It's definitely a hit or miss when you come here. Some days you're like, wow! There's so much clothes to choose from. Then, theres other days where you're like.. uh what is this? Every rack is so empty! The other day I went on a Saturday I believe and I found so many good and cheap things here! That would be like the main reason why everyone keeps coming to this place it's because of their prices! Way better priced then Ross. WAYYY cheaper. During this time I did find a some good quality clothing for the start of winter. I bought many items around 7 and I only paid $33! That is crazy cheap I tell you. I'll keep coming here no matter if I get a hit or miss with the clothes because the prices cannot be beat. This clothing store is a little bit better then the one across the street (Ross), could be worse. The apparel is fairly okay, prices are decent. Customer service is okay, wouldn't really recommend if you would want to wear apparel from here. read more

First of all they start screaming to remove all hangers and if you dont they roll their eyes at you. They scream "next purchase" before they are even done with the current customer. My mother in law and me went in to this store on Saturday to get curtain rods. She is 83 yrs old and really has a very bad back. I talked to the store manager about doing a handicap check out. The line was 1/2 way down the store. He responded to us was "I can get you a chair and you will have to wait like everyone else". I pleaded with her to just do a quick handicap check out. Her answer was "NO". I really hope that her corporate store gets this review. The length of time it took for her to get 2 chairs from their break room she could of checked us out. YOU JUST CANT FIX STUPID! Goodness I hope when that manager is as old as us she does not have a bad back and needs assistance. read more

Really good prices on most items--some prices same as big box stores. We picked up some kitchen utensils a heavy duty laundry basket and brassieres for about 25. not bad...the cons: little unsupervised kids running around and overly friendly female help...probably won't come back. read more

Employees are rude and not helpful in any way, they never ask if they can help you find anything and if you ask them, they look at you like your crazy. The employees uniforms are the complete opposite of uniform, to the point that you can't even tell someone's an employee. I'm conflicted by this place. A part of me wants to like it, but it's hard to. The clothing is made of really cheap material and it's not as organized as I'd like for it to be. If you can find something you like here or something you're looking for (good luck!) then it's typically at a discounted price. out of all the dds I've been into this one is one of the messiest. I don't know how many clear hangers I've stepped on trying to look at things here on multiple occasion and pan handlers outside. since it was just remodeled I would of thought it would of been better. the only good thing about this place is the friendly staff. read more

Bad customer service and the employees here have the worst attitude ever. Even the security guard has no kind of professionalism. Usually if clerks see you with a toddler and lots of bags they offer to help out and when I asked her she kind of brushed me off and told me her manager doesn't allow them to go outside but I could leave my cart by the register and keep coming in and out of the store with my toddler to grab my bags and take them to the car. I was so irritated by that especially when she was done ringing up everything she just brushed it off and left with an attitude. I asked the security guard if he could watch my things in my cart so I can start walking my things to the car he just looked at me with this dumbfounded look and had an attitude about watching it like sheesh ! I was there yesterday, few times I went they have this new rule where you have to hang the clothing on the rag when you go into the fitting room well I know this.. I walked out the fitting room place my items I didn't want on the rag like I've always been told while holding two pieces of clothing I was taking with me, the employe then said I need you to place those items to" in a rude voice, I was like "but I'm taking them.. She said "for security purposes so the cameras can see"... Well my hand was right by the rag what's the difference of me holding it , it's pathetic and pointless and the girl was just rude and seem like she hated her job. First time in here. I live near by and thought I give it a try. Not what I'm use to for discount shopping. I thought it would be similar to tjmaxx and it's definitely not in my opinion. It's very messy, cluttered with isles too small to fit people crossing each other. It was a very frustrating shopping experience. The clothes were cheap looking and it could be compared to looking used. The home decor was flimsy and dated looking. The customer service could have been better. They ask you to take your clothes off the hangers prior to getting to the register and most hangers just end up on the floor. They also ask you to get your own receipt. I'm not sure if it's a germ thing since the place didnt seem clean to begin with or just to speed up the process. But I find it weird. I didn't browse the kids toys but I'm sure I would have been disappointed there too. If you're looking for a fresh look for yourself at a discount I suggest clearance racks from a department store or tjmaxx in Turlock. If you're looking to update your home, Kirklands in Turlock is also a better place to go to for a good price. read more
