1 Star I feel obligated to warn others about my experience at Nails By Pro. During my manicure, the technician cut my pinky finger so badly that the entire tip of my finger was bleeding. The bleeding was severe enough that the service had to stop while they applied a liquid solution to the wound and used multiple cotton balls to try to stop the bleeding. The photos attached were taken after the bleeding was finally under control. What was even more upsetting was how the manager handled the situation afterward. The manager was very rude!!! I was offered only $5 off my service and still paid for a manicure where I left with an open wound on my finger! I understand that accidents can happen, but customer safety, proper sanitation, and professional customer service should be a top priority at any nail salon. A reputable business should take responsibility and show compassion when a customer is injured. DO NOT GO HERE. I will never return to this salon and would strongly encourage anyone considering to take their business elsewhere!!!! read more

Great service. Never been disappointed with the $35 basic pedi. Nails come out clean and beautiful. Nice leg massage, warm towels. There wasn't much shellac color section , but they serve drinks. Been here and couple times without appt and haven't experienced a wait. I'll def go back!! read more

I got gel pedicure with hot stone massage (a premium I splurged for) and she rubbed scalding stones on my calves & feet for seconds and that was IT. No massage.... Icing on the cake was two hours later, my GEL pedicure looked like this. I'd never put my feet on the internet willingly but this place has sent me here. I came in for my 10% off discount as a treat to myself for my birthday tomorrow and I'm not going to lie, I'm pretty disappointed by what I got for the price I paid. I got a $40 pedicure (which to me is already over priced for regular nail polish) and the lady didn't even make my two big toe nails the same shape. One is squarish & one is round (which I also absolutely despise and she didn't ask me what shape of nail I wanted.) This pedicure polish job does not look like I got this done professionally. Looks like I did this myself. Very sloppy, clumpy, and honestly I regret wasting my time with it. My manicure is a bit better than the pedi, but one of my nails has an entire area that didn't get covered so that's going to be an issue & cause it to not last. Also, overall they are very bulbous. $95 with tip & I'm unhappy. That's including a discount... It's a shame, because I had a great experience the last time. Nails are always great, but if you're wanting to schedule a specific time to get your nails done, MAKE. SURE. you schedule at LEAST 30 - (I kid you not) 45 minutes before the ACTUAL appointment time you want to make. Pretty disappointed that twice now I've scheduled an appointment for a full set but if a group of people walk in literally while I'm just picking out a color, they will prioritize them regardless of the appointment you made literally 24 hours in advance. Definitely make it seem like they profile and then prioritize the people or groups who they think will be the bigger tipper. Just my observation from the last 4 months. read more

I used to love coming here, last time I was here they charged me wrong and didn't apply my coupon, they told me to keep it for next time, next time I came in it was expired and they wouldn't honor it. I specifically remember my encounter and the manager claims he is there 24/7 7 days a week and it never happened. I'm okay with the fact it's expired, I'm not as much okay with the argument of whether he was there or not. I specifically remember my nail tech calling him because she didn't know how to do a refund in order to charge me the right amount. I told her don't worry about it because I was in a hurry to leave that day. Today there are all new techs and I was dissatisfied with my services, I got splashed in my chair with water and my entire "private area was wet" I asked the tech to not put my leggings down and she did which ended up ripping the bottom edges. Neither of the techs spoke English so they didn't understand. I asked her to not cut specific nails and she did anyways. Definitely going to stick with my new place I found in West Lake. Just be prepared for less than great customer service and potential miscommunications if you aren't bilingual. read more

Even though there was a wait, they were so attentive while we waited and checked on us. The staff also thanked us for our patience multiple times. Christiana did my nails and YA'LL SHE DID THAT!!! I showed her the picture of my design and she did it quickly and efficiently all while being extremely diligent. The customer service and the environment was truly top tier. Decided to try a new place close to home, and saw this place had a coupon for 20% your service for first time customers with a check-in on Yelp. When my service was done and I checked in, I was told the coupon was from the previous owner and expired a long time ago...2019 to be exact. It definitely feels like they use that as a ploy to get people in and then not have to honor the coupon. The store was fine--definitely older equipment and could use some updating. I went in for a gel French pedicure, and got the sugar scrub upgrade. I also had some grown out acrylic on one big toe that I had done a while ago to repair a broken nail. The break was grown out a while ago, and I wanted to have the acrylic removed. She asked if I wanted to cut down, and I said yes but leave a little for the French tip--that didn't happen, they were cut all the way down. Then while buffing/filing, she repeatedly buffed over my skin. I kept pulling back and saying it's in my skin, but nothing changed. I have raw skin that burned from all the products for the remainder of the pedicure. Once she was done butchering my nails, I looked down and see the acrylic is still there. She calls another woman over and she says no, it's gone, and they just proceed working. She also did a poor job with the polish: the tips are uneven and crooked, there's polish outside of the nail on every toe, and somehow there's polish in the top of my foot and the back of my heel. Such a disappointment from every aspect and I will not return. There are too many nail salons around to bother with giving them another try. read more

My friend and I were excited to try this salon, it had great reviews and the location was very easy to find. The staff was very nice, we were offered drinks while we waited. Though we had appointments we had to wait for a bit due to there only being three techs available, which we didn't mind doing. However, during my session it became very obvious that my tech was beginning to rush since it was getting closer to closing. Because of this I ended up with some nails being uneven in length and shape, and with rough bumpy nail beds. I have dried acrylic under the tips and the gel is not clean towards the cuticle. I was really hoping to like this place but I'm so disappointed with my set I'm looking to remove them ASAP. Most good reviews mention Cristina which did my friends nails and hers looked really good, so if you go try to get an appointment with her. read more
