One of the things I love the most about this store, is the outstanding customer service and lovely employees who provide it. This is one of the main grocery stores that stays on my rotation as my family loves a lot of the products offered here. The store is on the smaller side and can get crowded. I wish they would get a larger store. Parking can also be a challenging here based on the fact that this is a high traffic area with other businesses competing for parking. read more

Customer service: not great and not too friendly. Everyone is talking amongst themselves and laughing and you have to wait for their conversation to be done to be assisted with an attitude. Quality: SECOND time I've had a moldy item in my bag. So disappointed. Came home so excited to make a ciabatta sandwich and was greeted by 4 moldy breads. Sadly, this is the only one nearby. Went in during the pre-thanksgiving madness, no parking. Out of nowhere, an employee that was sitting on the floor, facing away from me, turned around, looked up at me and loudly exclaimed Hello... To be clear, this was not near the entrance, so there was no obligation to greet customers. Some other shoppers were also startled when he greeted me due to the volume and tone. None of the other employees restocking were greeting people like this. The same employee got up, and followed me down the aisle and asked if I needed help finding anything. None of this would be abnormal, had I not been greeted in a weird way and then followed down the aisle. It was very crowded, and the employee did not do this with any other guests. I understand that TJs has happy, friendly employees but that went a little too far, and made me feel targeted. I seriously had to make sure I wasn't also followed to my car! read more

Trader Joe's gives the experience of a humble mom and pop store in a small neighborhood. Most of the food selections here are non-traditionally branded. This a good place to do grocery shopping, especially, for those who prefer to buy non-conventional food items. There are lots of organic fruits and vegetables to choose from as well. We come here often to buy fresh mangoes, pineapple chunks, sliced cantaloupes and handpicked blueberries in packs. The salad aisle is another favorite. We buy the Asian fusion salad bowl, which comes with cold noodles, assorted crunchy veggies and sweet and sour sauce. Perfect choice for lunch. I personally like their marinated artichoke and assorted homemade hot sauces. Great addition and a good enhancer for any meals. We also love to try out their miniature samples like the gyoza, pulled chicken, chips with homemade dips and etc. Another attribute of Trader Joe's is their excellent customer service. The staff in the Temecula branch in particular, always makes you feel at home and will go out of their way to open up a conversation. Kudos to Harold G. This is the nicest Trader Joe's I have ever Been too. The store is well organized. The crew have all been friendly. And knowledgable. They dont act like you are bothering them either. I met Ricky. It's been about 14 years since I've been in this store. Now I understand why. My girlfriend who lives in Guam, has a list of things she wanted me to buy and ship for her. I'd put it off for about a week. Finally, today with my list in tow, and photos of what she wanted, I went. I sat outside in my car and watched the patrons go in and out of this store. It's busy for sure! I had some reserve about going inside, as I do not mind crowds, but loathe feeling crowded and cramped. This store is the epitome of being locked in a box with no where to go and no room to move. I'm wondering to myself why the heck hasn't this location moved to a bigger place with ample parking? This is the Same old crowded parking lot, with the same old neighboring businesses that also could use a revamp of the whole traffic flow system. I promise you, unless my girlfriend forces me back into your store to buy her stuff, I won't return. Crowded. Parking lot is a zoo. No room to move once inside in your aisles. Clerks are too busy stocking and fronting and don't seem to want to look up and make eye contact. Apparently they don't want to be interrupted. I have been shopping at the Temecula location for 15 years. They changed management several months ago and the place is not the same. One example - the sale of the mini tote bags causes a long line that reaches around the bldg. Previous mngt worked it out that those people that do not want bags can enter in side entrance and not have to wait. Temecula's current mngmt (Joey) does not allow this system. I understand that the previous mngmt is now working at the new Murrieta location, which is where I will now do my shopping. read more

I really miss having a Trader Joe's down the street from me. Drove 20 min today to get some fresh flowers (Stater Brother flowers just don't do it for me) and my Garlic spread along with my favorite "pizza" which is more like a tortilla. I love Trader Joe's and will have to make a monthly trip just to get flowers when my husband doesn't get them for me, which he often does. read more

Arrived at 8am for opening and they told me it was senior hour due to Covid (I completely understand and love that they do this). I said "shoot, I only need one thing" not expecting anything at all and the super nice bubbly lady at the front asked what I needed. She literally ran in to get it for me. I thought that was so nice. The middle aged and older staff members were very professional and kind. The young girl at the check out was extremely rude and inappropriate. She was first of all annoyed that my bags were in the bottom of the cart and not convenient for her to reach. She then , after I mentioned some beef dog treats have chicken in them and my dog is allergic to poultry became very rude. What kind of dogs are they she said in a negative, snotty tone. I explained any dog no matter the breed can have allergies. She needs to learn manners, how to speak with people respectfully and not act like a juvenile without emotional intelligence or communication skills. I am disappointed Trader Joe's hired such a bad mannered young person. Perhaps these kids need to get off their iPhone and learn some direct communication skills. read more

Who doesn't love Trader Joe's? This Trader Joe's is located in the same plaza as Bushfire, Nektar Juice (coming soon) and Fedex. With plenty of parking, you shouldn't have any problems (although other yelpers complain about the parking, I didn't have any trouble on a Friday evening). The layout of this Trader Joe's is pretty much the same to other locations that I have been to, with the free samples in the back of the store (one of my favorite places that I like to head straight to when I come into any Trader Joe's because sometimes I end up buying a food item because of it.). But what makes this location particularly unique is that they offer wine tasting. Unfortunately it was not available on my visit (there are specific hours for when they are available). But there is just such a large selection of wine at this location, as compared to other locations I have been to (which would make sense since we are in Temecula). This location also seems a little on the smaller side than compared to other locations as well. But all in all, still a great shopping trip (even while on vacation). read more

My favorite store but I have a bone to pick with the workers, particularly the cashiers. Female cashiers who work here have mean girl energy and for what? Super rude and judgmental. They say their lines "how's your day going?" With a fake smile sure, but immediately go back to gossiping with their coworkers while giving dirty looks. Every single time. The cashiers need to learn how to be a bitch at home. Thanks. Also don't work closing shift if you're going to throw a fit and make customers uncomfortable at the fact that people are still coming in to shop. Grow up read more

Nice employees.. one of them was nice enough to put a product on hold because they were sold out but receiving a shipping the following day. I went but they couldn't find the hold slip so, another employee was able to grab the product before they sold out. I have to say coming to this TJs so far from my regular location in San Dimas only confirms that this chain of stores is totally consistent as far as selection, freshness of produce/flowers, and friendly down to earth customer service and staff. Trader Joe's is awesome, which I am sure everybody knows! I really gotta say though, I appreciate all that they are doing quarantine. Every now and then there is a line because of how busy it gets, but it's usually pretty quick. Everything is cleaned and wiped down. The guy in the front letting everyone in was wiping down each cart as he offered them to incoming customers. It was neat, organized and calm and the employees were awesome as per usual! I feel like an evil horrible person for rating Trader Joe's a 4 Star place.... it's like a 4.49 Star rating. Here is why I feel so bad about a decent rating.... It's really a 5 Star place BUT... if your from Temecula there is only one parking lot in this entire town that is 100% always worse than Costco's.... it's this Trader Joe's. I feel bad that I have to knock off .51 stars only because of a parking lot but right before you go to the store and your looking for a spot you feel like walking over hot coals and being bitten by scorpions at the same times... you go to Trader Joe's and enjoy yourself, shop a bit, get some good and some cheap wine and as your pulling out of the parking lot your taking heart medication because of the stress of almost getting hit 7 times. This is the only parking lot that I was in a pure grid lock because some guy is waiting for a spot to find out the guy in the spot CANT back out because every other car is now blocked. Forget compact cars....the spots are the size of motorcycles and smart cars. But you will have an suv hanging over the lines on both sides of your car by the time you return. Trader Joe's is an awesome place.... everyone I know has some item here that they love. We drive 25 minutes from the other side of Temecula for their jasmine rice... we LOVE it. In LA, no matter where you live there is a Trader Joe's within a 3 mile radius. In the IE, not so much. I drive from Menifee twice a week & I'm not mad. This is by far the best location I've been too! Parking is never an issue. Shopping carts are always neatly accessible before I enter the store and I am greeted every single time as I walk in to an array of fresh flowers and produce. The layout of this store is broken up so that shoppers aren't hovering over one another. Everything is stocked up so nicely and everyone at checkout is friendly. My kid always looks forward to getting some stickers. On that note, Please open up a store, if not in Menifee- in Murrieta. Pretty please?!?! read more
