This one has to be the WORSE as far as customer service. There is always a exxxxxttttrrraaaa long line at this store and they are rude. So i guess "store policy" is call up the next customer before your receipt is even printed out when you are making your purchase. I can't stand that, but am used to it. On this day I had my bank money bag out and credit card out , the worker calls next customer up . I am irritated by this since my money bag is out. Then she goes even further , while I still am putting my reciept away.... She tells the customer to place her items on the counter with my money and credit card. Really? Have some common sense. I was not taking long at all, no respect for my personal belongings. Im hurrying and drop my credit card as I'm leaving, thank goodness I noticed I dropped it. I ask to speak to management and notify her that I am upset. She gives me a whole speech on how they are timed at the register and I would have to call cooperate. Timed or not, use your head! You don't have the next customer throw thier items damn near on top of your personal items. The table top is small, no excuse for this!

Today we went back for shoes and even though the shoes were very cute the helpful ladies talked us into going elsewhere to better match the dress. It was all brown and had different colors to it.. But it was just really bad in General. I contacted the store manager and showed her the pictures I took of the meat and how bad it looked, and she immediately copped an attitude with me and I felt this is not a position that she should hold if she does not listen to customers who are loyal to the store and she has a problem with issues that are appointed out within the store. Somebody maybe needs to look at how she addresses customer service or needs to be retrained as a manager on how to deal with the public.
