I've ordered here a few times (mostly delivery through Door dash) but I prefer their app. We were one of the probably hundreds of people who didn't want to cook on New Year's Eve and thought of chicken waaanggs to end 2020. I will say I got decent food (free) on my return visit, but that one and a subsequent visit has some of the same problems. On my most recent visit, the manager was dealing with having to call police about the vagrants who hang around, one customer I spoke to said they were (approaching cars) so beware if you are over at that shopping center, I also saw shattered car window glass where I parked right in front of Supercuts That aside, my food order was again shown as complete in the app, but was not ready. They were busier, and they were working to get orders out, but if you Mark my order complete, it ought to be ready. I had ordered the 20 for $20 wings deal for delivery and received room temperature wings. The fries were soggy even though I put extra cook time so it can be crispy. I also paid for a Large Ranch and never received it with my order, which had happened every time I ordered delivery. I called the store to see if I was able to get a refund which the associate informed me that they don't do refunds or credits so the only options were to pick it up (which defeats the purpose of delivery) or to just receive the ranch in my next order. I then said I would like it in my next order and the associate said ok and immediately hung up on me as I was asking if I was going to receive an email confirmation just so I have it in writing. Which I waited for and never received anything to confirm what the associate told me over the phone. The poor customer service at this specific Wingstop is a consistent issue and the managers need to retrain their associates. I understand that due to this being a food establishment that refunds are rarely given but considering that I never even received the item and was given very limited options is ridiculous. Ordered a combo chicken sandwich through Uber Eats and the 20 piece wings. Sounds simple enough. When I received my order my chicken sandwich wasn't included so I called the store. I was told I needed to contact Uber eats. I was confused by this because all they did was deliver my food. How were they going to resolve my problem? So I asked who was responsible for making sure everything goes into the bag before sealing it? I was told they (Wingstop) were. So I asked then why was I being told to call Uber Eats? If it's your mistake then you need to fix it. So I then asked for a refund and was told that was not possible but that I could go over to pick up a sandwich. Dirty and unsanitary! Workers handle food with bare hands! My fiancé and I love wingstop and usually get our food delivered. However, we recently started working as a dasher for doordash where we go inside and pick up the orders and deliver them to someone's house for them. Based on what I saw the last few times we've come here to pick up orders, I personally will never eat from this location again.. the restaurant itself is FILTHY. It's very apparent that nobody cleans or even bothers to try to keep things sanitary. Trash and spilt substances all over the floors, the drink machines and the area where you grab lids and straws is disgusting. The worst part for me tho, is every time we've come here, the workers themselves don't even wear any form of gloves (with the exception of one person). Yesterday I witnessed a young girl handling the chicken with her BARE HANDS. She then proceeded to touch other people's food and other items (including the REGISTER) without washing her hands.. I'm sorry but to me that is just so gross. I feel that if you're working with any sort of food you should be wearing gloves. We don't know where your hands have been or the last time you've washed them.. From a consumers point of view it's just gross and definitely turns you away from wanting to eat something from this location. The staff members themselves all seem stressed, burnt out, and careless. They seem disgruntled any time a new customer comes in, and the last thing they seem to care about is cleanliness or sanitation.
