She is so kind and caring and is the most detail oriented manicurist I have encountered. I have a condition on the bottom of my foot that causes intense pain when pressure is applied to that area. Anna is extremely gentle but effective at taking care of my needs and takes her time with me. I typically ask for her directly and make an appointment to ensure she is available because she is that good. The salon is always clean and I like that they use a plastic cover in the bowl and sanitize all supplies before doing any services. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and service - I went around 10:15 on a Thursday so there wasn't a wait but they have a small staff so unless you are going at an "off" time I would recommend calling and reserving a time. Both my mani and pedi were thorough and relaxing. I opted for the gel polish which was an up charge but will hopefully ensure the results last longer. I also requested a special design on my manicure and was delighted with the result. French tips also have an up charge so just be aware. I RARELY get my nails done so I don't know if the pricing is fair or competitive but I felt like the price for the services received was worth it. Everything was very clean and sanitary so that was also a huge plus that I care about when I do get my nails done. If you're looking for a new place around Oak Hills/South Austin this is definitely the best place I've been to - when I decide to get my nails done again I will absolutely be back.
