I purchased 10 ct of Braham and New Jersey Giants but they arrived 17 DOA. They stated my number was not a working number however I've track the shipping and it did not arrive at my usps office until close to midnight on Friday. It was delivered me next morning but only 3 survived. I called customer service and the first gal call avoidance and hung up on me after telling me she had system issues and place me on hold. The next person was nice and assisted with a replacement order and I received an email that states my replacement chicks will be mailed on 3/2 and arrive 2-3 days and I will be notify by email when its delivered and ready for pick up. Saturday rolls around and every few minutes I check my emails to see if the chicks are ready for pick up but nothing. Called back at 4pm and probably the same gal that hung up on me said they will be ship Monday or Tuesday without checking anything. I decided not to make a big deal out of it. Today, Monday, the post office delivered them but they were all DOA. It is extremely TRAUMATIZING. I called to suggest the chicks be delivered to a store by me in hopes the chicks will survive but instead was offer a refund. I do not recommend anyone to get chicks from this company especially if you will be opening them children. read more

Went in on Saturday to the Conyers, GA location to purchase a Truck tool box, first there was a sign up that stated 20% off (had expired) second there was a sales price up of $299 for a specific box. Bill came and asked if we needed help, I said yes, I'm looking for the $299 box, I said, I do not believe that this box (place at the sign) is the correct box, there was no way it would be discounted that much. Bill then said in a smarta** tone, "well these are not where they should be as I just put this one out and it does not belong here" (So Bill is lazy? Bill lacks the ability to correct the issues?) so then I said so can you help me find this box ($299) and also is there an additional 20% off? Bill said as he removed the 20% sign no this is old (expired 1 week ago) well again, is Bill lazy? If Bill noticed this earlier or knew this would you not think he would have already corrected it? - So again, Bill said let me get a price gun and I guess I can help you, really, "You think you can help" - Now Bill I would say is in his 50's, would you not think he should know better? Well I can say if Bill worked for me I'd fire him! I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN, and will do my BEST TO TELL EVERYONE to boycott! read more

The store manager at the Antelope store is absolutely the worst manager I have ever at the displeasure to meet in my life. She is not only rude, but is completely disrespectful and condescending. She is not fit to be a manager and I am shocked that such an amazing company would allow someone as horrible as her be a manager of anything. I feel so sorry for the employees that have to work with such a disrespectful person. The company is disgraced to have this woman as the store manager representing them. I will never shop at this store again. Not while that woman is the store manager there. I purchased a drag harrow online. It took 57 phone call minutes, two trips to two different stores 350 miles apart, two payments and one refund to get it. Awful experience! I had Selected in store pickup at the Mt Joy, PA location. Received two email notifications that my item was ready for pickup. Arrived at the store 2 days later. Told the cashier I was there to pick up my item. She asked if I was the one who had ordered the other night. When I said yes she replied that they had cancelled it because they didn't actually have the item and that I should've received an email. I showed her my two confirmations for pickup, but none showing it was cancelled. I left and called their corporate office. Explained my situation. The guy said there were none in stock near my home, so I asked if he had any in Parkersburg, WV. I own property nearby there, so it worked out for me. He said they had two in stock and he would reroute my order through them. He even gave me an extra discount. He told me he would personally call and tell the store to hold it for me and to place my name on the item. He even called me back to confirm that was done. A week later I arrived to the store at 8am. I approached the customer service desk and was helped by a lady who didn't seem excited to be there. She asked what I wanted and when I told her she left for a few minutes. She returned with a phone in her hand and proceeded to say into the phone "Here, you tell him." An older lady started yelling through the speaker "It's not paid for. Corporate just sends us the item. He still has to pay. He isn't leaving without paying." I explained it was paid for and even showed the girl at the counter my receipt. She typed in the SKU and told me they had one on hand. I told her she had two but one was mine (paid for) and that's why she was seeing one. They argued with me more, so I just told them to take me up front and I'd pay for the item just so I could get it and get out of there. I would take up the double payment with corporate. So, they did and I was told to drive around to the side to pick up. Upon arriving at the side gate a young man told me to bring my truck into the loading area. I got out and he asked what I was picking up. I showed him my store receipt and my email receipt, showing I had paid twice. I casually told him my headache trying to get this thing. We walked towards the back and found two harrow drags. One of them had a red and white tag on it. I flipped the tag over and written was my name! I asked the kid if he had just written it on there and he said no. I asked if someone else had and he said it was likely there before that morning. I told him that's because it was paid for. He agreed and said "yea it's probably for that guy." Lol...well, I told him, you're looking at that guy. A couple days later I called corporate to explain the issues and ask for my refund. The girl I spoke with put me on hold. 29 minutes later she got on to ask if she could call me back. I asked what was the issue and she said she was having issues with the store but she was going to make it easy and just refund my corporate payment over the phone. She said the store was making it complicated to which I replied "everything about this has been complicated so why shouldn't this be?" I hung up and about 20 min later she called and left me a message. I got an email saying I received a refund. My nightmare was finally over. I will never buy from Tractor Supply again, even if I have to pay more. read more

So I'm posting every 3rd party I can. Not good product, items on the website are never available locally, shipping to store or home/business is ludicrous $, not good customer service at all. I'm done. As a small farmer & rancher I spend 5 figures annually in feed, supplies and ranch equipment & materials, going to a local supplier such as Lee's Feed or the Farm Supply 100% now. I have bought rotten wet food, feed full of weebles, bent/dented rails (returned, didn't buy them after I ordered them or got a discount) pile of junk "heavy duty" tractor wagon that broke 1st use, then the latest 1 calf ate a big divet from the Producer's Pride protein bucket, the other 6 wouldn't touch it, I found that calf dead in the AM. Healthy, active & eating fine at 9pm the evening before. Producer's Pride is Tractor Supplies company, you cannot find any information on them and they have had multiple feed recalls. The staff is friendly and try to help as much as they can. Fair prices, and good selections of items. Could somebody tell me who designed the driveway to this store from Jack Tone? The only two business in this complex are Tractor Supply and Les Schwab Tire, yet there is a glorified roadblock in the middle of the driveway? I drive a normal sized vehicle and have a hard time entering this parking lot! Good luck with a trailer or a dually. It was a very hot day. I went back to look at the baby chicks and ducks. I was so saddened to see that most of them had no water at all. The ducks and chicks kept pecking around the water bottle to get a drink. I told one of the staff ladies that they had no water, she said, "well, the ducks just waste it and spill it all out." I said again, "they are without water." She reluctantly went and got the ducks water. I told her the chicks were out of water as well, she did not respond to me, and walked off. There were way too many ducks and chicks in each container. As I was leaving I also advised two other workers, but they just smiled at me. Pulling into tractor supply is always fun to see what goodies are on display outside.... I had done a little looking on tractor supply (dot) com to find a flush mount toolbox for my pickup. The store is we organized I figured out the area I needed very quickly but needed help as they were up high and I didn't want to damage anything getting them down. I got help real quick very friendly young lady who also helped me carry it up to the checkout. I was able to use a coupon that honestly the reason I bought it here (I hardly ever use coupons) but very happy with the store brand box I got looks clean easy to install (like most of them) but overall great place to shop great people to deal with. I'm a regular customer and went here like always since I was up a little earlier than usual I went earlier than usual welll I had no idea considering they left the front door unlocked and open low and behold they were not open yet. So this thundering circle of a human being comes running out the back screaming at his customer " how'd you get in here " we tell him he starts shouting out of what must have been his own love for morning how stupid i was and that they were obviously not open yet since the door was unlocked . Long story short I'm sure these guys are great if you're a Caucasian make over the age of 30 but to everyone else they're rude red necks. I went in today well this evening for chick feed. I went over to the chicks bins and seen they had another breed of banty chicks so I asked for 4 chicks of the opposite breed I already had. The manager goes and tells me "No You're Getting What I Give You." Uh excuse me but if I'm paying for them I think I should be entitled to get the breed I requested. So we came here for a sale and item wasn't in stock so we got a rain check. The first time we were there the hubby asked for help finding the item and they just pointed to the general area. Didn't really take the time to see if it was in stock nor did they offer to call another location for one. So we got our rain check and waited for it to arrive. Got the call about a week later and went to pick it up. It was a slow Tuesday around 6pm. Waited about 5 minutes and 2 pages over the loudspeaker to get someone to help. If I could rate it zero stars, I would. I ordered a chicken coop on 12/21/2020. It was supposed to arrive at my house on 12/31/2020. It is now 1/8/2021, and I am now being told it will be here on 1/11/2021. I never received any email or text telling me it would be late. I just had to track it via a link I was sent. I finally called on 1/5/21 and was given an excuse that it was on a truck in Tennessee and would be unloaded that day and shipped out and I should receive it on 1/7/21. That didn't happen. It finally made its way to Georgia on 1/6/21, but is now sitting at a warehouse and they won't have a truck for it until 1/11/21. I was supposed to receive a refund on the shipping from the person I spoke with on 1/5/21, but they didn't do that either it seems. Today the person did refund my shipping, but other than that had few answers about why this was such a dumpster fire. I will never do business with them again. We will see if I get it on 1/11/21, as I have been told I would receive it before. Don't expect to get your items when promised, and don't expect them to update you about it. To say there is a lack of accountability and professionalism is me exercising Mother Teresaesque grace. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

Do not buy from Tractor Supply Online! My order was supposedly shipped in mid-November. TS washed their hands of me when they supposedly delivered my order to XPO, their freight carrier. XPO claims they delivered it to "All Freight," the company that's supposed to deliver to my house. All Freight called to say they would deliver last Tuesday. More lies. Neither TS nor All Freight will take my call. The TS website is designed so that you cannot reach a human being. Their supposed "customer solutions" dept kept me on hold for 39 mins and never did answer. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I have a $550 item floating around somewhere and can't get it delivered. TS sucks! read more

My special needs 30 year old brother was kicked out of the ukiah store because they thought they remembered him shop lifting in a town 5 hrs away 6 to 12 months ago. the now ukiah manger moved from the cresntcity store recently. He couldnt remeber the date and had no evidence he thought it was a year ago wasn't sure had so many holes in his store. When my dad called to help the manger understand my brother has no record the most honest guy with access to money and my dads company creidt card he has no need to steal but is special and has a hard time expressing himself and can act a little different sometimes. His whole life is riding lawn mowers he spends hours looking at them. He's also bought three of them !When my dad tried to talk reason into the manger. He wanted to fight my dad. I can not believe anyone would treat someone with mental disabilities this way. I will never shop at a company that puts these type's of hateful people in Charge of there store's. I've been to other Tractor Supply stores and the services seems average. However, the staff at the Ripon store are zombies. They have a couple of decent clerk's but the younger staff have a serious attitude problem and always come across as though you are inconveniencing them. I mean, come on folks - you are service clerk's. One of the regular checker's is a very creepy guy. I purchased a folding pocket knife one afternoon and he proceeded to shave his arm with it while the credit card was processing. I asked him not to do it and he seemed confused as though he had a right to shave his arm with my knife. I try to go to different locations now. read more

I go here all the time to buy my dog food. I'm very happy that they carry taste of the wild. But I'm currently 6 months pregnant and very showing and no one ever offers me help carrying the 40 pound bag of dog food out to my car. This isn't the first time I haven't been happy with their customer service I've asked before if someone could help me with a bag of food and then I'll just stood around like why is she asking for us to carry a bag of dog food. I went to TS to buy a big ticket item, a $1300 snowblower. Wanted to rent their trailer to bring it home. The store manager insisted that I provide not only evidence of insurance, but the actual policy number. I get the first part but the second? Who knows their policy number? It's completely unnecessary. If I have an accident, with their trailer or just my car, a claim is made to my company with my name and address and the policy number follows from the company. I don't need the number to drive. I don't need the number to rent a car or a van. What's wrong with these people. They can get it the minute they need it with the name of the insurance company and my name and address. Some not so bright company policy wonk killed this sale. I went home an bought it from Snow Blowers direct. $50 and they deliver it. Non unnecessary paperwork required. I wanted to support my local retailer, but they don't seem to understand customer service. read more

I ordered for the first time some chicks online through their website. The chicks shipped on a Wednesday and arrived two days later at my local post office. Went down that morning to pick up. The lady stated one of the chicks was laying down in the box. I immediately opened the box to find one dead chick and a second one almost dead. When I touched the group of chicks they were cold. I got them in the car with heater on and call customer service to let them know how the chicks arrived. The gentleman I spoke with offered to send replacements. I agreed to this. I rushed the remaining chicks home and got them under a heat lamp. They were very slow to come around. By the end of the weekend, three more had died. I again called customer service and let them know. The gal I spoke with placed me on hold and called the hatchery. She came back stating this was unusual and something must have happened during their transit. Again, I was offered to have my order replaced which I was willing to do. I received an email confirming this and letting me know that this would happen on October 31 as they were waiting for more Chicks to hatch. Haven't heard anything about my chicks coming, so I called today. Was on hold for 12 minutes. When the gal came back telling me my order had been closed and she didn't know why. She offered to follow up but by this point, I was done with all of this. I asked her to cancel anymore replacement chicks and to refund my card as I wasn't happy with how all of this went down and figured it wasn't meant to be. In the meantime, I had received a couple emails prior to today asking for me to review my experience. My husband and I went shopping here a few days ago and we got all the things we went for. We were just waiting patiently for a cashier to ring us up so we decide to check out their q-line area with all the stuff in bins near the register. A young male cashier name AJ on his name badge but Allen on the receipt came up to us and asked if we were ready to check out we said yes. He then proceed to say oh thanks for not running out with all the stuff. I was in shock that a young kid like him would talk to any customer like that. I never had anyone say anything like this to me or even accuse me of stealing. He kept going on saying oh we can't run after you if you steal bla bla bla. I never felt so insulted in my life and it took a lot in me to not yell at this young cashier name AJ. My husband was pissed because he didn't know when to stop talking and he's making the situation even worse. We come here all the time and the young girls who work there never made us feel like thieves. I don't look down on anyone or judge you on where you work. A job is a job but if you want to work in customer service you should learn how to treat customers. To make the situation even worse when I called to let the manager (Derek) know what happened he kept defending him saying he probably didn't mean anything by it. I don't know what kind of place they run there but I'm for sure not going back or giving them our businesses. My husband works hard for his money and I won't let a young kid who has no manner treat us this way. I hope the company and the young kid AJ reads this my husband is an electrician and we will take his hard earn money somewhere else. I was looking for burlap sacks for a gardening project and was happy to find that they carried them for such a great price. We live in Livermore and it was a bit of a drive but we thought it would be fun to check out what they had because we recently became chicken owners and wanted to see what they had to offer. The store is clean and nice and their prices are really good but their customer service is horrible. I had encountered 3 associates and smiled at all of them and got none in return and no one asked if I needed any help. We saw and egg basket on their website and didn't see it in the store so I decided to ask one of the ladies where it might be and apparently asking "Where can I find an egg gathering basket?" must sound like I am speaking a complete foreign language because the woman looked at me as if I were an idiot and said I don't even know what that is, so I told her it was basket that you can carry while gathering eggs that your chickens lay and that it is on your website....after a look of complete disgust she was like, I have never heard ANYONE call it that EVER but we have this, where she brought me to an empty spot on the shelf of where the "Egg Baskets" usually go. They were out of stock. Apparently me using the word "gathering" really threw her off. The young man who checked us out was very nice though. read more
