Water glass with the silverware wrap "I love you more than bacon." Cute!

Just meh! We got a table right away on a Sunday morning around 7:20. Service was quick. Wasted quite a bit of money on our overall experience. The featured coffee was disgusting. My teen said it tasted like BBQ sauce and my wife agreed. I couldn't really put my finger on it but it was a huge waste, server didn't even notice that we practically left it untouched. Breakfast sandwich and biscuits and gravy weren't anything to rave about, I actually make a better breakfast sandwich at home. My teenager liked the trifecta and the holey donuts. We haven't been to any of the Firstwatch locations in quite some time and I feel like this visit reminded me why, it just isn't anything special; especially for the amount of money we spent.

Million Dollar Bloody Mary. It's ok, it was kinda sweet in my opinion.

Only my second time at First Watch, but this location is very nice and the staff has been very friendly and great experiences. I meant to order a side of biscuits & gravy this time but forgot. Next time. I ordered salmon & veggie frittata, much larger than I expected. All good things, I can always use more aioli on the side for anything. Potatoes are so good here. Bloody Mary was ok, I'll try a mimosa next time.

Nice restaurant, accommodated our group of 15. In town for our family reunion. It was a 30 minute wait to be seated so check ahead. Food was tasty. Egg salmon fritata with potatoes and bread. Would return if in town...lots to choose from

    the front of a restaurant

Not Elizabeth putting HER HAND in my face when I walked in & asked her how long the wait was and with an attitude said "Um you need to wait".... To find out the wait. So we did.. she told us that it was 30 min wait and then walked away. I had to stop her and say "So can we be put on the waiting list?" She started talking to someone else & then told me I could AFTER she finished with someone that just walked in. Wouldn't know how great the food could be because we walked out at went to BB's grill 2 miles away.. & would you look at that! No wait & No attitude, & cute girls! Maybe train your people in the front of the house for customer service.. because this was rude & poor.

First Watch has done a great job with this location. While the parking isn't the most ideal, there's plenty of you expand your search to the East of the building. While my family isn't the biggest of constant mask users, it was nice seeing an entire staff wearing a mask still during all of this. It's the first place we've been to in a while with everyone on board with masks. Onto the food. Delicious. We tried some of their seasonal dishes with the cinnamon chip pancakes, their million dollar sandwich, and the pecan cinnamon caramel roll. I will say that all 3 hit the spot. I had the sandwich, and they said it has a bit of a kick, but for me it was pretty tame. Great flavor though. The pancake and roll, very sweet and delicious. Small hiccup in getting my beverage to me, but came out eventually and was also good. Pictured is the dynamite pecan caramel cinnamon roll

Enjoyed a mid week brunch at First Watch! We were seated and greeted quickly by our server. The menu is large and had the option of breakfast or lunch. I loved the Eggs Benedict - everything came out quickly and yummy!

Love the food. Think it depends on the location. I did order from Uber eats once and I was trying to post the picture to this review to see the comparison from what I got to what it's supposed to look like. Unfortunately I lost it. The bad order came from the one by Santa Fe so not sure why that was but the one over in Overland Park is on point!

    This is the Trifecta!

I ended up getting to Philly cheese steak while we also got some firecracker shrimp and cheese curds for an appetizer. We are pretty far south into the Midwest for cheese curds but they did them up just right. I ended doing a little bit of a special order on my Philly cheese steak I subbed in lettuce and tomato for onion and green pepper which I like but they do not like me. Food came out exceptionally fast between the burgers and salads that were made they also make an absolutely fantastic Pizza. The pizza is Detroit style which means the sauce goes on top which is kind of weird but it does work out. The crust is like Pizza Hut crust where it's super thick and tasty little on the greasy side but that is all in the plan. To top it off we were able to ride our golf cart there and back which made the six Busch lights I had even more pleasurable. Relax I didn't drive the golf cart people. We like so much we went back a second night! Thanks Wyatt!

Saw lots of couples - maybe this a the local date night spot?? Popped in on a Saturday evening. No reservation needed. Started with the garlic bread and chicken samosas. Both were delish. The samosas were stuffed full of chicken. The green sauce was tasty too. Lots of seafood, chicken, beef and pork entrees. I was not familiar with some of the fish entrees. It's a big menu and almost all of it is in Spanish. So I went with what Genevieve our server recommended. The chicken breast with onions and peppers. It's sounds plain but it was full of flavor and served with black beans and rice. I substituted plantains for tostones. The tostones were meh. My dinner companion ordered the chimichurri steak. It also came with black beans, white rice and plantains. She said it was delicious. They also serve paella - which I really wanted to try but they entree is for 2 or more. Some of the fish items are kinda spendy. But the other meat items are in the $20 or less range. In addition to soda and lemonade, they serve margaritas and beer. I ordered a skinny margarita and it tasted watered down. So next time I'll ask for no ice. For dessert we tried the churros. Not bad. The service was great. I'll definitely come back to try some of the seafood entrees.

It's a lovely restaurant. It seems a bit out of the way with mostly corporate buildings around. The restaurant has a nice modern aesthetic. I like the purple hyacinths hanging from the ceiling in one area. It was very steady for an off time in the afternoon. First, our server Olivia was amazing! Very attentive and we were extra needy this day so I really appreciate her patience. We even dropped food on the floor. Oops! She was so nice about it and cleaned it up immediately. We had customizations and extra requests. No problem for her! She went above and beyond. I hope she sees this because she was such a joy! The food was also very good. We started with the biscuits and one peach compote and one blueberry. Both were yummy. They were traditional drop biscuits and I love a good biscuit! We also had an order of fried green tomatoes on goat cheese grits. You get 4 very large slices. I could only eat one. The grits were yummy but there were not enough of them in relation to the friend green tomatoes. They were also encased by a sauce. I'm guessing a remoulade. I don't really care for remoulade sauce so I'd have removed it had I known it came with the dish. It really overpowered the goat cheese taste in the grits. The tomatoes were very al dente and I would have preferred them cooked a bit more. The dish was still good but my least favorite and I would normally love anything with those ingredients and fried green tomatoes are a favorite so the remoulade (or whatever it was) sauce was a real problem for me. I would definitely get them again without the sauce because they are great otherwise. But that sauce just overpowers every other flavor! I got the chicken tender dinner and others in my party got the bone in fried chicken. Everyone liked their chicken. The tenders were a big size. 4 of them but I hit 2 meals out of them. Everyone liked the Parmesan rosemary potatoes. I really liked the bacon green beans. The only side we weren't impressed with was the Mac and cheese unfortunately. The cheese was not good. We got coffees and a chai. All of them were very good. A bit pricey for the amount you get though. Even with the smaller complaints, I'd still give th a 5 because of the outstanding service and the dishes were overall very good and large portions. We will definitely return and I hope to try out a breakfast item next visit!

The Liquid Courage I started off my round with two drinks. the Bloody Mary. It was fine--tasty enough, but it certainly didn't change my life or inspire any poetry. However, things got interesting with their Tequila/Cold Brew/Liquor 43 concoction. Topped with an egg foam cap, it was actually pretty solid. A bit of a gamble, but sometimes you have to roll the dice when the menu is trying that hard. The Culinary "Hit and Miss" Then came the food, or as I like to call it: The Great Consistency Crisis. The Steak: I asked for medium-rare; I received medium-well with a "char" that felt more like a personal vendetta against the cow. The Potatoes: Apparently, potato portions are determined by a lottery system. I received about half the amount of the person next to me. Maybe I didn't look hungry enough? The Eggs: My over-easy eggs had crispy, hard edges and arrived at a temperature I'd describe as "lukewarm at best." We also had to hunt down salt and pepper like we were on a scavenger hunt. Honestly, I probably should have just hit the buffet and cut out the middleman. The Service Our server was perfectly nice, but he appeared to be roughly twelve years old. Since he wasn't legally old enough to understand the complexity of a craft cocktail, he couldn't give us any info on the drink menu. We just had to "go with our gut"--which is a dangerous game when tequila and cold brew are involved. The Verdict I'm not saying I won't be back, but consider this a fair warning: if Round 2 involves another charred steak and a side of "room temperature" eggs, I'll be sending it back for a rerun faster than a shanked drive into the woods. 3/5 Stars -- Great for people-watching, questionable for potato-equity.

We stopped in on an unseasonably warm, late December evening, and tried a few different types of dishes: steak hibachi, shrimp lo mein, sushi, chicken hibachi, and lots of yum yum sauce! I was (mostly) responsible for the sushi roll. Normally, I'm a 2, maybe 3 roll per sitting kinda guy. For whatever reason, on this evening, I decided to start with one...and thank goodness I did, as the roll was enormous! Like, the volume of at LEAST two rolls at any other place!
