My wife went here for a pedicure (she had previously gone here for one) Unfortunately, not only did they do a bait and switch and said they do not accept credit cards and had her pay with a cash app (Venmo), they ran this as a cash advance - this caused additional fees and interest with the credit card read more

Came in for builder gel mani, it was 40 minutes before closing and even though I called ahead she rushed and rushed. Didn't soak my nails, did no maintenance to the dead skin/cuticles. Did a horrible job on the builder gel. 3 nails came off DURING the session. She got impatient and just rushed me through. Horrible mani and the nails started popping off within 4 day (FOR A $60 manicure) Also they charged me a credit card processing fee on my debit card which is illegal. Don't waste your money. read more

I used to love this place, but the service has gone extremely down hill. I asked when I arrived if the tech could do my eyelashes like the ones in a picture I had. I was told yes, then got something completely different. Then I was asked to pay for my nails before they were painted, which is odd since they were going to be gel and dry almost immediately. I understood why after they were done. They displayed chrome nails in all different colors. I chose green ones and knew something was wrong when the tech started painting my nails green. Chrome nails usually have a base of either white or black. At first o thought they were going to be ok, but when she was done I got up and compared the to the nails in the display. Nothing like what I asked for. When I pointed this out to the tech, she actually yelled at me and said i shouldve said I didn't like it sooner. That it was too late. Why even display something you don't have available. Looking back, she was pushing me up go with something else, but why not just say it wasn't available? Why try to pass something else off as what I asked for? I might get passed out of the work was at least quality, but out was not. And for all this, I paid a $30 tip. Im disgusted and will never come back here again. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else. read more

Alright so I came in with an inspo picture and proceeded to pick out the 2 colors I wanted. I showed her the colors and the picture she said "ok $82" then she prepped my nails. As she was putting on the tips, she was spilling glue everywhere. I got it all over my fingers and small bit on my arm. She got a nail file (that had previously been used on other customers) and started filing the skin on my fingers and arm to get the glue off. Red flag #1. While she was in the middle of doing my nails she left for about 15-20min to go wax a woman. Red flag #2. She then started to shape my nails when she got back and they were just chunky and huge and I had to ask her to back and file them again so they looked flat from the side. She then started on the French tip style and I had to say something to her about adding more color to the tip like the picture I had shown her before. Then it came to the point where she had to do the golden sparkle accent line and she literally used the wrong color and did not connect it to the tip. It just all looks messy and I'm upset because these were supposed to be my birthday nails and this experience just killed my whole mood. I just paid and left after that. I had received a pedicure from them maybe a year back and it was perfect and I loved the service which is why I came back. I hate myself for that. I did speak up on things I did not like I guess her skill set just wasn't what I was expecting after looking at other nails ppl have put in their reviews looking crisp and clean. It's not terrible it's just not what I wanted. Inspo pic is the first picture** read more

I've been here a few times and the service is so inconsistent. Sometimes the manicure and pedicure are good, sometimes they're not. It often feels like staff is just trying to upsell and get you out. Today I went in to have a dip manicure removed and asked for a manicure and clear gel. The manicure was rushed and sloppy. My nails look terrible and I was charged $25!! That's on top of the charge for the dip removal. I've returned here because it's close to my house but I will not be back. read more

Do not come to this salon, my daughter and I''s finger nails and toe nails both chipped 1 day after having the gel nails put on. This was after waiting HOURS with our feet in the pedicure bowls, when we were told it would be a 15-20 min wait. The male worker was incredibly aggressive towards and unprofessional in the way he spoke to me and treated me. He was so aggressive, grabbing my hand that he scared my 10 year old daughter. He told me I couldn't pick a new color, that I would be charged if I got a new color, I said that was fine, then he came with the colors telling me to pick because he didn't know what color I had on. After grabbing my hand aggressively for the 2nd time I told him I didn't want him to touch me , That I wouldn't be getting my nails fixed at this salon. If you want quality work and to be treated respectfully do NOT go to angel nails. read more

This is the sloppiest gel manicure I think I've ever gotten. The polish is on my skin on either side of my nails, they did very little clean up between applications and then he used a dull nail file to try to shape the overflow polish to the shape of my nail. Totally ineffective and painful...he was just sawing my skin with the dull plastic of the side of the file. Even the shaping/filing was awful and left my nails jagged and torn. There was no moisturizing, no cuticle care or trimming, no hand massage, no cuticle oil afterwards. It was terrible from start to finish. I'll never go back. read more

When I came here I requested a cut down and color change. I had long even beautiful nails and now I have uneven sloppy nails! The lady rushed through and continued to get mad that I refused a fill. My nails aren't even ready for a fill!! Overall I don't recommend this place. If you pay for a service then that service should not be rushed through! The worst nail salon I've ever gone to. The lady just rubbed my leg, no foot massage. She was super rude. Additionally, she rushed and did not do a good job with trimming and nail polishing. She even cut my skin too deep to point where my toe is all red. Never again. read more

I came here for a pedicure and SNS dip manicure. The pedicure was great and I have no complaints on that. It was done by an older man and I hope he gets all of the tip I left since I only tipped on the pedicure. As for the SNS manicure, it was a disaster. They were super textured and looked like a child did them. Another employee even came by and stared at them, acknowledging they were badly done but they never offered to make it right. I'm not particular about my nails and tend to let a lot of minor imperfections go but I could not handle the results from this. I ended up going to another salon and getting them fixed so I paid double. It's not often I write reviews, especially bad ones but this is the way to get one. I won't be back. read more

When I walked in the door a nice gentleman greeted me and had me pick my colors and seated me immediately. I didn't have an appointment, but I was helped rather quickly. They were all very friendly and offered me a beverage, which heck yes I want a diet coke while I'm soaking ;-) A lady named Lisa comes over and asked what kind of pedi I wanted from their menu (which is large). I went with milk and honey...it's a scrub like no body's business with hot stone massage and leg wrappage. It felt sooo good. She knows what's shes doing. She may only weigh 90 lbs., but her hands are strong enough to make a grown man cry. She's awesome!! She asked what designs I wanted on my toes and I said "I give you artistic freedom". She smiled and didn't disappoint! I think they are beautiful and you could tell she enjoys painting. She waxed my eyebrows while I was there and it was all really reasonably priced. Sweet lady, nice place and the other clients in there were all really friendly, too. Great experience and I will be going back for sure. read more

I've visited this salon twice and both experiences have unfortunately been extremely disappointing. The first visit was in 2019 and they cut my cuticle so deeply during a standard manicure that it began bleeding. My second visit was in mid-August 2021. I was in the plaza already visiting the eyebrow threading shop, and since I was in a rush before my vacation, I decided to give this salon another try for the sake of convenience and time. I hoped that after nearly a year and half, this experience would be better than my first visit. Unfortunately, I spent nearly $70 to leave disappointed and have my pedicure last less than 48 hours. The customer service itself is fine (not bad, definitely not great), but the entire time I felt that the technician was not detail-oriented and really not paying much attention when cutting or shaping my nails. I'm usually very quiet and low-maintenance in the salon, but they were so uneven that I had to speak up and ask her to fix them. The manicure itself was underwhelming (all nails uneven + she ignored some areas around the cuticles that needed cutting), but I actually left not totally unhappy with my pedicure.....until less than 48 hours the nail polish on both big toes and second toes completely faded. On top of that, whatever products they used made both big toe nails very weak, causing them to break at the sides and become uneven + super short. To have spent a good amount of money and not be happy (and especially not have the product last past 2 days) is enough to make me not visit this salon again. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more
