    Just wanted to give a big s/o to Mason & Brie they are both so amazing and helpful . Life is so expensive so saving is a big must when having 4 dogs , they both helped me find good quality dog food on clearance and are so kind big thanks keep up the great customer service

    Super friendly staff. My interactions with them left me feeling good. They had exactly what I needed, and some. The store was clean and organized, although it did feel a little tight. A lot of stuff was a little over priced, but was the only place that had what I was searching for. Parking was good and had hand sanitizer right next to the entrance/ exit.

    I stop by here often to pick up work gear. I like that the store opens at 8am which makes it real convenient to shop before my shift. The staff are real nice & helpful and the inventory is pretty stocked up which is a huge plus during these conditions we currently live in.

    Great service!…read more Whenever I bring my dog to Debbie's, she comes back looking great! She is a small Maltipoo with very coily hair. They handle her coat well and she comes back super fluffy. They are also sure to trim her feet and ears, giving her a cute doll-like look. When my dog developed some skin sensitivities, Debbie's was very accommodating and adjusted her shampoos and scents. This allowed my dog to still be groomed without itchy or irritated skin! They always finish the groom with either a seasonal bandana or bow which is super cute. Unfortunately, there have been a few times where they have nicked a small bump my dog has on her back which has bled but it was never something super concerning. Sometimes they leave some dark lick stains around the mouth and feet but I understand it's hard to get out with a white dog. But overall, she comes back whiter and fluffier than I could ever imagine! Even when busy, they always finish the grooming within just a few hours. They call the number you provide at drop-off and let you know what time they plan to close for the day. The staff members are very personable and friendly. The business seems very sanitary and I have confidence in its cleanliness. I will definitely keep bringing my dog here!

Debbie's is easy to find as it is an old house and it is painted bright yellow. The staff is always friendly and happy. Our dog does not enjoy the groomers, but the staff are always so great with her. The groomers always do a great job clipping our dog's hair and nails. She always comes back so soft and smelling fresh. We have a small dog that is roughly 10 pounds. I think their prices are pretty fair. It was $45 to get her hair/nails trimmed and a bath. Debbie's is the go to groomer if you're located in the Ripon area.

    I wish I had checked reviews before buying here. So many people have had similar problems since the…read morenew owners showed up. Tl;dr: Their return policy is deceptive and only explained on the receipt, and they refuse to take care of their customers. I bought a $20 electric heater for my kid's beta that was recommended to me by them, and even on the lowest setting, it was too hot for the fish and almost killed it. I came on day 10 of the 14 day return policy to get my money back, and they told me that they can't return electronics. I asked about the 14 day policy, and they said it doesn't apply to electronics. When I told them that I was never informed of the policy before buying it, otherwise I wouldn't have bought it in the first place, they didn't care and said it's on the receipt. ...You know, the ONLY place where this policy is posted to customers. The one you can only know about AFTER you buy something. It's aparently too "redundant" to state the policy that you can't return the product you're about to buy prior to buying the product. That policy. I asked if I could get store credit or replace it with one that works, and they refused. I was told I can contact the manufacturer to get a replacement heater. Everyone knows that the obvious choice a business should make when dealing with returns is to say "Nope. Not my problem." It's best business practice. Duh. On Monday (today), I went to to talk to the owner about the situation. He stood by his associates and said it's the responsibility of the customer to ask about the return policy, and did not understand why the policy would be unclear if the first time the return policy was explained was after it was purchased. He also seemed to not understand the difference between a warranty and a return policy, and was comfortable keeping the communication about their return policy solely on the receipt. He also didn't think he should go about and explain the warrant on any product you buy with him. When I told him I wouldn't be returning, he still didn't seem to grasp the problem of what happened. I want to support small, local businesses, but this place isn't worth it. They're happy to take your money, but then refuse to actually do any proper customer service when issues arise.
