The pelican kayak is well built and all around just looks great and has a good feel to it. I wish I could say the same for the service I received at tractor supply. I returned a damaged kayak from when it was shipped ended up driving 30 min to pick up the same one in the pouring rain only to get it home and find out it has been used. This store is such a breath of fresh air. Finally a a well-stocked niche store that's a little bit feed store, hardware, ranch and work clothing, and small ranch/ranch supply store. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about product and inventory, store is clean, and it's just fun to browse. There are things there you just won't see in the big boxes or even in neighborhood stores. Finally, prices on equine products kick everyone's backside even on the same limited equine products you can find at Wal-Mart. Now If Tractor Supply were only in Nevada. read more

I wish I could give negative stars I've been a loyal customer every since they came to the Georgia ,( metro Atl.) market. Today is the last time I will ever darken the door. I routinely spend $350-$400.00 for personal supplies monthly, not to mention all the money the supers spend in the store. I have about 10-12 pairs of their jeans, and three pairs have ripped first day at the belt loop; right side next to pocket. Today I went in to get 4 tanks refilled and 140 pounds of dog food and other animal supplies . They told I was past return date; really a week ten days maybe. The purchase date was 2-8 for the jeans, and this is the first time I had a chance to go by. Also I'm was wearing another pair for the first time, bought the same day I bought the defective pair. Joey;MOD, knows I'm in East Cherokee store, at least a couple times a month. I would never let, one my retail stores or the contracting companies treat a customers this way, especially over less than $ 5.00 corporate investment. read more

I went in for some cases of bottled water Geyser brand I give that to my cats because my water is has so much lime and calcium in it. Well guess what Geyser was full of calcium and lime also. I love tractor supply and normally use the Brentwood location. I was there yesterday and they were out of my product but told me Ripon had 1000. I get there and the woman at the counter said they were out. I used the app and it said there was plenty for pick up. Had to go back in and the customer service desk said they had them. Like most of us we like consistently, Brentwood officers a military discount. Ripon does not. I was told it's a manager discretion policy. So that makes me believe Ripon manage doesn't care for those that serves. I hope that's not the case but it's an impression. read more

I purchased dog food to be delivered to me from which I thought was comi g from Tractor Supply in the Jersey location on May 20th 2021, now it is June 10th and I still have not received my food. Called the company and they were very rude in helping me. I did not know the product was coming from Arizona then shipped to NJ then to me in queens. I was told to call expo logistic which is the place that delivers (third party) the food, they were the ones that gave me the information that tractor supply neglected to do. I went to TSC to get a container for some dirt, as we were looking around we noticed some cool dog bones as we were looking at them a man with absolutely no mask came up right next to me At least 6 inches from my face and grabbed the dog food on the opposite side of the isle. We then went to find a employee to report the man. We found two employees we noticed one of them wasn't wearing a mask and the other had it below there nose. We then asked them why they didn't have there masks on they responded with we don't have to wear them I'm outraged with this behavior I believe they should be fired immediately. In Michigan where I live it is illegal to not wear a mask in public especially for employees. read more

We eventually asked if we could pick it up ourselves at their facility and it turns out they have no idea where it is or even if it ever existed. We called multiple times and wasted hours on the phone on hold with them. One service rep hung up on me. Another told me a supervisor would call me back and no ever did. Multiple times we had to disappoint our two girls and tell them the swing set they were eagerly waiting for would be delayed. They kept passing the buck over to the company that does their shipping but we didn't pay those people we paid Tractor Supply and it is Tractor Supply's responsibility to deliver an item on time that we paid for. Ordered some black river rock online from the local Norco store and after a few weeks of NOTHING, I wrote the store asking for an update. I was written back after a wee or two and was advised that my order was still on and that there was a delay but that I was going to be emailed the tracking number and info for said order. Well ,,,,,,,, nothing and after a few more weeks I received an email saying the order was canceled. But in the last paragraph of the email it read that if I wanted to re order or change the cancellation I could re order the product. I never canceled my order. No one ever reached out about what was going on. I take it that the order is really delayed but instead of asking I I would continue to wait, which I would have they canceled it. I could have had my project down a few times. What a waste. All I can say is HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and bad HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE to say the least. Will never do business there again. Great place for all of my Dog and Cat pet food needs. I've been buying Costco pets food for years until Costco stopped supplying Kickland can dog food. Having several dogs that liked this brand we I didn't want to change dog can formulas. Found out that Diamond Foods here in the Central Valley also makes and sells their brand to Tractor Supply in Ripon California. Gave it a try with 4Health dry and wet varieties and Ripon Tractor Supply is my first choice. People there are friendly and helpful. read more

Tractor Supply has great stores but appears that the one located in Louisa, Virginia has a high turnover of staff. It appears to me that the staff does not get adequate training. I have come to this conclusion after shopping there every since it opened. If you are just going in to purchase something there is no problem however anything out of the normal I have had problems with the staff not having the training to do it. The latest manager said she would meet with me and I went in and she was to busy in the office to come and talk. I will not shop at this store location any more. I went to this store for the first time loved it.It was my birthday and my husband toke me because he had seen a potting bench he knew I would like. I love it! Hidden dry sink is my favourite. It was unfinished raw wood so had to be stained and weather proofed.We added a 2x4 on each side for more support ,made it way more sturdy. The added work was worth it at only99 $ was steal a bargain. Tractor Supply in Lebanon MO lacks basic customer service skills. Gone are the greets at the door asking if they could help the customer find anything. They lack the awareness to know that a customer is struggling to find a product. They feel interrupted from their private employee conversations when asked where a product may be. They rudely walk away expecting the customer to follow them and snatch it off the shelf to very firmly, not quite slam, the product in the customer's hands. Without another word, they walk away from the very polite and gracious customer. With products that are consistently overpriced compared to other similar businesses in the community, I would hope that they would make up for that with their customer service. I've been coming to this particular TSC for about 2 months now because I recently picked up a handful of new landscaping clients in Ripon and the surrounding area. The ladies (mostly ladies that work here) have always been nice to me and very helpful. Well that is until today when I stopped to buy some selective weed killer on my way to a job site. Actually it was only the tall manly looking lady that I assume was/is the manager. Not only did she follow me around the store as if I am sum hoodlum thief. But as I was checking out she had the nerve to walk up and ask me where I put two items that I was contemplating on purchasing in a very accusational manner in front of other customers and cashiers which was very humiliating to say the least. I told her that i put them back in their respective places where I originally picked them up @. Now had this dumb blonde not been so clearly stoned out of her mind and payed attention to me since she was already staring at me she would have already known this. Im sorry that I don't look like your average Ripon okie farmboy but that doesnt mean that you can treat me like I'm some knack from around the way. Unfortunately for this store they will be losing money from me and a lot of it. Maybe TSC need to better screen who they elect to managment positions. I am so disappointed with the baby chicks I bought from here. They were supposed to be sexed and I was told they were all female. Out of the four baby chicks I bought, 2 of them turned out to be male. I cannot keep roosters in the suburbs, so I had to get rid of them. I only paid $3 for each chick, but it's still very frustrating to put in a lot of time and effort into raising the chicks, only to have to get rid of half my flock. The help on sight are first rate and knowledgable. Now, what i really like is the manager who is working the floor, helping and takes care of issues if one were to come up. Now, I have cheated on this TSco. by going to one closer to my place, but it just wasn't the same as Ripon. Nice, but not same can't explain it. I really like the prices and spend quite a bit of money in the Fortuna store, However I run into a big problem when I need help carrying, or just putting the feed bags in my cart..Theres one big tall dude who seems to hate to help in any shape or form.Asking him to help load my cart wasnt worth the looks and back talk I received.
