I have been working with her for years, and she is really easy to get along with. She ensures that you are satisfied with the service you receive. I should also mention that is a blonde specialist. I've been dyeing my hair with her for years, and she brings your vision to life while keeping your hair healthy and preventing it from becoming damaged. One of the best things about her technique is that when your hair grows out, it almost looks like balayage instead of showing noticeable root growth. I'm always receiving compliments on it. I'm very picky about my hair, so if I'm recommending her, it's because she does exceptional work. I went in for a partial Highlight and haircut and what I left with was two short pieces in the front (not blended at all) and a random sideburn looking piece on one side of my head. My highlights were also yellow. The true disappointment came when I asked for a refund (for at least the full price of the haircut) and was offered $55 for a $90 haircut. I was told I received the discounted price refund for the haircut. I will say I was offered for it to be fixed but I was not interested in the same person that messed it up, trying to fix it. I simply wanted my money refunded. Instead I was told the stylist was "having a bad day." It is extremely disappointing to have this experience a week before my wedding and to be offered a "discounted price" refund for a horrible haircut. Unfortunately because of the way this situation was handled, I would not recommend this salon.

I then asked if they were able to give services as a Christian and do no harm. Suddenly receptionist got really uncomfortable by the basic question. I was put on hold then for two minutes. I reiterated that I did not need to have a Christian stylist, just needed somewhere where I would not be harmed or stalked as a Christian. I was told to go to the Christian hair salon and this would not be a good fit. Sad. Sad that I cannot use the neighborhood salon as a disabled person and Christian.
