I was at shoe Palace the other day and two of the workers I believe their names were Jasmine and Monce we're very disrespectful and rude. I didn't like their attitudes or the way they were helping me. i'd ask for help multiple times and they just walked past me and ignored me and they told me multiple times someone was getting my shoes, but I waited for 30 minutes and I never received my shoes so I had walked out while they were both standing there talking to each other. read more

I used to shop here often since 2014 and it used to be great, employees would greet everyone as soon as you would walk in, they were attentive, and just overall great. I would always look forward to buying shoes. Now a days customer service is horrible, so bad that you feel like if you walked into a store where you are not welcomed or you even feel as if you are lost. I'm very disappointed in this stores lack of caution for covid. I saw multiple employees wearing their masks below their nose. You might as well not wear one at that point. There needs to be better accountability for those who are not wearing their masks properly. Employees need to be doing what they can to keep their customers safe and I did not see that here. I've got to correct my earlier reviews, I feel bad about calling the kids in there used car salesmen. LOL ... The husband and I were in there about a week ago, and both commented on how great the customer service is. The kids that work there, have been there since it opened, that says a lot for a retail store. They're extremely helpful, and tend to go the extra mile. I've yet to see any of them mistreat a customer. These days it seems like the 'younger' hired help just doesn't care, and they tend to be a bit rude. It's nice to go somewhere and not get the teenage angst treatment. Highly recommend this store for your shoe purchases. What they don't have, they can usually get for you. What they do have, is very well priced. Oh and they finally fixed the air, so no more sweating while you shop! read more

They only have men sizes over there. This place also has a pretty big selection of Jordans and so far from what I know of any new releases they will be in their store. Depending on what shoe is coming out they will have a raffle drawing. However the sales associates but only selected ones not all of them can get a little too much trying to talk you into getting a shoe like as if they were working on commission, I mean they may get a little something for selling a shoe but its a retail store and Im sure they are getting paid hourly because Ive worked retail alot of my life and know. This store is deceptively big. You wouldn't expect, from looking at the outside, that there was as much room as there is. They have a HUGE selection for men and women (I didn't see the kids section, but that doesn't mean there isn't one) and also a big clearance section. The staff was also a bit slow at the register but all the staff was really nice so it's all good. I will definitely be back to this location. read more

2 stars for a good selection of shoes. Customer service is horrible though. There are a couple helpful employees there, but I'm talking about one girl in particular. I asked one girl if they had the size of a certain style, and before she could answer another girl butted in and said "no i doubt we will have it in the back" and then I'm like "Umm..." and the other girl who was originally helping me was like "yeah...well I'll still go in the back and check" and I'm like "Please..." while the other girl just walks off. The girl then comes from the back and told me she found the size I needed in the back.
