Located off Norwalk Bl in Cerritos. Parking shared with other businesses in the center. Place is not big a couple of seats with a small table. The staff were nice. The girl taking the orders was very helpful. I ordered the Mango ice tea without the jelly and she told me the cup would not be filled to top vs if the jelly was added. I was ok with it. Before finishing my drink they showed me how full the cup was gonna be which I thought was nice of them to show it before sealing it up. Overall had a good experience here and I will return when in the area.
TP in TP Tea stands for Taiwan Professional. This is definitely pro level tea and I'm a fan. Today I went with jasmine green milk tea and I really enjoy it. I also appreciate that they have caffeine free fruit drinks, which is helpful if I'm getting something at night. In previous visits, I've had their strawberry milk tea and their fresh milk tea, which are completely different experiences. Their strawberry milk tea has a smoothie consistency and has fresh fruit. Despite its consistency there is a nice tart creaminess from the dairy in the drink, I appreciate the refreshing flavor from the fresh strawberry. The "velvet fresh milk tea" has a really rich taste from the milk. It's unique; however, it's a little too rich for my preferences and it's why I tend to go with their regular "jasmine milk tea" with boba. I appreciate this location in Cerritos; however, they also have a location in Irvine. This is a great spot for boba in the area.
Made a quick stop here with my husband. He went down to order. He said it was a self-ordering kiosk to place your order. We already looked at the menu ahead of time before so we can be in and out. So we received our order right away. I ordered a premium Jasmine green tea with 0% sweetness and easy ice. My drink was very floral and tea forward because I didn't get any sugar in mine - which I like. My husband got a mango ice tea with boba and aiyu jelly. He liked his drink. I tasted it and it has a good, distinct mango taste. The boba had good texture and chew. He didn't know what the big jelly squares were. I told him that's the jelly lol. I tasted a bit of it. It has no taste (imo) but he liked it. And once he got to the bottom of his drink, there were big chunks of mango which were hard to slurp up in the straw. This place has cute decor. Very simple. It's a place worth stopping by again and trying out the other drinks they have.
Pretty good. The menu is consistent with their other locations, but they ran out of the Lychee Cube Pearl Fruit Tea, which is why we came in the first place. So be sure to call ahead to see if they have the drink you want. My mom is a huge fan of the TGY Family Milk Tea, and we were glad they kept their standards up, as she really enjoyed her drink. * TGY Family Milk Tea: 10/10 - great toppings and milk tea flavor * Passion Fruit Green Tea: 9/10 - sweet and tart * Jasmine Green Tea: 5/10 - bland and tasteless * Boba (Topping): 8/10 - soft and chewy but a bit small * Cheese Creama (Topping): 2/10 - no flavor considering it's a $1.25 add-on Compared to their other locations, this one is a bit smaller, and there isn't much seating. You have to use the mobile kiosks to order, and we waited about 10 minutes for our drinks. They accidentally forgot the Cheese Creama for one of our drinks, and it took them about 8 minutes just to add it, which we thought was very weird. Nevertheless, the workers were still able to fix it, and we didn't really have any major problems during our visit. The shop is located in a plaza with a supermarket, so parking should be relatively easy. The majority of the menu items are great, and we'll definitely be back to try some other items!
My friend and I get our nails done across the street and our usual spot was closed so we decided to venture out. She ordered the chai tea and I got the mango passion smoothie. You do not order in person. Instead you will order on a kiosk. When ordering it makes you have to add what percentage you want your sugar level (30, 50, 80, or 100%). After that you get to choose your toppings. Both drinks were really great! The place felt very chill, but also a little fast paced as well. Will definitely be coming back! P. S.- this place also has a rewards program so make sure you sign up for that!
I had someone drop off some tea for me from here, and I really enjoyed it. We tried a few of the unique flavors. Kyoto Uji Matcha Latte - Pretty tasty with nicely balanced flavors, and the matcha flavor was strong. Super refreshing. (4.5/5) Strawberry Milk Tea with QQ Noodles - The interesting part was the noodles. It was actually really tasty, and I've never had that before. The strawberry milk tea was good, though I've had better. Still super solid. (4/5) Overall, it was a refreshing drink and a reasonably sized portion. I would definitely get it again.
Ordered at the counter since the kiosk was not on. Cashier was nice and friendly. Ordered 3 drinks, lychee strawberry smoothie, lemon jasmine tea 50 percent sweet, and a lychee cube pearl fruit tea. Lychee strawberry - the lychee part of the smoothie is sweet but once you mix it up with the strawberry it's perfect. The strawberry had a good amount of tartness. Lemon jasmine tea with aiyu jelly at 50% sweet - very refreshing and tart. Lychee cube pearl fruit tea - the lychee was not as strong in this one but probably because we had adjusted the sweetness a bit too low. The cube pearl was interesting.
A good boba shop. The drinks and toppings are pretty good. There's a lot of competition in this area, but I'd go back here again. The milk tea base is really good and I enjoyed the pudding. My only critique is the boba was a bit hard but it might've just been the day I went. Overall good though.
We were having lunch nearby and wanted to come to TP tea since there aren't any in SGV area. I've only had TP tea one other time several years ago in Hong Kong. I ordered a Jasmine milk tea with boba. It was good. Tea taste was strong and the drink was creamy. Inside is small but they have 3 tables and some chairs on one side of the store. The other side they have 2 kiosks. Most people grabbed their drinks to go. We chilled here for an hour and people were constantly coming in and out. There is plenty of parking. They are in the same plaza and seafood city and a few Filipino bakeries.
Recently opened up in a busy plaza in Cerritos, so parking is plentiful. Located right next to a donut shop and adjacent to Bank of America. I tried their tie guan yin milk tea and thai tea brulee tornado, but definitely will be a returning customer for the milk tea! Their boba is small but soft and chewy, and the milk tea itself has a strong tea flavor. The vibes and interior decor is nice and earthy with smooth warm tones. You can order using the iPad kiosks or with the employees directly.
Came with my friends because we wanted to grab a drink before dinner. I've been meaning to try this place since it opened, so it was the perfect opportunity. It's located in a fairly large plaza, which made parking easy. The interior is pretty simple and very well lit. When we visited, it wasn't crowded at all. It was just my friends and I for a good while. There's only one long bench for seating and no tables, so I wouldn't say it's the best place to sit and hang out for a long time, but you could if you wanted to. While we were waiting for our drinks, a few other customers came in to order or pick up their drinks. There's a kiosk for ordering, but if those are busy, you can also order at the counter. Even though there were only about two workers, the drinks were made pretty quickly. Overall, the drinks were solid, nothing to complain about, and honestly better than I expected.
I was reading the reviews and found out this place is actually well known in Taiwan, and honestly, it tastes legit. I got the fruit tea and it was super refreshing. You could really taste the tea itself and not just the sweetness. What I loved most was how affordable it is, especially since it comes with a lot of add ons. You know how some boba shops even charge for pearls? Not here. The drinks are also huge for the price, which is a big plus. From the outside, the signage and lettering are not very eye catching, so I never really noticed it even though I am always around the plaza. There also is not much seating. But once you are inside, it is actually really pretty, clean and minimalist vibe
One of my go-to's for boba, literally would drive to Irvine when this location was not open yet. I love how they are always consistent with the flavor of their drinks! My favorites have to be the Tie Guan Yin Milk Tea, 3Q TP Milk Tea (love this cause it already comes with the best toppings-- boba, QQ noodle, & coffee jelly), and the Four Season Osmanthus Ice Tea. Love the modern aesthetic and vibe! Kind of wish there was more space for seating if you just wanted to chat with friends or study here. But seems to be more of a take and go type of boba shop. Not really much to comment on the service cause I usually use the kiosk for self-ordering, but service was great during grand opening of this location. End note: would DEFINITELY recommend for the quality and consistency of their drinks!
My favorite boba tea spot is now a tad bit closer to me! I love their drinks at the Irvine location and so the expectations were high for this Cerritos location. Located in the same plaza as Seafood City and other smaller mom and pop shops, TP Tea fits right at home! I love going to Buena Park for pho at Sup Noodles and this was a 12 min drive from the restaurant. My favorite go tos are the house boba milk tea and the honey green tea. They tout their honey green tea as made from the highest grade of honey from Taiwan and you can really taste the difference from other boba tea shops! The milk tea has its own unique taste and you can tell it's high quality. Boba size is smaller than normal boba but it's bigger than mini boba. It's quite good. They had many employees working behind the counter and drinks were made quickly. Interior is brand new and looks very clean. Can't wait to come back! read more

We came here for grand opening and was shocked to find that there were no lines at 5pm. Awesome for us because normally with BOGO specials, the estimate wait is usually about an hour. We were able to order and get our drinks within 5 mins! I ordered their sesame iron goddess milk tea and I love their cube pearls! It's a nice texture and more fun to drink than regular pearls. It's literally cube shape and has a bit of a more bite. My fiancé ordered the QQ milk tea with all the herb jelly, pudding and boba. Everything tasted perfect! Sweetness was on par. I'm sad to see this place turn from Twinkle tea but happy to see it was just replaced with another boba franchise. read more
Came for their soft and grand opening days! Soft opening- very quick to order and not too crowded. However, they did not have some drink options available (sesame iron goddess, cube pearl). My tie guan yin latte was strong as usual, boba nice bite. Grand opening was actually not too bad of a line. A staff member helped place orders on their 2 self order screens. However, there were groups of people crowded around and in front of the door, drinking their boba for quite a long time. This made it confusing to find where the line actually was. The sesame iron goddess with cube boba is appealing in name. Sesame was prominent, milky, like dessert. However, the drink itself had almost zero tea flavor- unexpected for "iron goddess" which is normally a strong tea. Half sweet was still too sweet for my liking. The cube pearls were nice to try, but I wouldn't get it again. They didn't have the brown sugar flavor like regular boba. Instead, they were just sweet, slightly chewy, and a little bit angular in the mouth. I wouldn't get this drink again. Overall, typical TP Tea like other locations. Nothing really stands out. However, the guy handing out samples was well-versed in the menu and teas- great energy too. read more
So excited TP Tea opened in Cerritos! I got the Tie Guan Yin Milk Tea which is their oolong milk tea. I added cheese foam & boba and got 80% sweetness. It was really good but I think their Irvine location is a bit better. The other location tasted more "tea" than milk & here tasted more "milk" than tea. They just opened here very recently though. The two locations are definitely comparable :) I will definitely be back! read more
Visited in the afternoon, the day after their grand opening BOGO; lowkey bummed I missed that promotion, lol. There was a small line when I arrived, but it moved pretty quickly. It was my first time at TP Tea, so naturally I had a few questions about the menu, but unfortunately, the answers I got weren't very clear. It gave me the impression that the staff didn't know much about their product. To be fair, they just opened; so I'll let it slide. The product itself, however, is really good! I've tried a lot of boba places, and the tea strength here is on point. It's not watered down like at some other spots I've been to. Because of that, this is easily one of my favorite boba places so far. Seating is along the wall with small tables for your drinks. It's not really set up for hanging out with a laptop, so that's something to keep in mind. Parking is plentiful. I'm glad they opened a location in Cerritos. I've had the Irvine one bookmarked for a while, but the drive was always too far, so I never got around to trying it. I'm looking forward to my next visit! read more
Excited this finally opened in Cerritos since I frequent the Irvine one. Parking was easy. This spot in located in a plaza. I prefer online ordering but they currently took off that feature for soft opening. I ordered at the counter and it was about a 10 min wait for my drinks. For their grand opening weekend. I waited about 30 min because they were doing the bogo promo. They need to bring online ordering like their other locations to make things go faster.... Originally I gave 2 stars because my drinks were just ok. Not as good as the irvine one-- I tried some new drinks that didn't blow me away. I was mostly disappointed at how stale my boba was. 1) Four Seasons Osmanthus oolong milk tea with boba: tea flavor was good but on the mild side. I got 50% sweet and I think it needed to be sweeter. I was disappointed with the boba. It tasted stale. 2) Fs super orange: I got 80% sweet and it was way too sweet. I would prob get 50% next time or less. 3) mango uji matcha: this tasted better than the strawberry one! Strong fresh fruit mango taste and bits inside. 4) Strawberry matcha: I was hoping to like this but it was too chalky and powdery tasting. I would not recommend it. read more

I didn't realize this was a chain but glad to have found this spot! We enjoyed their drinks the first time around so we had to stop by again while we were back in town. We ordered from the kiosk (but there's the option to also order in person) and the drinks were made pretty quickly. I ordered the jasmine milk green tea with boba (30% sweetness level, less ice) and it hit the spot. The jasmine flavor was bright and fragrant. The milk didn't feel super heavy. The boba was perfectly chewy. Milk teas typically are not my drink of choice but glad I had that urge to try them here. I'll have to keep coming back here to get my jasmine milk tea fix! read more

Grand Opening in Cerrito location is just as good as the one in OC! I tried noodle QQ as roping of my Tie Guan Yin volcano and it's crazily bomb! It's my first time getting noodle QQ and it's so fun to chew on! Their point collective system works as great as their first location, and the line can be long during lunch time but definitely not as long as the OC one! read more

Went here on a Saturday and surprisingly it wasn't too busy. Usually it is but we also went just before lunch. The drinks came out quickly and were made perfectly. The ambiance is relaxed so this is a good place to come and socialize or study. For anyone who doesn't know, this is a popular milk tea store in Taiwan and prides itself as being the first milk tea store period (is what I hear). In either case, I say their quality is always a cut above and I've never had an issue. Been back countless times and would recommend to everyone! read more
Got the Sesame Iron Goddess Cube Pearl Milk tea and added QQ noodles, 80% sweet. So delicious! If you like black sesame then this drink is for you. It's perfectly nutty and 80% sweetness is just the right amount for me. I loved the cube pearl and QQ noodles, both toppings has a nice texture and chew on it, goes really well with the drink. They have lots of drink selection and I can't wait to go back and try other drinks! read more

The roasted oolong is delicious! I am so picky about my roasted oolong and this one was top tier. It tastes so fresh and I love that I can get 15% sweetness. You can order on the tablet and the workers are very quick. Not a place to sit, more like a grab and go but still my new fave spot. read more
I decided to try this newly opened boba shop since their other locations have great reviews. The space is clean and inviting, which was a nice first impression. You can order in the counter or via their 2 kiosks. There are plenty of options to choose from. I just ordered the milk tea with variety of toppings and the brown sugar milk. The drinks were okay--decent, but out of the drink I ordered, nothing really stood out. Maybe will try other drinks next time. Still worth checking out if you're nearby. read more
I was nearby when I saw they were having a soft opening, so I decided to check it out. Parking is no issue, I came here on a Sunday and there was no shortage of parking space. But ordering was quick and easy and they made my order in less than 5 minutes. My only issue I may see in the future is that the inside is on the smaller side, so I'd say only like 8-10 may fit inside at one time. But the Jasmine Milk Tea was of good quality and their boba was just the right amount of chewy. read more

The place was nice and clean and plenty of parking shared with other small stores and a nearby asian grocery store. The music wasn't too loud and the seating was nice. There are no real tables so it wouldnt be a place to study or read at for me. There is a wide variety of drinks. Even at 100% sweetness the drinks we got werent too sweet at all. We ordered at the kiosk, but the staff were still there to answer any questions we had and were really helpful. Our orders were quickly made even though we did come at a time they were busy. read more

ATTENTION MANAGER: HYGIENE can really make or break business. Please train your employees to at least change gloves after cleaning before making drinks. I know it's a hassle to wash hands because you have to take the extra step to take the gloves off, etc.. but how about just don't wear gloves! after witnessing this, I wonder do they also wear the gloves to the bathroom and make drinks with same gloves. read more

This shopping center has plenty of stores, with TP (Taiwan Professional) Tea being one of them. This shop caters to takeouts orders only, with no space to sit and enjoy your drink. However, they have made the most of the small space available, although it can get cramped when many people are waiting for their drinks. The crowded shop is a good sign though, as it shows how amazing the teas are here! I decided to try their velvet lychee fresh milk tea. The name of this drink definitely lives up, as the milk tea was incredible! The boba was also fresh and quite a treat to enjoy! Service was quick and very polite too, even when the staff was processing so many orders. If you want to get some of the best milk tea in this area, definitely come to TP Tea! read more

We got the matcha tornado and their famous tie guan yin fresh milk tea AND THEY'RE LITERALLY ONE OF THE BEST DRINKS WE'VE EVER HAD!! the matcha closely resembled omomo matcha and tie guan yin had a strong tea flavor and the perfect amount of sweetness. I've been to the one in Irvine and I'm glad there's another location near me now! The interior looks really good and has a good atmosphere as well! read more

Decided to give this tea shop another try after the poor grand opening experience we had a month ago. Came in on a Tuesday at noon. There wasn't a line which was great being on my lunch break. There are two ordering monitors on the right wall when you walk in. Ordering on the kiosk was a breeze. After my order was put in, they called my name about 3 minutes later. I tried the Tie Guan Yin milk tea, 80% sweet, and less ice. This is my new favorite milk tea here now! Sooo creamy and has a slight hint of a coffee taste. Happy to report that my experience at this location the second time around was great. I'll be coming back when I'm in the area and need a caffeine fix! read more

Went on Sunday during the grand opening and of course there was a line for the BOGO but that was expected. They were taking orders and had self-service kiosks on the side. I had the wintermelon milk tea with pudding and my husband had the TGY Family milk tea. It was pretty good, sweetness was adjusted and not too much ice. read more
