However, these representatives are 5 stars all the way! Today, I had a good experience with Edith again! The experience was good, until I reached the representative at the register. A totally different person, who was rude and not helpful! I explained to her that I had two rewards yesterday, and I only used one of them, so I should still have one left. She sort of snapped at me and told me that it might have expired. Additionally, she gave me the wrong # to contact when I asked for customer service. She gave me the credit card line (1-800-888-4163), when I needed Lane Bryant's customer service (1-866-681-1746). That sent me on a whole different rabbit hole experience! Online it listed: (1-866-886-4731). The supervisor claimed she couldn't hear me. I had to call about six different times to several different phone numbers before arriving at the correct place, which ended up being a total waste of time! The representatives on the phone were not helpful either. It is a shame that the negative experience really outweighed the positive.

A beautiful long haired blonde young woman came over and took alot of time with me. Unfortunately I do not remember her name, but this was Friday late afternoon, on the 26th. The one thing that I love about Chico's is the fact that they have very knowledgeable woman working there. I hate it when a 12 yr old like at Macy's thinks they can help when they cannot and know nothing. I also love that the woman who work at Chico's will tell you if the outfit sucks on you, or if it does not, they tell you that as well. I also like it when you know the outfit looks good but you are really not feeling the vibe, my girl said, do not buy the dress, yes it looks great but I do not want you to buy it if this is not you. That is a great salesperson. Needless to say, She helped me immensely, the outfit I bought Rocked and the other top that she brought in for me to try on was beautiful. I wore that top and the accessories she showed me, and I looked wonderful. This is what I like about Chico's. You walk in and walk out feeling like a million dollars and the most beautiful woman on earth. My outfit came from the Zenergy corner. My daughter the soon to be bride was very happy with my look. Thank You Chico's in Modesto California! Sandra

Chico's is the newest clothing store to open at Vintage Faire Mall in Modesto. The clothing style…read morecan best be described as casual for the mature woman. While I am not the target Chico's customer, I appreciate the fact there is another shopping option besides the plethora of clothing stores for tweens and teenagers. That is something that Vintage Faire Mall is seriously lacking. Well, that and the fact that we don't have a Nordstrom or Saks or Barneys, but that is beside the point. I also have to give props for the fact that Chico's offers a large selection of sizes (00 to 22). As a woman who is at the beginning of the size range, it's good to know that I could find something that would fit me. It's nice that women of varying body types and sizes can find contemporary day wear in a nice selection of colors.

They had everything from bags to jewelry, shoes, clothes, skin care, home goods, snacks, pet supplies, and anything else you can imagine. Not only the selections were great; the prices for great brands were super low! Compared to other T.J. Maxx locations, the amount of affordable name-brand items was insane. Some of note were Gucci and Prada perfumes, Bala fitness products, Laneige lip and face masks, and Shiseido skincare. These brands have been super popular on social media recently yet were heavily discounted. Their skincare and fragrance sections definitely shine! There are a ton of great Korean skincare brands. The women's clothing section is just alright - I didn't see any crazy finds. I was a little underwhelmed with the floral area as well. Presumably because this location is new, the checkout line was very long. It began wrapping through the aisles. Regardless, the employees were very quick and managed the line well, super friendly too. I definitely recommend stopping by this T.J. Maxx for all your shopping needs.
