I got their marshmallow latte - 2/5. Aesthetically pleasing but unfortunately the taste was not my favorite. I the drink was far too milky, coffee blend was not strong at all, very lite. For food I originally ordered a "half" avocado toast meaning to order a "full". When I went back to correct my order, prior to them making it, I was charged 2 halves instead of the difference.. I didn't question it. But, a "half" is just 1 slice of store bought sourdough while a "full" is 2 slices. Sourdough was basic, store bought for sure. I shared half with my sister who ordered the cottage cheese, prosciutto and arugula one and unfortunately it was only prosciutto and cottage cheese. Definitely was missing the arugula or something else to make it stand out. We were originally offered to have cucumber slices on the side and declined but a few minutes later went back to ask for them and they were sold out of cucumbers, arugula, basically everything they could offer on the side the guy said. 2/5 for these toasts. All in all, 3 stars from me for this cafe with the majority of the rating going to the cafe itself instead of their food/drinks. Definitely a cute little place to come in and read, work, or just hangout. I still go think there's hope for their other drink options so I would not not come back to try something else.

It took another several minutes to get it made. Anyway, not a great tragedy. But definitely not a great customer service. If SB had a secret shopper and they reported what was going on behind the counter, I am sure the store manage would have received some very strong feedback. One pick only this time.

I get my usual milk tea with boba (almond milk tea) and it's served cold, not too much ice and well, it was served quickly lol. I tried their Vietnamese sandwich for the first time, chose the Quickly combo sandwich which includes ham, head cheese and special pork roll with the goodies that come in a traditional Vietnamese sandwich: pickled carrots, daikon, fresh cilantro, pate, mayo, seasonings, jalapeño on warm, crusty baguette. It was good and filling but not the best I've had. Maybe I will try the other Vietnamese sandwiches they offer.
