You can often buy a $14.99 item for a little over $6.00 with a sale and 30% discount. My experiences here have been good enough. The location is not great, being so close to Walmart, sandwiched between Sisk and Prescott, a good distance from the mall but it is well hidden. Employees have been friendly, but I rarely see any of them. When I go to some of the nearby locations, I can't walk far without someone asking to help me find something. This one seems extremely quiet. Things could have been better organized, but then, it may just take some time for me to find them.

I usually visit this mall whenever I'm in Modesto visiting family. I enjoy the variety of stores,…read moreespecially the shoe stores and Victoria's Secret. There are plenty of shopping options to choose from, and I appreciate the value and selection available throughout the mall. One thing I tend to avoid is purchasing from the kiosk vendors. They can be very persistent when trying to make a sale. During one visit, a vendor referred to me as "Mexican." While I wasn't personally offended, I would prefer to be addressed more professionally, such as "ma'am" or simply as a customer. The service at Victoria's Secret is always excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they consistently have a great selection of clothing and perfumes that I enjoy. Overall, it's a nice mall with a good variety of stores and shopping opportunities.

However there's only one bathroom in the entire store - no biggie right - but that bathroom is a toxic waste dump. However, these representatives are 5 stars all the way! Today, I had a good experience with Edith again! The experience was good, until I reached the representative at the register. A totally different person, who was rude and not helpful! I explained to her that I had two rewards yesterday, and I only used one of them, so I should still have one left. She sort of snapped at me and told me that it might have expired. Additionally, she gave me the wrong # to contact when I asked for customer service. She gave me the credit card line (1-800-888-4163), when I needed Lane Bryant's customer service (1-866-681-1746). That sent me on a whole different rabbit hole experience! Online it listed: (1-866-886-4731). The supervisor claimed she couldn't hear me. I had to call about six different times to several different phone numbers before arriving at the correct place, which ended up being a total waste of time! The representatives on the phone were not helpful either. It is a shame that the negative experience really outweighed the positive.
