I feel very torn, because I had a wonderful experience with the representative last night at the…read moreregister (Edith) and the representative who measured me for the correct size bra (I don't remember her name). However, these representatives are 5 stars all the way! Today, I had a good experience with Edith again! The experience was good, until I reached the representative at the register. A totally different person, who was rude and not helpful! I explained to her that I had two rewards yesterday, and I only used one of them, so I should still have one left. She sort of snapped at me and told me that it might have expired. Additionally, she gave me the wrong # to contact when I asked for customer service. She gave me the credit card line (1-800-888-4163), when I needed Lane Bryant's customer service (1-866-681-1746). That sent me on a whole different rabbit hole experience! Online it listed: (1-866-886-4731). The supervisor claimed she couldn't hear me. I had to call about six different times to several different phone numbers before arriving at the correct place, which ended up being a total waste of time! The representatives on the phone were not helpful either. It is a shame that the negative experience really outweighed the positive.

Today we went back for shoes and even though the shoes were very cute the helpful ladies talked us into going elsewhere to better match the dress. They were beyond helpful and we did find the perfect shoes for the perfect dress we found here. Thank you so much! As someone who is on my own shopping with my daughter it's so nice to get outside help.

Afterwards, she picked out a couple of jackets for me to try on, and I chose a suit from that. They were able to do a hymn by the next day, so I had a new suit for a wedding I was going to. I also picked up a pair of socks, a tie, and a shirt. The shirt they didn't have the one I wanted there, but she found it in the city next to us at their Men's Wearhouse and had them put it on hold. I always appreciate good customer service.

This new T.J. Maxx location is great!…read more I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of items sold at this store! They had everything from bags to jewelry, shoes, clothes, skin care, home goods, snacks, pet supplies, and anything else you can imagine. Not only the selections were great; the prices for great brands were super low! Compared to other T.J. Maxx locations, the amount of affordable name-brand items was insane. Some of note were Gucci and Prada perfumes, Bala fitness products, Laneige lip and face masks, and Shiseido skincare. These brands have been super popular on social media recently yet were heavily discounted. Their skincare and fragrance sections definitely shine! There are a ton of great Korean skincare brands. The women's clothing section is just alright - I didn't see any crazy finds. I was a little underwhelmed with the floral area as well. Presumably because this location is new, the checkout line was very long. It began wrapping through the aisles. Regardless, the employees were very quick and managed the line well, super friendly too. I definitely recommend stopping by this T.J. Maxx for all your shopping needs.

However the sales associates but only selected ones not all of them can get a little too much trying to talk you into getting a shoe like as if they were working on commission, I mean they may get a little something for selling a shoe but its a retail store and Im sure they are getting paid hourly because Ive worked retail alot of my life and know. They can get pushy at times other times they just awknowledge you and see if your doing ok and if you need any help. But I sure am coming back for more shoes. They have all kinds of shoes not only what I had mention, you have to go in to see for yourself.

Nowhere to be seen, obviously employees with no dedication. They don't seem to recognize that this store looks like a dirty closet slash warehouse with all the boxes by the entrance and cashier.
