I have not yet been in the store, but shop daily via online, IG etc. I am so obsessed with everything I have gotten from this store. All of the employees that have helped me are so helpful. Amanda A. I freaking love. If it wasn't for her advertising on IG I would've never knew. I can't wait to visit the store. But until then gotta shop ... EVERYONE NEEDS TO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT! read more

Envy Fine Clothing - Vans from Envy - Women's Clothing Near Me - Turlock, California

I browse this place on occasion, but haven't bought anything. Last I was there, I had an associate tell me that their clothing isn't for me and that I should shop somewhere else. I was looking for Christmas gifts. I have never been so blatantly profiled before, so I will never be shopping there again. read more

Karina helped me out today and I was able to find a super cute outfit for a concert tonight. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and then I was helped shortly after. I have been shopping here for 5 years and have never been disappointed. read more

Had some awesome deals!! Got 3 pairs of shoes for 80 bucks. Bobby helped me out and she was awesome!!

BEWARE NO REFUNDS!!!!! BOYCOTT this place they are NOT DISABLED FRIENDLY AND NEVER EXPLAINED STORE REFUND POLICY !! SAVE MONEY AND GO TO BOOTBARN OR BUCKLE!! ridiculous policies, rude, and completely scamming business practices. this is a dropshopping western clothing store that sells stuff for WAYYY expensive when you can buy for wayyyy cheaper at a bootbarn or another store!!! They charge customers for using a card, how ridiculous, especially knowing most dont carry. Also, they would not give us a refund even though they never explained policy to us. I was a witness. My mom informed the cashier that she was going to try on the jeans at home and return them if they dont fit, and never once during the purchase was it mentioned that they dont do refunds, they just do store credit. My mom is disabled and needed to try them on at home, we informed the cashier of this and she never once mentioned they only offer store credit and no refunds !!! Boycott this ridiculous business, clownery if you will ! I feel bad for other workers who have to deal with these ridiculous and predatory customer policies. The Rude manager was laughing about the whole thing, ridiculous and unprofessional. read more

No matter what staff member I get I always get treated so well and always so much help without being bugged. Love it here.

Pretty bummed as I really believe in "shopping smell". Drove all the way from Escalon to Turlock to go to Envy. For a store where at least a third of their space is dedicated to children (ranging from infants to juniors) you would think that with all of the parents shopping with children, they would let you use the restroom. My 10 year old asked to use the bathroom, the associate said they didn't have one. A blatant lie. Between my husband, myself and our kids, I've spent a lot of money in there over the last several years. I was living in Atwater when the first one opened. Watching Darlene expand over the years has been really cool. Everyone knows that when living in the Central Valley, good shopping is hard to find. People come from far and wide to go to Envy, which was my situation today. When a customer needs to use the restroom....let them!!! Oh well, like I said before....bummer. I have a full punch card too. Needless to say, I'm throwing it away. read more

This store is my go to for online shopping. however, I shopped in store and the staff are constantly hovering over us. I can't even shop comfortably because they're constantly asking to take it behind the counter. I'm literally comparing sweatshirts and they're already there trying to take it away. Although it is polite, it's just a little too much. I would much rather shop without getting bothered. Maybe they're extra cautious from getting robbed but it's annoying. read more

The employees were alright. They just talked amongst themselves. I didn't want to interrupt their conversation to ask something so I just left. Probably won't go back there again. read more

I wish I could leave this place zero stars however that is not an option. I walked into the store looking to buy a pair of UGG boots. Walked in and asked a question and got no response from the two employees that were there. They both continued to have a conversation with each other and ignored me completely. It was not loud so I cannot say that they didn't hear me. As I was leaving the store they then asked me "is there anything I can help you with?" I ended up going home and buying a pair of UGGs online the same exact day. Very displeased with my experience at the store. read more

I wish we could give this establishment no stars, not even for the brands that they carry, which BY THE WAY I've seen some of their float over priced tops at TJ max for $20. Anyways, this place has the peskiest staff ever. Not everyone likes to shop with one of their staff members shadowing their every move, it feels like you're being followed by an annoyina** car sales person. After being asked if I was looking for anything in particular and directly telling the young lady no thank you but I'll let you know if I do, I walked out. Honestly I can't shop being hovered over. Yes I am aware that these stores frequent shop lifters, but there is no need for the constant pestering. Also as far as the owner goes, she leaves very little to be said. This store along w the Atwater location make the drive to Buckle at vintage faire more justifiable. read more

Let me start by saying I wouldn't even give this place 1 start but I have to to write a review and I want to make sure to let others know what a rip off this place is. It was my first time in the store and the employee knew it was my first time in that store. I bought a pair of black long hunter rain boots for $160. After leaving the store I was curious if I can find them online cheaper and of course I did for $80. The smart thing to do would be get the ones that are $80 and return the ones that are $160. When I went back to return them the employee that help me the day before said there was no cash returns only store credit. I I ask her where it said that in the store and she could not show me where it said that. Then she told me it was on the receipt and I asked her to show me then but the store policy on the receipt was covered up due to the employee drawing a heart over the policy. Therefore I could not see it saying no cash refuse. The employee told me that she could not do anything for me and I would have to get a hold of the owner. She gave me a number to get a hold of the owner but I was never able to. I finally talk to the manager and told her the situation and she asked me to send her a picture of the receipt so I did to show her that her employee covered up The return policy and it was not visible. The manager called me back and told me sorry I know you can't see it but it is store policy. I'm not sure why she didn't tell me in the first place instead of me waiting two days and taking a picture of the receipt and sending it to her just for her to tell me no I can't get cash back. I asked her what the point was for taking the picture and sending it to her and she said it is what it is and whatever I say will not change your mind and I can't do anything about it. Either keep the rain boots or Store credit and she hangs up the phone. Be aware people this place is a rip off all their items that they are selling is marked up way too high or is the same price as in you buying it from the mall but if you change your mind you get cash back instead of store credit. I learn my lesson the hard way! Don't let it happen to you! Pay attention before buying. read more

The girls here make you feel so welcomed Thank you ladies for always being helpful I can tell you enjoy your job I love my new shirt

HONESTLY, Turlock & Modesto locations are wayyyy better than Riverbank's customer service. Rude, snotty little girls (and these are women, mind you). The owner should really rethink who she hires at this location. I've been here plenty of times. Same treatment. Their Instagram stories are fooling everyone. They are not that nice or welcoming. Modesto and Turlock employees are a breath of fresh air. I'm colored and have never been followed or treated badly here. I'd rather drive further to shop more comfortably. Morgan in turlock is my fave and Alex in modesto is my other fave!! Always cute stuff. Prices are decent but it is a local store so keep that in mind. Turlock also has Spanish speakers which is a plus when I'm shopping with my mom. Good job Turlock and Modesto. Riverbank, step it up! read more

Whenever me and my family shop here we are followed around like we are trying to steal or something, me and my family have spent a lot of money here so you'd think they would treat us better. We are done shopping here, we will go to the mall instead. read more

First time I've been in the store... I was greeted promptly by a young lady. I showed her a picture of the dress my girlfriend sent me and she walked me over to show it to me. i'd give zero stars if I could; where do I start? the employees were blatantly rude and ignore customers, not to mention they didn't wear their masks ever. they follow people as they shop, not even to help but only to make sure you aren't stealing their over priced (AND FAKE) "high end clothing". save your time and shop ANYWHERE else. read more

I love this store, they always have the best deals! I just went in yesterday and the girl who helped me was super friendly to my daughter and I. Every time I have ordered over the phone, they've been awesome and my purchases have arrived in a timely manner. The girls who work in this store are wonderful. They are ALL extremely friendly and very helpful. They are always eager to offer their opinion on whatever i try on which is extremely helpful especially when i am shopping alone and need a 2nd or 3rd opinion. I can walk in there with a specific outfit idea in mind and they help me to put it all together. I love shopping here! read more

I'm giving this place five stars because I think it's the only place like this in Turlock. They carry a lot of great brands and actually have a decent selection. They have a huge kids selection too. Costumer service is nice and helpful. They have bargain racks in the front that actually are really good deals. I spent more time there then in the store. They also have a cool little play area for kids in the back with slides and toys. Always helpful with the little ones. So, I'm stoked this place is in Turlock, and I don't always have to have to drive out of town to get these brands. And their jewelry selection rocks! read more

Envy Fine Clothing - Some really cool stuff, especially in Turlock. - Women's Clothing Near Me - Turlock, California

First time visiting the store and it was a great experience. Employees were friendly and helpful. Bought my first pair of miss me jeans and they won't be my last :) I will definitely be visiting the store again read more

Me and my friend came to shop here as I was visiting Turlock her hometown and there were about seven workers here and we were not greeted, while shopping me and my friend felt uncomfortable because they kept asking if we are looking for something and every time we went around the store to look the workers kept following us making it awfully uncomfortable to shop peacefully I do not know if it's because we are women of color or we seem like shop lifters but we didn't feel welcomed and we just felt uncomfortable, as I was walking the store I also noticed one worker in particular kept staring at me and eyeing me up and down and giving me dirty looks which made it agonizing for me to continue looking and shopping around. My friend purchased some sandals but we discussed that she also felt the same we will never be returning to this store locations ever again, we will stick to the Atwater and Merced locations where there customer service is much better!!! I just hope future customers don't feel as how me and my friend did during our visit. read more

Amazing store. Great selection. Awesome discounts and the best service! The fact that this store is a locally owned and operated store is just an added bonus, but it's their great sales and customer service that has made me a loyal customer since 2009. They have the most competitive prices on all the name brand and designer jeans for women, as well as a vast variety of sizes. Also their adorable kids section makes it so my son is even excited to come shopping! read more

This store has such an amazing layout! Greeted by my favorite.. FLIP FLOPS! Love the play area for kids! Cutest boutique EVER

Love this place! The staff is always friendly and helpful! Such a great addition to downtown!

I Walked in a few days ago and was greeted by a nice girl who asked if I was looking for something in particular... I said "yes, actually I am but I am going to use the restroom first" (obviously I've frequented the place enough to just use it after letting the girl at the front know about this and she let me just go on to use it. After coming out I had a melissa or melody waiting yelled "did you know those are not for public use?" I said "yes but I'm actually shopping here and planning to purchase today" she was just not having it so she continued to yell argue and just became confrontational and said she rather I leave. Obviously I'm not gonna argue with her so I asked if I can have the owners number to contact her because I've shopped there for years and never been yelled at or irrationally been confronted over an unapproved bathroom use which I had explained to the first girl I was planning to use. Either way she gave it to me followed me while continuing to barrage me until I asked her to please back off me and not make this into a situation where I have to call the police to settle her down. She finally just walked away and went to go talk to her friend and left me alone. I have attempted to contact the owner via email and I'm not sure if this girl is intercepting those emails or Facebook account but I hope to get a call back because if she Views the cameras the store has I'm sure she will be able to confirm everything I just explained and hopefully they can talk to Marisa/melody about her "managerial" skills. I'm guessing what she meant is maybe the customers may no longer be allowed to use those restrooms ? I'm really disappointed. read more

Excellent customer service! We have had great experiences every time we've shopped here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great selection of items for kids or adults. Our go-to store for gifts, either for others and ourselves:) read more

I would consider myself a regular customer in the store and I appreciate all of the wonderful customer service I receive while shopping at Envy. My favorite girls would have to be Allison and Marissa who are usually in the Turlock store when I shop. They are very helpful, respectful, and friendly. The only problem I have with Envy is the lack of visible security. I think a lot of people are very nervous about shopping in Envy because of the recent robberies. I believe that they would recieve a lot more business if they had some sort of security guard at the door. But other than that, I completely satisfied with my shopping experience at Envy. read more

I am honestly not surprised by all the negative reviews on here, I am however astonished on why there aren't more. I give this place 1 star just because of their good brands and sometimes great sales but as far as customer service goes, well that's a whole other ball game. I have been shopping at the Atwater store which I have absolutely no complaints at all. Very helpful and honest people. Turlock though, is a candy store overstocked of airheads. Every single associate there has their own rules and regulations. Things as simple as getting my new jeans altered is like climbing Mount Everest to them. I was charged extra for the express option that supposedly would have them ready in two business days. I ended up receiving them four days later and yes you guessed it, they kept the extra money charged for express. When asked about why they took so long or why they sold me on something and didn't deliver, I received nothing. Wait, I did receive something, I received attitude from a tattooed young lady saying I needed to speak to the manager. When asked who and where she was, she stated she was on lunch and the name was on the receipt from when I payed for my alteration. At this point I was just so frustrated because all they do is make you run in circles and get no legitimate answer to any question. Classes on customer service is strongly encouraged for this Turlock branch. They have just lost two well paying customers. read more

They have very nice merchandise, but don't ever try to exchange a too small gift for the right size even with a gift receipt, It Will be difficult to impossible. So buy at your own risk.if it is a gift shop elsewhere. read more

Thought I would leave a good review since all most people do on here is complain. I regularly shop at Envy. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The prices are average for a boutique. I have nothing negative to say about this place!:) read more

I would give this place no stars. I had such horrible experience here. I came in was trying to shop. And the service I received from a girl with short blond hair was extremely rude. It seemed like she wanted us out the store, basically kicking me and my little sister out. She rushed through the entire service like for real? Her customer service skills need work. She was beyond rude. I have never gotten such bad service in my life. I'm Hispanic & dress like a white girl would but she seemed like a racist person. read more
