I was able to get in a last minute appointment for a french manicure the week before my wedding. Tracy did a fantastic job and my nails look great! Even better, there was no smell of harsh chemicals since they use all natural products. I even found out later they'll book bridal parties which seems like a great idea since they'll let you bring in food and snacks. read more

Best SnS nails ive had anywhere in the country! My nails last 3 weeks. If they didnt grow out they would last longer lol.

I want to love this place. The people are nice and try hard, but do not let the men do your nails. They trimmed them into the nail bed, and applied the polish in thick uneven gobs. I got SNS on my fingers and it was a total disaster. They look like poorly applied acrylics (and they're my real nails!). Even though SNS isn't meant to be used with UV lamps, they used them between sets. 1 week later the SNS polish is cracking off. Absolutely not supposed to happen. For a $100 experience, just not worth it. read more

My friend and I had high expectations for this salon. Overall, the experience was not very relaxing. My person did not engage me in conversation and I felt like I was annoying her. My pedicure turned out really well but my nails not so much. They were shaped poorly and she kept forgetting that I was getting the ultimate, which included a scrub and paraffin. The owner did fix the shape of my nails, but I kept feeling like I was a bother to them. My friend was getting her nails done for her wedding this weekend and was not happy with the end result. However, we were there for over 3 hours and did not want to stay any longer to get them fixed. It was supposed to be a pampering experience, but my friend and I felt like we were annoying them and putting them out. The experience was definitely not relaxing and it was way too expensive not to be satisfied. read more

I will never return to this salon. I went 4 times. The second time I had to wait 30 minutes while the tech fixed someone else's nails. I had my 4th appointment yesterday. I walked in 5 minutes early only to be told the tech had texted me 5 minutes prior to say she was running 30 to 35 minutes late. AND she thought my appointment was at 5:00 when it was at 4:45. I guess my time isn't as important as their time. I left as I didn't have 30 minutes to wait and will never go back. read more

Don't be fooled by the name, little is Pure here. They use a natural scrub that they make but it's pretty abrasive. Everything else was just standard nail salon. I had a very sweet tech, not the person I had scheduled the appt with. My manicure was ok, albeit streaky. My pedicure was less than average. It took 2 hours to get both . I was able to watch an entire movie, they play them on a tv. Overall everyone was friendly, but the place leaves a lot of room for improvement. read more

Well; great location and great parking garage. but thats about it. the color selection is less that good. the mostly had reds/pinks and sparkle crap. walking out the door a nail polish, in its entirety, slid off my nail. went back in to re-do it. the lady rushed right through it sent me out the door and about an hour later (because of the thousand layers of crap) two nail polishes slid off. I absolutely ADORE this place! I see Ni and she is the sweetest. Really, the entire staff is sweet! They only use natural products so the place doesn't have a overwhelming or bad smell. They also use this amazing salt scrub that makes your skin super soft, it's my favorite part of getting my nails done here. I recently got SNS nails done here. A week later they started to fall off, I gave it another day to see what happens. Doing simple things such as lifting an iteam even flipping through paper they fell off!! By the end of the day 4 had fallen off. When I called to let them know what happened. April mentioned how this could have been a bad batch. Even added how another customer had the same problem. She offered to re do them but I would have to pay for a fill. I don't think I should have to pay for the mistake of a "bad batch." read more

I've been getting my nails done here once a week for about 4 years, long before the manager bought the shop and moved it to the 704. That is a lot of manicures. So I can tell you that, bottom line, there is no manicure, for any money, that is better than Camille's. She is the best. If she can get her entire staff (which is new, because she only recently purchased the business from the previous owner) trained to her standards, then this place will have no competition in Austin. read more

I like that these place is a clean little salon with only a few people being serviced at a time. They have only a couple brands of polish though like OPI and Spa Ritual, and I think two shellac or long wear gel like brands. I wish they carried Zoya, as Zoya is totally organic and lasts for a long period of time and has amazing colors to choose from. The gal working there broke a bottle and they were good about opening the door and clearing the air while the smell of polish remover dissipated. Oh, I almost forgot my spa pedicure felt great and my toe nails and feet look beautiful. They get a clean warm water bucket for your feet and have really nice massage chairs which I love because the body massage is then basically free. Lamond took her time, gave a nice foot and leg rub and really did a perfect job. I'd definitely check this nail salon out if I were you! read more

I've never had the owner, Camille, but all her customers seem to love her work and she's super pleasant to be around and chat with while I'm there. I go to Natalie for french shellac. I've only needed a repair once and they were more than pleased to squeeze me in and at no cost. One of my favorite things, the salon is always clean! Plus, because it's a natural salon, it doesn't have that awful smell you get in other places. And the price is right. Cheap is never good...you get what you pay for and I've seen some nasty places. But I also hate going to over priced places where you feel you're a burden if you ask for something to be fixed or something specific.
