Would not recommend. Go somewhere else!! Their customer service is terrible. Out of 8 groomsmen picking up their suits a few days before the wedding, all were wrong except 1. They spent hours in the store that day trying to get this fixed AFTER they already went in previously to get fitted. When a groomsman addressed a concern about the wrong color, the associate said "Oh it's okay, the bride will never know." One sales associate didn't even measure one of the guys beforehand because "he's been doing this for years and has a good eye." Needless to say he needs to find another industry or actually do his job and measure adequately and not waste anyone's time. I will never be back and I would advise you spend the time and money elsewhere for suit rentals and purchases. We purchased one suit for the wedding and when we went to pick it up on the scheduled date, it was wrong and not ready and the associate said that he would hand-deliver it to our house on the following Wednesday. When that day came and we heard nothing, we looked up the store hours and they are closed Wednesdays. Terrible service and terrible experience! read more

While getting married during a global pandemic is not ideal- these guys made our last "little detail" work perfectly! I had been trying to find suit rentals for my (now) husband and everywhere was closed. Rossini is 3 hours from my home but it was on the way to Reno where we were staying for our wedding. With 4 days left to countdown- JOE ROSSINI WAS A LIFE SAVER! He talked me through measuring my fiancé, how to, etc. He took the extra time to make a call back to me and send pictures of our options. Joe was so much fun to talk to and very helpful with every step! He pulled the perfect suit and vest. They also have a seamstress in store (I think I measures arm length wrong). The younger man that helped us when we got there was great (I forgot his name sorry! Prior service though..) He was very knowledgeable and he helped set the suspenders,pants and buttons just perfectly so it was Ready to put on and go. Their seamstress tailored it in MINUTES- we picked up the rental and were on our way. SO EASY! I can't believe we found someone with such little notice. We dropped the suit off on our way back and it was a piece of cake. Great business you are running Joe & we are glad we got to support it! read more

Terrible service. Took my fiance and groomsmen to get fitted. A week later we get a call saying they really need their measurements so they can find the right jacket sizes. When we went back in to be fitted, again, the person completing the measurements asked if the rest of the wedding party were all this size?! VERY RUDE! Unprofessional! For years I drove by this store...never needing a tux rental, until today! I was impressed with their selection and more importantly their slim fit for my tall, lean high school son looking for that Formal outfit for an upcoming school dance. They made an appointment for me to bring my son in and guided him through the process of getting fitted and picking the right look. I bought a suit from them earlier this year and had a great service experience. When it came time for a last minute formal event I tried on my suit jacket to find that either my gut had grew or the suit had shrunk in the closet... More then likely the suit shrunk the closet tends to do that to my clothes but anyhow I took it to them and they had it back to me in just a few days in time for the event with it fitted perfectly for me. This is a hidden gem of a store. On the formal wear side, one can rent a cheap tux or a tux nice enough for a red carpet walk in Hollywood. On the clothing side they have exceptional hand made suits, the latest in fashionable clothing one simply cannot find elsewhere in Modesto. Nordstroms in SF, yes, but not Modesto. I buy all my suits and jackets here now, as well as dress shirts, all are custom fitted, free tailoring for the life of the garment. Used to go to Macy's and buy the Calvin's on sale, then pay for all kinds of tailoring, which never quite came out correctly. You'll find exceptional service here in the suit department from Kevan. This store has a reputation as being high priced but that is not true. One can buy an $800 custom suit that will compare to anything twice that price elsewhere. I think it is the finest store of any kind in Modesto, based on quality and customer service. Where do I even begin. This business is a 10 out of 10. During the Covid-19, my son's wedding suits we locked up in the Men's Wearhouse. Phones were shut off. No call prior to the store closing. We had exhausted all our possibilities. Every men's clothing store closed. We found Rossini's by chance. I called and spoke with Mr. Joe Rossini. I explained our dilemma, we needed a custom suit for my son's wedding by next week. Mr. Rossini was a angel, he let me know they would take care of us. He even promised to have it in our hands by the next week, in time for the wedding. All I can say is... if every business took this type of care of their customers, there would be no need for a Men's Wearhouse! This is the best place you are going to find.
