I ordered some snacks here today and I understand that I came in when they had a large large drink order but it was frustrated that I had to wait 36 minutes for my food. They finished the drinks after about 15 minutes and were working in the kitchen. There was about 5 people that ordered food after me and they were also stuck waiting about 20 minutes and got their food before me. The food was just okay but I wished that they told you before you ordered that you would have to wait so long or at least gave me a complementary drink or something. Typically they would give you a heads up if they know its going to take a while but I had no clue how long it would take and it was clear that me and the other customers were tired of standing around waiting for so long. My first time here.......and my last! Yuck!! If I could, I would give this place a zero. It's nasty and dirty. I got 2 vietnamese sammies and they were both missing stuff. They ain't no vietnamese sandwiches. Trust me, I know. Really people. Not only that, the BBQ pork sammie was gross. The meat was old and hard. it's was not sliced but cut into chunks. Okay - I can't believe this place has 4 stars. Also, can anybody tell me why the previous Yelp! page (which has 15 reviews & 2 stars) is marked as closed when its the same exact location and still open? Seems fishy to me. I came to Quickly with my family as my husband and I wanted to get some Vietnamese sandwiches. As soon as we walked in we were hit with the smell of 1000 stale cigarettes, seriously it was like a brick wall. The smell was so strong - but we were trying to be polite and give this place a chance, so we stayed and looked at the menu. After reviewing the menu on the window & wall we made our selections. We made our way to the counter and there was no one to be found. However, there were two young men sitting at the end of the counter talking and they looked at us a few times but did nothing. The guy who I had seen working the counter earlier was putting something away in the back and came back out, looked at us and then grabbed something else to take back. No other acknowledgement than the look and then he comes out and does it again! Right. So I think, okay maybe someone else is working the counter now? A girl finally comes up to the counter and I go to order our sandwiches, only to be told "Oh... um we don't have those anymore... tonight". I'm not from Tracy, CA. I'm from Orange County, CA where the amount of boba shops outnumber donut shops (not really, but you get the dramatization). With that said, I always walk into boba shops from other cities with low expectations. I can't afford to be disappointed, especially if I'm dying for a taste of milk tea when I'm so far away from home. I've been to Quickly twice now. Both times I had asked for egg pudding, and both times they have told me that they didn't have any. Are you serious? Well, then make some more you lazy people! It doesn't look like this place ever gets busy, so maybe it's not that they run out of egg pudding, but they just don't make it because not enough people order it. I'd rather hear that than be turned down twice - not cool. They've got some boring people working at this place. Look, I don't want to have to be the one to greet you in your own business - that's real sad. On the first visit, there was a younger male and all he was doing was watching the TV next to the drink menu on the wall. The second time, there was a younger female with a voice so low, you'd be convinced you were deaf. You'd say thank you and get nothing in return. ARGH! I'm not hating for the sake of hating. I've had better. The service wasn't very inviting. Ordered popcorn chicken: it was a pretty big order for the price, but it was dry, overcooked, and not how I remembered it to be like. This was a drunken night delight for me back in the bay so I'm pretty familiar with its taste. Two grilled pork Viet sandwiches: the bread wasn't warm and toasty and it didn't have much filling. There were only a few pieces of meat so my sandwich tasted mainly of dry bread. Pickled veggies didn't taste like anything, there was no cilantro, or jalapeños; It was boring. Boba was the same as any other. I ordered jasmine milk tea with NO boba, but when I got my drink there it was.. the little black pearls were settled at the bottom. Didn't bother correcting them, cause I had already been charged that $.50 fee anyway. Blah. My husband and I came here 3 days ago and shared a coconut milk tea with boba. It was creamy, delicious, and not too sweet... Exactly how i like it. If I was rating this particular drink alone, I'd give it a solid 5 stars, but we ordered two other snacks that didn't taste as great. The egg rolls were vegetarian, which we didn't mind, but they were undercooked and still cold in the center. If it was cooked longer, I'm sure they would've tasted a lot better. We also ordered the chicken wings, which were freshly cooked and crispy. I liked the flavor. They're more like Asian chicken wings with a soy based marinade rather than traditional buffalo wings. Overall, the prices were cheap, the drink was good, the food was ok, but the setup is a little off. This Quickly's is usually a hit or miss with service. There is always plenty of parking when I come here and the I get my order pretty fast which makes it really easy for me. The snack orders can be pretty hit or miss as well. Sometimes Calamari would be over done with batter or it would be fried just way too much. Same thing for the popcorn chicken. You also never know how much of the snack you are actually going to get. Sometimes it is barely anything and other times its half of the bag. Besides the service and snack consistency. The drinks that i've tried so far are good. My go to is Thai Tea and that drink is serious consistent each time. So that aspect of Quickly's always makes me pretty happy. If you haven' tried their Thai Tea before, you really should! Quickly's in general has the best Thai Tea I have ever had in my life & the Thai Tea tastes the same in each place :) read more

This is just not another Quickly, I been to several throughout the bay and let me tell you this is the best Quickly i have ever been to. First off the service is fast and friendly and that quality is rarely seen in other Quicklys. And guess what they accept credit cards! Let me explain first because it sounds like I just discovered where the Aztec temple of gold is located. Every Quicklys i went to up to this point is CASH ONLY which is a downer if you don't have any cash on you at the moment and people who uses credit cards rarely have some sort of cash on them like me. They always have fresh ingredients and never out of stock so you can ALWAYS rely on them to have your favorite fresh drinks or snacks ready instead of the dreaded Sorry we are out! The inside is cleanly kept and feeling a little bored? No problem whip out your Wii, I'm talking about the game system as they have one ready to play for free while you are there. And that's not the best part, the food is finely made including all the fried food. Never burnt, overcooked or undercooked. The popcorn chicken is always loaded with herbs and all the good stuff so it tastes perfect scrumptious every time you order. For the drinks, the fresh watermelon slush is always the best as its made from real fruit .But if you have a feeling for a milkshake, you can order from different kinds of flavors including snickers, Twix, Oreo, M&M. Every time I'm in Tracy i always visit this Quicklys as it is the most competent one I've went to. I'm giving them 4 stars and not 5 because it smelled so bad inside!! This was my first time going to Quickly Cafe and I was excited (because I love my Boba) but as soon as I walked into the cafe it smelled like cigarette smoke. Really, as though someone was smoking inside. I felt a little nausea, but I stayed to get my Boba. I liked the variety of flavors and I choose my fav. Jasmine Milk tea. I thought the price was reasonable and fairly cheaper then other boba cafe's. The cashier was very friendly. After I paid my mom decided she wanted boba in her drink and instead of charging us, he said that it was no problem and that he would just add it. I liked that!!! Haven't been to Quickly's in a while, so seeing how the store was remodeled, with sofas and a brighter background, I thought the place was pretty cute. Customer service is a major factor for me, so it was nice to see the workers greeting people as they come in. Workers are usually teenagers/young adults. I'm a die hard taro or Thai tea fan. And I might say that their taro milk tea is probably my all time fave. Litchi milk tea is really good as for peach milk tea. I also love popcorn chicken. One of my favorite snacks there. I live all the way in Manteca and thought Boba sounded good. This location is ridiculous! We ordered 3 drinks today. 1 Large Taro Snow with Boba & 2 Large Milk Tea with Boba. Once I received my drinks and my taro drink had no boba in it and my milk tea literally tasted like milk and barley any tea. I was charged for 3 beverages with boba and my drinks didn't come out right. I tried calling the number on the receipt and yelp 6 times and it rings then goes to fax. Worst customer service ever! I always opt for their fresh avocado snow with bubble because it is fresh and delicious, but today I tried their watermelon slush and decided to add "litchi" and it was surprisingly refreshing. I've had their watermelon slush by itself before as well and it is very good. Perfect touches for the hot Tracy days. read more

For the price I don't mind it and it's usually good when I get a passion fruit snow bubble but wow. I got a passion fruit milk tea and it was thick and no passion fruit taste although you can see the syrup or powder she put in there. Idk if its because I said light ice or what but next time I'll just get a thai tea no milk teas from here. my husband's drink was spilling and wasn't sealed tightly. He ordered lychee milk tea and it just tasted like thick chocolate milk kinda that was powdery. Next time I'll just get the one in the mall at tutti fruiti. Or steer my cravings else where. I live in Tracy and curiosity finally got the best of me after walking and driving by this cafe for years. I walked inside with the intention of peeking at the menu and going next door to grab a couple sandwiches for me and my wife at Mr. Pickles. The menu looked terrific, but I had my heart set on a sandwich and decided I would jump on in I bought two Vietnamese grilled chicken sandwiches. They were awesome and the explosion of flavor and taste was amazing. The service was great and I asked about "boba" as I was a newbie. The employee let me taste the tapioca "boba" and gave me a suggestion for a smoothie. I took the drinks and sandwiches home and we agreed they were the best sandwiches we had ever eaten and the drinks were superb! I really love this place. I go here once a month, when I work in the area. Best Thai Boba Tea that I've found. Their menu is huge and their food items are all great from what I've tried. All at very reasonable prices. Our favorite is the popcorn chicken rice bowls. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The wait time is always quick. I drove in to Tracy just to bring my mom here for the first time and she loved it! They are still open for pickup during the COVID 19 stay-at-home which I'm super happy about. read more

I was not very impressed with this Quickly chain. I didn't know about this place until just recent and then I found out that it has been opened for about 4 years. Poor marketing and location?? Who knows. The staff were nice, but it was not the same customer service that I've had from other Quickly chain. We ordered two honey milk tea boba. The milk tea was okay, you can't really go wrong with it. The boba were pretty gross. I found myself eating the outside of the boba because it was the only part that had a soft texture. The inside were hard and felt old. I ate it anyways because I was driving and had nowhere to spit them out. Overall, I was not very happy with the experience. When I have a milk tea fix, I want to be sure that my craving will being satisfied. Sadly, it was not. Unless I am very desperate from milk tea when I am in this area, I will pass on it and get something else to drink. Sonic is not too far away... read more

This place has been around for 4 years and I didn't know about this until now?! Well, probably a good thing because the franchise at this location is not the greatest. When you first come in, there's a nasty smell of set in smoke. I don't know if that has anything to do with the cigar store next door but it's just an unsettling smell. We were greeted by a worker that looked like he just came from the streets. Did not look professional at all. The other one was sitting down at a table which it almost felt like some random dude is making my drink. The menu placement was seriously awkward. It was not placed in front of my but on the side. I have to uncomfortably turn my head to look at the menu. The place itself looked messy with the Asian store food snacks on the left. I normally get my milk tea in a slush form at other quicklys. They were unsure to do that and I didn't understand why. It's the same thing but you blend the ice. That already made me unhappy that they were unable to do it. First off let me just say that I am a fan of Quickly. I have been to multiple locations and have had the same experience at all of them. This location is just as good, however, they are limited on the size drinks you can purchase. Other locations offer 4 or more different sizes. There is a lady that works the register from time to time who is pretty slow. It has taken me an average of 10 mins to order 3 drinks.The folks that make the drinks are fast and efficient. read more
