    I received the BEST customer service from Ms. Sandy and Debbie today! What a delight to have encountered such amazing humans and representatives of Macys. Besides getting a great smelling bottle of cologne, Ms. Sandy was able to get it into a gift box and it is just beautiful. This is the extra special gift for an extra special person who works really hard so the extra mile spent by these Macys associates is deeply appreciated. I truly appreciate these type of experiences especially when I am spending money with the company. This is why I'll be back and have returned over the years is this type of treatment and service. There is plenty of free, safe and well lit parking and of course they are ADA compliant throughout the store.

    I placed a order for two 50 dollar dresses for my kids. And they were supposed to be worn Christmas morning while they open gifts. Well one dress came in before Christmas and the other came in this morning. And they have have the alarms still intact. So annoying! I have bad asthma and I am avoiding the crowds. Now I have to go to Macy's to get this crap removed. You can do better for your customers Macy's!

    Poorly ran cabling - Ceiling with visible pipes, ducts, and electrical wiring above a sign indicating a women's restroom. The ceiling appears unfinished or under maintenance, with some wiring hanging loosely. The sign is mounted on a wall with a corner visible, suggesting an indoor public or commercial space.

    So I actually didn't buy anything from this macys, because I was too distracted staring at this cabling job. Macys is a multi billion dollar retailer, and THIS is what the store looks like? I'm sure that corporate could afford to have a licensed technician to come out and run cabling rather than whatever 4 year old child climber a ladder and did this job. Why is cabling effecting me not supporting this business? Simple answer, this shows they don't mind cutting corners. If they cut corners on building maintenance and things involving electricity, I'm sure they're cutting corners on everything from small day to day tasks (ie. cleaning) to big picture things (ie. checking if card readers have been tampered with) Would never trust a business that looks like this. Bad looks macys!

    Busy with other stuff didn't even see me. Stock limited. Nothing to be desired my me and too expensive.

    My initial experience was amazing I was immediately greeted and helped by a gentleman named Chris/…read moreChristian P, he not only helped me find the shoes I was looking for but also gave input on what shoes to size up or down in which made the whole processes much faster for me. He held the shoes for me up in the counter while I continued to shop. Once I got in line I was immediately off put by the cashier( a young lady with a tattoo on her forearm) she did not greet me or call me up next she simply stared at me, she seemed very annoyed with the business of the store or as if she was not happy to be there or interested in helping the next customer. I informed her I had some shoes set up here for me, a pair of Nike air forces and Jordan's. ( my first time buying Jordan's(I was unaware of the name of the shoes and the size because I had to size up or down). After the confusion I asked to retry on the shoes to confirm before purchasing and she seemed annoyed and said "okay you will have to step aside to help out the next customer in line" and only handed over 1 of the shoes out of the 2 i was purchasing. I was very confused but proceeded to try the one pair of shoes on. Still unsure if the other pair were the ones he had set aside for me. Christian saw what was happening and quickly checked on me to see if everything worked out ok. After him reconfirming the shoes and shoe size. He then asked me if I wanted to pay cash or card and helped me purchased said shoes without having to reform a line. I felt more confident with my purchase after his help.
