terrible service, lousy workers that seem as if they're professionals. they lie to you and constantly reassure you everything will be specifically tailored to your body yet nothing fit as promised. I specifically asked for the pants to be tailored properly so i wouldn't have to wear suspendors yet when the pants were tailored unproperly their only solution was suggesting suspendors.. They treat you as if youre too stupid to realize youre getting ripped off. read more

I could not have ask for more. Zeck was a great help and he made sure my rental was perfect. Thanks so much you guys

Excellent service Very knowledgeable Nephew used them for a suit and he looks amazing read more

Would not recommend. Go somewhere else!! Their customer service is terrible. Out of 8 groomsmen picking up their suits a few days before the wedding, all were wrong except 1. They spent hours in the store that day trying to get this fixed AFTER they already went in previously to get fitted. When a groomsman addressed a concern about the wrong color, the associate said "Oh it's okay, the bride will never know." One sales associate didn't even measure one of the guys beforehand because "he's been doing this for years and has a good eye." Needless to say he needs to find another industry or actually do his job and measure adequately and not waste anyone's time. I will never be back and I would advise you spend the time and money elsewhere for suit rentals and purchases. We purchased one suit for the wedding and when we went to pick it up on the scheduled date, it was wrong and not ready and the associate said that he would hand-deliver it to our house on the following Wednesday. When that day came and we heard nothing, we looked up the store hours and they are closed Wednesdays. Terrible service and terrible experience! read more

While getting married during a global pandemic is not ideal- these guys made our last "little detail" work perfectly! I had been trying to find suit rentals for my (now) husband and everywhere was closed. Rossini is 3 hours from my home but it was on the way to Reno where we were staying for our wedding. With 4 days left to countdown- JOE ROSSINI WAS A LIFE SAVER! He talked me through measuring my fiancé, how to, etc. He took the extra time to make a call back to me and send pictures of our options. Joe was so much fun to talk to and very helpful with every step! He pulled the perfect suit and vest. They also have a seamstress in store (I think I measures arm length wrong). The younger man that helped us when we got there was great (I forgot his name sorry! Prior service though..) He was very knowledgeable and he helped set the suspenders, pants and buttons just perfectly so it was Ready to put on and go. Their seamstress tailored it in MINUTES- we picked up the rental and were on our way. SO EASY! I can't believe we found someone with such little notice. We dropped the suit off on our way back and it was a piece of cake. Great business you are running Joe & we are glad we got to support it! read more

Terrible service. Took my fiance and groomsmen to get fitted. A week later we get a call saying they really need their measurements so they can find the right jacket sizes. When we went back in to be fitted, again, the person completing the measurements asked if the rest of the wedding party were all this size?! VERY RUDE! Unprofessional! They don't read anything you provide before show up, and they tell you they don't ready any notes too they actually tell you that! If you're considering them, Don't. read more

Was thoroughly impressed with the tuxedo rental process at Rossini's. Very kind workers that do everything to try and make their customers happy. My wedding party rented 4 tuxes and we were so happy with the service we received. They informed us on what time we should come in for fittings as well as pricing when we came in looking for information. MUCH better selection than men's wearhouse. If we ever need tuxes again, I will definitely be going back to Rossini's. read more

Rossinis Formal Wear - Tuxedo rented from Rossini's - Men's Clothing Near Me - Modesto, California

This place was my go to for suit and tuxedo rentals. For my sons and husband. Went there the other day for an appointment. They said I had no appointment. None of them knew what they were doing. It was a disaster! Where is the gentleman who was so good before. I believe his name was Carlos and sweet Isabel. Uggghhh seriously so disappointing. Not the same shop it was in years past. read more

I tried this place out because they had such high reviews but I was so dissapointed. My son was looking for a suit to either purchase or rent for prom. When we walked in it took a while to be helped. Once someone helped us it was kinda sad. The lady working told us she & the other employees were stressed & overwhelmed by the prom/wedding rush. She also made it clear we shouldn't expect good service because all staff was overworked :/ My son & I went to Vitos, far better service. read more

This is the place to go for the full experience! The customer service is stellar. They are kind and knowledgeable. They offer all the works. You can purchase for not much more than renting so buying is a great option to have another suit in the closet for your next occasion. Rossinis Formal Wear - Everything he is wearing was purchased and fitted in store! - Men's Clothing Near Me - Modesto, California

Don't bother going here if you're browsing for clothes. Kevan (I think that's his name) is very rude and very judgemental. I was here asking if they carry a particular style and showed it to Devan. He said it was a piece of ****! Seriously! I refuse to buy anything from a store that treats their potential customers with disrespect. Please be warned. read more

Horrible customer service and over priced. You are better off at Vito's or men's warehouse. Suffice to say there is no professionalism at this place and when management is called to inform her about lack of professionalism and outright rudeness excuses are given. I would go out of my way to not go here in fact it might be a prerequisite next time my husband, brothers or sons are in a wedding... are you renting from Rossini's if so I will have to decline being in your event that's how much I will never give them my money again. Taking responsibility for your careless comment would go a long way instead of continuing to make excuses place blame on the customer and being contentious. read more

The service was good, we went in to rent a tux. found a wonderful one and made all the arrangements. picked it up with the shirt and and all the accessories tried on then flew off to Dallas. Tux was wonderful read more

For years I drove by this store...never needing a tux rental, until today! I was impressed with their selection and more importantly their slim fit for my tall, lean high school son looking for that Formal outfit for an upcoming school dance. They made an appointment for me to bring my son in and guided him through the process of getting fitted and picking the right look. My son left very excited, knowing he was going to look awesome for the event! I couldn't justify buying something as he is still growing... For the tux we chose...I felt the price was a little high although it's not everyday your child is going to a formal event...and you want those memories forever. I a sold on their great service and friendliness. read more

Kevan is the man. Honest and will school you on suits. Has our bachelor party and the groom looking good his wedding day.

I bought a suit from them earlier this year and had a great service experience. When it came time for a last minute formal event I tried on my suit jacket to find that either my gut had grew or the suit had shrunk in the closet... More then likely the suit shrunk the closet tends to do that to my clothes but anyhow I took it to them and they had it back to me in just a few days in time for the event with it fitted perfectly for me. Thanks to all the staff that made it happen. I would highly recommend them for all your formal events, rentals or purchase you can't go wrong. read more

Rossinis Formal Wear - Our wedding day.. - Men's Clothing Near Me - Modesto, California

Very thankful for Rossinis and their wonderful staff. I was recently married, our venue was about 1 hour and 20 minutes from Rossinis. Upon arrival at the venue and while everyone was scrambling to prepare for the ceremony, one of the groomsmen realized he had forgotten his tie. We called Rossinis and explained the dilemma, within an hour a representative of rossinis arrived at our venue, jumped out of the van, came straight to the groomsmen and wrapped the tie around his neck in one swift motion. I will never forget how Rossinis saved the day on my wedding day! I will use them for all my formal events from now on. read more

I have been going to Rossini's for years, now. Every time I walk, Joe and Keavan greet meet like a long-time friend. They have incredible prices on suits, and tailor your suit to fit for free. This is a hidden gem of a store. On the formal wear side, one can rent a cheap tux or a tux nice enough for a red carpet walk in Hollywood. On the clothing side they have exceptional hand made suits, the latest in fashionable clothing one simply cannot find elsewhere in Modesto. Nordstroms in SF, yes, but not Modesto. I buy all my suits and jackets here now, as well as dress shirts, all are custom fitted, free tailoring for the life of the garment. Used to go to Macy's and buy the Calvin's on sale, then pay for all kinds of tailoring, which never quite came out correctly. You'll find exceptional service here in the suit department from Kevan. This store has a reputation as being high priced but that is not true. One can buy an $800 custom suit that will compare to anything twice that price elsewhere. I think it is the finest store of any kind in Modesto, based on quality and customer service. No, I don't work there...just became a loyal customer a few years ago--wish I'd known about it a decade earlier. read more

So frustrated with their poor customer service. RUDE EMPLOYEES. You've worked their 15 years? Well they must be hurting for employees. One unprofessional employee hit on my brother in law, the other made a rude comment. I'm so pissed I'm shaking. I will be telling everyone I know not to go here. I will also be letting everyone know how horrendous their customer service was. And leaving reviews on every platform I have access to. I'm so upset these people have my brother in laws money.
