfast and the place was packed on Sunday morning. Service was very good considering how busy they were and also very friendly. I had the sausage scrambler which was biscuits with sausage patties, covered in gravy with scrambled eggs. Gravy was not a liquid flour mixture like most-it had good flavor and the patties were really good (not from a roll). I had a side of fried potatoes that were awesome but will try hash-browns next time since they're a little more traditional for breakfast. Overall-loved it.

Philly cheese steak with fries - A takeout foam container holds a Philly cheesesteak sandwich with melted cheese, cooked beef, and green peppers on a hoagie bun. Next to the sandwich are French fries, some cut into thick strips and others into smaller pieces. The container is open, showing the food inside, and the background is dark and out of focus.

Chicken fried chicken was way over cooked, salad was the best part. Portions were good but way overpriced.

Everything is made in-house, you can taste the care, the quality, the cohesion. It's hearty, it's flavorful, it's that "sit back in your seat and stare at your food for a second" kind of good. A true mood booster. This place has mastered the art of a perfect burger. It's its own lane nobody can replicate it. I'd drive an hour for it without hesitation. If you want an authentic, unforgettable burger experience, this is the spot. Period.

And sometimes you like to remember things the way that they were....but they still are! I always bypass busy businesses and Blazers is always busy. A buddy of mine and I were heading to our favorite Gardner cigar lounge and you should never have a cigar in an empty stomach. We walked in and the place was slammed and my first instinct was to bail, but this teenage girl behind the register said "Welcome to Blazers, how may I help you?" with authority and a big smile. I'm hard of hearing, but Jenna was patient and cheerful. Being busy, there was hardly a table available, but suddenly 2 came available and two former busboys pushing 60 sprung into action and cleaned them, but our order taker was quick to finish up for us ( perky and smiling all the while). The burgers were excellent, the crinkle fries were crispy, and a healthy selection of beverages was nice, too. Also, the place has a very happy vibe. This was my best choice of the week, hands down.

Welp, sure enough, the rumors are TRUE! Right off the main strip in town is a decent-sized lot that this truck has taken residence on, replete with tables and seating, about 10 parking places, and trash receptacles. We stopped in on an unseasonably warm, late December evening, and tried a few different types of dishes: steak hibachi, shrimp lo mein, sushi, chicken hibachi, and lots of yum yum sauce! I was (mostly) responsible for the sushi roll. Normally, I'm a 2, maybe 3 roll per sitting kinda guy. For whatever reason, on this evening, I decided to start with one...and thank goodness I did, as the roll was enormous! Like, the volume of at LEAST two rolls at any other place! Delicious, well-made, and extremely filling! In my ratings, I'd give the lo mein second place - it was fantastic, and included lots and lots of shrimp, which thrilled my son! He woofed it down, fast! The ladies in our party each got hibachi, and both loved it! The Yum yum sauce came in handy for their meat, veggies and rice. As we ate under the stars, we saw about a dozen folks swing in for take out, meaning we were definitely behind the eight ball in finding this gem out on the prairie! The gentleman running the window was kind and helpful with our order, and they had our food prepared in about 20 minutes! Not bad, considering the busy Friday night they were having! I paid online, tipped online but every time, someone comes out wanting me to sign for my order. I'm sorry, that's why I paid online. And of course the thing you sign has a place for a tip (I did that online). Meanwhile after I've signed, my to go order is still sitting inside and no longer warm. Today's order I parked, texted my name and parking spot #. A girl comes out says name on the order, I said I've already texted it. She then comes out, I have to sign, she goes in and brings out my order. I leave and make it about 1/2 way home when I get a call, she says they gave me the wrong order. Are you kidding? Chips and queso were pretty good. I like that they lightly seasoned the chips. I was expecting the pork and chicken to have a big punch of flavor but it was really lacking. They do provide a generous serving of meat, but I would have liked more toppings on the tacos. Service was ok. They were able to move through the orders fairly quickly. If anyone is a germaphobe, I wouldn't recommend eating here. I saw he used the same gloves to grab your order card, stick it up near the window, prepare the chips and grab the tortillas. I just didn't want alcohol because I went in with a headache & it would have made it worse. Red Crow's ambiance was great, though. It's cute & quirky and very relaxed.
