I can't say much because this is the *only* boba cafe in Tracy. I'm a huge huge boba snob so I've tried everything from this to other chains like TapEx, Lollicup, to things like Half and Half in SoCal and Purple Kow in the Bay. Trying to compare to that would be unfair. Their popcorn chicken is usually hot and decent. Typical staple. If only they'd keep their extras for their teas in stock. I know that can be difficult with the lack of traffic here though. If you are looking for a boba fix this is the only place to go to so if you're really craving boba this is the one place you can go to here. read more

I am from San Jose and love Vietnamese cuisine. I moved to the Central Valley 12 years ago so it is missed. I work in Tracy and found out from a coworker that there was a place that had Vietnamese sandwiches...yeah! My coworker ordered 3 sandwiches and some egg rolls. Then it took about 10 minutes for them to take my order. I ordered 5 sandwiches and 3 orders of lumpia to take home. 5 minutes later they tell me they ran out of lumpia so I get egg rolls instead. Mind you, there is NOONE else in there except us. I also order two pearl drinks (they call them milkshakes with tapioca). 30 MINUTES LATER we finally get our orders!! And we are on our 30 minute lunch break. Then they forgot to make our drinks which they actually made very quickly (haha...get it...). I was VERY disappointed with the sandwich I ate. No cucumber, very little daikon and carrots and no cilantro. Meat was cold and fatty (it was the grilled pork). Bread tasted fresh though. The egg rolls was crispy on the outside and not fully cooked and mushy on the inside. Only reason I gave 2 stars was because their drinks were VERY good. I ordered the Honey Dew and my coworker ordered the mango banana. I think they need to stick with the drinks and not the food so much. read more

I've been coming to this Quickly since it's been open. I've seen lots of changes over the years. I really love the new décor that has been added. It's a great place to hangout and relax with friends. My favorite drink is the honey green tea with boba. The popcorn chicken and fried calamari are really yummy too!! It's nice to know that you can use your credit card to purchase your drinks and food. For boba east of the Altamont Pass, this is my new go-to place. I commute to work form the bay area and sometimes on my way home, I just need milk tea! I've tried a couple other local places between Tracy and Modesto, but this one is the best so far. The staff was friendly, the inside was clean, and there's plenty of parking. read more

I only come here for their tapioca drinks because this is the only place I know that sells them. The drinks are satisfying, but I usually get the avocado snow because it tastes sweet and sugary. Their tapioca is a great splash as well and I would come here everyday if I could. They also sell asian goods on the left side of their wall, and they recently remodeled as well which is pretty nice. There are 3 tables and a seating area to hang out. Their menu is hung up on the right side of the wall for waiting customers to see and check out. Tried the new Avocado Lover yesterday & what a waste of my $4.50-$4.99. It was SUPER sweet & it only had 3 small strips of avocado, I don't see why they named it the way they did if they only put a little bit of what you're suppose to love! I also ordered the popcorn chicken which I order every trip, it's our fave. I noticed that they gave me way less this time so I asked the boy/worker if it seemed less to him & he said they now weigh it. Other locations usually fills the bag all the way up, this location usually fills it up more than half way up but yesterday, I got less than half of the bag!!! It's hard to know what to get since there are so many choices and it's easy to get something you will not like even though it seems you would. It's a little overwhelming because of the choices but if you find something you like, it's really good. And they'll remake you a drink if you don't like yours read more

Pet peeve: call me crazy, but I don't like going to a business that advertises something and doesn't have it. We wanted a milk shake and they don't make milk shakes. Very nice folks and good service but... I come here often, but the last time (2 weeks ago), I order my usual Thai Ice Tea with pearls and my daughter ordered something. After our first sip, we looked at each other and said, "did they change their formula" because neither tasted good. Almost like watery milk. I was a bit annoyed because I had to wait for almost 15 to get out drinks only to get nasty ones...we tossed them. There are no outdoor trash cans (which is really strange for a strip mall), tenants should have the property manager install them. read more

The food is a solid 8/10 when you can actually get it served. I've been to this Tracy quickly 6 times, 4 of which they were "out of chicken" for their # 7 sandwich, the only chicken sandwich they have. In sandwiches, the majority are pork, leaving 2 vegetarian type sandwiches, and one ham sandwich. In drinks, milk teas are preferred because of the fact that they often mess up orders, or drinks such as smoothies become much more of a liquid drink than a viscous "smoothie". The staff is unprofessional and the majority of the employees are high school kids, Incapable of correctly completing a customers order. It's good on occasion, I honestly would much rather choose Lee's sandwiches (another Vietnamese sandwich shop) over the franchise quickly. Probably the better places of all the Vietnamese sandwiches in Tracy... I would have gave them 4 or higher stars, but they haven't been consistent lately and if you try to buy a sandwich a couple hours before they close- forget about it... they won't have any, either because they ran out of bread or some other ingredient. I've tried almost all of the sandwiches and my top 2 are the combo and grilled chicken. The crispy popcorn chicken is good but sometimes a little skimpy. My coworkers and I go to this quickly, The employees are always really nice, but a couple days ago a small boy working behind the counter called me stupid because he fucked up my order. I honestly thought of asking for a manager but I just didn't have time for it. I don't think it's worth the time to go in, but whoever the kid was he should be fired for that. If it wasn't for how good this quickly is, I would not come back because of him and my coworkers I've talked to about the incident since, all seem to have similar experiences with this kid. So I almost about gave up on this place because when I first visited their customer service was shot, the boba tea was horrendous, and it was a guessing game trying to figure out their hours of operation. When they closed down for renovation (?) I was pretty sure we've seen the last of Quickly in Tracy. Low and behold they opened back up and I never bothered to frequent the place until 2 weeks ago. My teenage daughter came home clamoring about the bubble tea and asking me if I have ever went there. I told her yeah and we can try it out on the weekend. Needless to say I wasn't that excited about the visit but we dropped it and began to check out all bubble teas and other dessert drinks they offered. I also noticed they had some appetizing food items in small appetizer size meals. I had just ate before we went there so I vowed to next time have an appetite when I dropped in. Fast forward 2 weeks to today, I mentioned to my wife to check out Quickly because we looking for a quick snack. We went in, I got the coconut milk bubble tea - which was tasty and I ordered the korean bbq beef rib (kal-bi) rice bowl. This was about as good as it gets outside of a korean restaurant so I was very surprised. It was cheap and the quantity of food was filling. It was very good and well worth the wait. It took about 15 to 20 minutes with other orders from my wife and daughter. There's an L&L Hawaiian BBQ next door but I will be getting my kal-bi fix from Quickly the next I'm in the mood for rice and meat. I gave this place 3 stars due to not trying a few items yet from their menu. I am pretty confident that those menu items will be just as goodas and i'll update the rating then. read more

I always go to quickly for snacks and drinks and I would notice if the serving size changed. Last night I ordered crispy popcorn chicken and normaly the serving size almost fills up the bag. Last night I was surprised to see and open the bag and it was only half full!!! When I ordered at the counter the cashier asked if I wanted a copy of my receipt (better than the other branch who does not really ask or care if you want your receipt or not). He (do not remember his name) was staring at the receipt where I had to sign because I used my card and he literally stared if I would write down a tip on the tip part of the receipt. When I wrote nothing, he had a funny face and kinda smirked then proceeded to let the other employees prepare my order. Could the serving size changed because this employee did not get a tip? I am for tipping when great customer service is given but there was no need to give him a tip for just taking an order and me literally getting my order from their counter. Please review the serving size and make sure all employees are consistently serving the correct proportion for food. read more

I'd like to start off by saying that I have been to the many different Quickly locations around the Bay Area and I absolutely enjoy the foods and drinks they have to offer. However, my experiences at this particular location were absolutely TERRIBLE. Every visit I had a tall Asian woman with curly black hair. This particular worker was very rude to me and showed attitude when I asked if my order would be coming out soon. And when the order did come out, my smoothie did not look appetizing whatsoever. The drink was melted and it had some kind of liquid at the bottom of the container. I have paid three visits to this location (hoping my first bad experience only occurred by chance), but the outcomes were all exactly the same. Same worker, same attitude, same bad experience.
