The Color choices are a little limited, totally sufficient, and you can bring your own polish. I get the classic pedi $35 - toesies come out looking and feeling great! I came in for a gel pedicure a couple of days before a beach trip. 2 days into the trip and four of the nails have no polish. This has never happened before! Maybe they left off a step? This was my first visit to the Nail Bar, unfortunately it was my last. read more

Ugh I was so hopeful about this place. I gave it three tries but after this last time I don't plan to come back. For one thing, the woman who has done my pedicure twice now did a wonderful job and was so sweet. She is why I kept trying. But I've had two horrible manicures now. One I did just a manicure with no color and my cuticles were super dry and messy, and the shape of my nails was awful. They looked horrible within a day. This last time, the man who did them first used a drill on my natural nails to clean my cuticles instead of just a trimmer. He used it without asking and before I realized what he was doing. This totally damages your nail and is super unnecessary as I had nothing on my nails. So already bothered but tried to let that to. The shape also turned out horrible--I asked for round/oval and the shape is uneven between nails as well as pointy on some. They look awful. But then he cut my cuticle badly--like deep and bleeding a lot. He immediately put some blue liquid on it and then put nail glue on it! Not only is that just like ?!?! But it seems super unsanitary too as he touched the glue to my bloody cuticle and it got blood on it. And the cuticle looks horrible. Not only that but the shape is terrible too. And then polish looks thick and not very neat. And it's gel, so I'm stuck with it. When I went to pay and who I am assuming is an owner or manager asked how it was, I told him he cut my cuticle and showed him. All he said was sorry and put some cuticle oil on my nails? And then I still paid $100 for a horrible manicure. Overall super upset and bummed. read more

Horrible customer service. New to ATX and this salon gave me a terrible first impression. Paid for a manicure and didn't even get my cuticles trimmed, came back for a gel change 2.5 weeks later and the manager said they can only do a simple French tip with acrylic and with a manicure. He said "don't say that" when I told him my cuticles were not cut last time, so he did not believe me. The tech who started my fill filed INTO my skin, and tore a vertical line through my nail. They changed the tech to the manager and he only covered it up with dip powder and it is still swollen and stings. No compensation for any of this, just eye rolls and denial of what I was telling him. Never going back! read more

All I can say is EXQUISITE AND ELEGANTLY CLASSY! This nail shop is such a gem! I called for a same day appointment and they were easily able to accommodate me, salon was clean, sleek color scheme and comfortable. All of the nail techs were friendly and attentive I was seated immediately for my full set and offered complimentary drinks (I had a fun Christmas mimosa w/cranberries) I loved how my nail tech did not pry with a-lot of questions and I was just able to be with my thoughts after a very hard day. This is probably the best service I've had at a nail shop. My nails were shaped just how I instructed and the tools they used were clean/sanitized. This is my new nail shop home.
