Pretty solid customer service at pick up. Super chill staff and they got my order correct on the first try

This was one of my better experiences ever at a wingstop! Came on a Friday night and I thought I was doomed as wing stop tends to take a while for food... nope I ordered and within 15 minutes it was done and fresh! I love how they have an electric board on the wall that tells you where you are in line and when it's done. The worker whom took my order was super nice and greeted me instantly. My order was exactly as I placed it and everything was delicious. That ranch though!!!!! Top 5 ranches in the world! Yes the world. The place was a little on the dirty side but it was late on a Friday so I'm sure they had a long day! read more

Laughably slow service, disinterested employees, and consistent mistakes in order accuracy. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but sadly this place deserves the poor reviews it gets. Only come here if you want to way far too long for food you didn't order. read more

Hello, I hate to do this but at this point, I'm very irritated with the service. This is the fourth time I've placed an order via DoorDash and I am always missing one item from the order. I call the location and I speak to the manager ( which is not helpful at all ) all they tell me is we're sorry. I am working to resolve this issue or they are new and will talk to them. This is just not a good spot for Wings i've tried Wingstop in different cities and for some reason this one cannot seem to get it right. The wings are never crispy even when you order them well done they don't have enough seasoning on them and they're always seem to be tough fries are cold. I show up around11:15, fashionably late, thinking surely my food will be waiting. Nope. Apparently, "done" at Wingstop means "done... except for the fries." So, not done. But hey, why let words mean things? At 11:20, I check again.Got the same response waiting on the fries, which I had watched him drop some in the fryer a few minutes prior. THEN by 11:25, I watch the same employee reach for fries that had been tanning on the counter since I walked in. He was about to pass them off as mine until I opened my mouth. Suddenly, they were "not good enough" and straight into the trash they went. Nothing like catching someone cold-fry hustle to spice up your lunch break. And let's be clear: this wasn't during a rush. The place was EMPTY. The staff was just hanging out, vibing, doing the bare minimum to appear busy. Imagine the audacity of being this slow with zero customers in the building. So thanks, Wingstop, for teaching me that "fast food" can actually be a waiting game and that "fresh" apparently means "until someone notices otherwise." Never again. I got our usual, the Boneless Meal Deal with an extra 5 bone-in wings. We placed our order online and it was ready within 20 minutes. This time around, the fries did not spill out and there was more flavoring on the wings. All of the flavors I got were delicious, as per usual. I got the cajun, hot honey rub, garlic parmesan, and lemon pepper. For our sauces we got the cheese sauce and of course, ranch. The price was around $28 which is worth it for the amount of food it comes with. It was even enough to pack for lunch the following day. read more

Service was soooo good and efficient and the young man who took our order gave us all the options we needed to make our final decision on which bundle to get hehe. We ended up getting 20 pieces bone in classic. Half & half garlic parmesan & Louisiana rub--a tried and tested flavors, always SO YUMMY. Ofcourse we got seasoned fries and blue cheese! This is the closest location to me and I've been getting food from here for quite a while but I think tonight is the last time. The difference between day and night shift is well...day and night. The estimated pickup is ALWAYS 40+ minutes later. Tonight it was late by an hour. All our food was cold when we got home. Also, they were out of most of the drink flavors by 7pm, I guess they don't bother refilling them. And the cherry on top was the fries: burnt crumbs that look like they came from the bottom of the bowl. I don't work in the food industry but I feel like you should still maintain quality standards, no? It's just a shame cuz every other location I've been to is way better and actually on time, and unfortunately the staff there seem nonchalant about it all. read more

They're busy and training new team members, but they're doing a great job in executing orders and having an eye on quality control. Kudos to their leadership team! This place is a nightmare, I feel bad for the employees. It's way under staffed. I ordered Togo wings at 8:30 pm last Friday the 26th, got my food at 10 pm. There must've been 50 people in there with their phones out waiting on their orders, really upset. This one poor kid had to be the only one calling out the ticket order names for people to take. It's a terrible setup. They should have 2 people up there, organized, 2 lines, check those people waiting 1 by 1. They also stay open until midnight daily, the only reason you do that is because you have the business/profits to justify it, so obviously this is an extremely busy location. Hire more employees and put more fryers in here to accommodate the customers you have here. Even with the terrible service, Tracy has 100K people now, it's going to continue to stay busy even with the customers who won't ever come back due to waiting an hour after your quoted time. read more

Today I went in from 3-3:30 after picking up my online order and decided to end up eating there with the kiddos and the two gentlemen working at that time were so sweet and our food was probably the best wingstop i've ever had.
