All I have to do is show Jason and his team a picture and they are able to do it and I am picky but never had an issue. I get so many compliments on my nails. I just got married, my wedding nails(which I got elsewhere) started to chip and fall off. I was sad to get them redone and a bit hesitant, but I'm on here to say these are even better than what I had!!! It was just an acrylic fill but Andy took his time and used his pure talent to give me exactly what I asked for. The shape and feel of them are perfect and they had the color I love and even created a little snowflake design for the season exactly as I wanted! He made sure each nail was perfect and didn't rush. I got talked into sns set (which I've done before at a different place and loved) and after 2 weeks later the whole right side popped off like press on nails. The person that I thought was doing my nails was nice. The person he passed me off to was sweet but seemed unsure what she was doing. I wanted to cry while she was doing my nails but didn't want to feel embarrassed. I asked them to redo my left hand because there was no was they could get them to match. I left with uneven nails, the side they fixed all the nails were thicker than the right hand. I was there over 2 hours. read more

I had a toe nail that partially chip off and didn't know if they could do a pedicure that would look even. They added a bit of acrylic to the nail and it looks perfect! I also did a full set and manicure. My technician named was Austin she did an amazing job. She was very detailed with the shaping and design of my nails. Avoid. Tl/dr poor service, sub par pedi, cut my nail bed open. Brought my child in with me for a pedi. Desk manager was nice, nail techs were rushed and rude. They didn't have any polish brands that I was familiar with and the bottle I picked was in desperate need of thinning. Instead the tech just globbed it on so messily, the manager asked her to clean up my polish before I did. Pedicure was sub par for price and there was the typical on the job banter and laughing across the room between techs. Asked they provide a design for my kid three times, they just ignored us. Worst part was the rough push back of my cuticles- painful and caused a bruise under my toenail. Then the tech nipped my skin under my cuticle. I started bleeding and she threw a towel over my feet and walked away. Had to wear sneakers to a work event because it hurt so badly. Luckily it didn't get infected. read more

When I tell everyone that I have been getting my nails done every 2-3 weeks for over ten years I am not lying! I very nicely came in after Jason did my nails yesterday asking if he could make them a little thinner and fix the bumpy-ness. He refused. Flat out said NO. He said dip nails could not be thinner than this or I would come in and complain because they broke?? Weird comment and from pics of nails done here I see they are way thinner. Also, please look at thumb and index finger- so bumpy and crooked. I very politely told him I have gotten dip nails for a long time and he then again refused to fix- talk about gross customer service! Honestly shocked and disappointed, for $60 after a tip I should be pleased with my nails. I am a person who care about what my nails look like. He was VERY nice yesterday when doing my nails and I was really hoping he would at least try to give me what I am paying for and the quality I was expecting. Sad because it's so close to my home but will not be returning for poor quality and even worse customer service. I even brought a friend here and hers were done WAY thinner and smoother than mine. Just really dissatisfied at the outcome and really didn't want to post a review but had to because of his refusal and rudeness to fix. If anyone knows of a great nail salon in Austin... please let me know!!! read more

French Nails My birthday is in two days so I thought I'd try this place out. Firstly they're all about cleanliness, and sterilization which I feel is hard to come by. They were so welcoming, understanding, and friendly! As well as they have seasonal drinks! Usually nail salons have cheap drinks. Not this place! Absolutely amazing. The manicure was really terrible. My nail tech tried three times to use a drill on my nails despite my request multiple times not to use a drill. They didn't clean underneath my fingernails and the outcome of the paint job was severely flawed - you could see the demarcation from one coat to the next, and the border was placed very far away from my cuticle and not straight. I had to remove the polish once I got home. The pedicure was performed by another nail tech and it was satisfactory. read more

Wanted to like this place. It's clean and the people are friendly enough. But it's overpriced and my gel pedicure is already chipping 3 days later. The polish color is not the color I asked for. The nail tech also cut one toe nail very, noticeably crooked. So, I'm not looking forward to the inevitable ingrown. All around, just unhappy with the service after I spent a lot of money.
